Great selection of beers and other beverages if you aren't in a beer mood. Food is tasty. Ambience for a brewery is awesome. Great spot to hang out. read more

We weren't sure what to expect when we first went to Prost Brewing but we're very impressed and have been back multiple times since. It is setup like a German Beer Hall with rows and rows of long picnic tables. Beer is ordered from the bar and is all amazing. There is a separate stall for food which is a twist on traditional German food. I had the schnitzel sandwich and subbed fries for pretzel bites with the beer cheese. All of it was amazing. My wife went with the more traditional brats with sauerkraut, which she really enjoyed. She also ordered a side of fries with the curry ketchup. Some of the best curry ketchup we've had. It was very smooth and the curry flavor was not overwhelming or gritty. They have a good patio with live music at times. It's a great place to hang out although at peak times it can get a little loud making it difficult for conversation. read more

Walked in around 8:40 and we were looking at the menu and trying to decide what to order when they turned out all the overhead lights and said they were closing the kitchen. It was very hard to see the menu and I felt very unwanted. Restaurants like this that make their clients uncomfortable because they want to leave early make customer service a thing of the past. The food was good but I don't think we will ever return due to the lack of customer service! If you are in a customer service industry then have customer service. read more

I'd say pretty good German food and I spent six years of my life in Germany. The staff was super polite and very friendly. The ambience was kind of cool because you can look at the huge vats through big windows and kind of see what goes into making beer. It was an overall really great experience. read more

We LOVED this place! Went back a second time and had the same amazing experience! The beer, the frozen margarita and the food were all awesome! This will be a go to spot for us, for sure! They also have a small stage and grass area, and a ping pong table, so all of the kids were running around enjoying themselves! Our son had a blast play ping pong with other kids! They also have a great indoor space that is huge and so much outdoor space too! read more

I think I found my new Sunday drinking spot. Huge fan of this place. Great for social gatherings and obviously drinks. Cheers! read more

Was not impressed! Super crowded and loud. Bathrooms only had two stalls. Had to stand in two different lines to get food and a drink. The prices were not great and the mixed drinks were weak. The bussers cleared my food and a drink before I was clearly done with it. The one positive thing was the food tasted good! Will not return. read more

Only giving more than 1 star as their beer is great. My suggestion, buy a six-pack and drink on your own patio. Then not subjected to the ill-behaved parents who let their children run around, screaming, taking over an adult beverage venue like it's an out door playground. It's so f'ing noisy. And save some money and hearing. After all this time being opened, Prost should have had sense to put up sound barriers on the ceiling. And signs that ill behaved patrons running around will be asked to leave. And enforce it. Sat in back corner table to be away from the children to be subject to swarm of gnats. Not enjoyable. But beers are good. read more

Fun place and nice addition to the area! A ton of seating, TVs inside, dog friendly, great food and beer selection. When you come, do yourself a favor and get the pretzel! So yummy. read more

Great place if you are mainly focused on the beer and not the food. Lots of German beers to choose from. Outdoor seating with dogs allowed, large long benches and tables for seating. We got fries, schnitzel sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich. The schnitzel sandwich was very very dry and the bread tasted old. The chicken sandwich was opposite...very wet, almost soggy. A mess to eat. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if I didn't eat here again but I love the fact they have live music, outdoor seating with dogs and an open atmosphere. If you want to grab a beer with your dog then I DO recommend this place. read more

Awesome spot until 5 pm rolled around and it turned into a day care with 20 kids running around. Literally had to move where we were sitting bc we were getting hit with balls. I'm sorry but breweries should be for adults. You want somewhere for your kids to play? Go to a park or keep them seated. Everything else was great. If I wanted to be bombarded with children & toys & balls they brought from home I would have went to McDonald's play place. read more

A super cool place to hangout and grab a beer and some snacks. I decided to go with the custom flight which was awesome! I love how you get to write down the beers you want and keep the sheet to refer to when tasting. Only thing that could improve the bar would be serving warm wine, total German thing I for sure thought they would have that, especially for the winter!! Food was pretty good, German style, more snacky than meal-y, not super healthy options either. Beautiful interior, I was in lovee with the design style. Bartenders were very kind! I guess I review bathroom sinks now lol but this one was PERFECT good temp control, no splash back, and the faucet wasn't too close to the sink rim. Overall a cool place, a bit loud though, ceilings are really high. read more

Don't expect a German style Kneipe (pub/bar), it's definitely not that. They do have a great selection of German style beers, which are pretty actuate (I don't know if they conform to the Reinheitsgebot, German beer purity law). The food is good, you just have to order at a separate section. A very welcome addition to Highlands Ranch. read more

We met up with friends two weeks ago. It was about 4 in the afternoon and already crowded. However, we found a table outside in the sunshine. Several things impressed us about this business: First, the food and drink were delicious. We got several meat and cheese platters, and large warm pretzels. Between the group, we tasted the beer, wine, and seltzers. I thought the cucumber seltzer was great until I sipped the peach one my husband got. Superb! This Prost was clean, spacious, and efficient. You could jump up at any time and order drink or food, without waiting in long lines. There were plenty of cashiers and servers. Employees were constantly picking up our used glasses. I spoke with the manager. I think his name was Joel. I told him how impressed I was with this establishment. He said, "I have the best employees." He said that over and over again: "I don't know how I got so lucky, but I have the very best employees." The bathrooms were large and clean, with fun murals on the wall. So, I told a few friends and family. My daughter talked her book club into going a few days later. They had a great time. Then we met some other friends the following week and sat by the fire pit. It was fun to watch kids play on the grass. We will definitely be back. One employee who stood out to me was Dee Dee. read more

Very American style German food. I wish they would go more authentic in the food prep. My wife liked the Brat and Spaetzle. My schnitzel was pretty good but the patty just fits the bun. The beer is good along with the atmosphere and service. Great music playlist. Our biggest complaint is the Kraut and potato salad. Anyone can open a jar and warm kraut. It's so much better when it's slow cooked properly with apple, browned onion, and juniper berries. The potato salad is good for yellow American potato salad. They should get a good German warm potato salad going. read more

A great 2nd visit! Great atmosphere, Great Beer and a great guest selection for us Hopheads!.

What a fun and wonderful place! Kid friendly! I love the concept of Prost. Here you order your food in a line. Then they will bring it to you. Same with your drinks. Easy. As fast as you want to enjoy it. Weekend usually has live music! read more

Visited tonight on a busy Saturday. Nice weather so there was ample seating both indoor and out. If it's cold it could be harder to find a seat. Ordered the kids burger, she loved it. I got the wings, solid and well cooked. Bavarian pretzel was delish with the melted cheese dip. It is a beer garden style so you're serving yourself. Complaining about self service at a Biergarten is silly. The servers we did interact with were kind, quick and helpful. I agree with another poster, 18%, 20% and 22% tip options on self serve is excessive. I'll default to 10-15% and custom tip. I will be back. read more

Prost beer is pretty popular in Denver but we had never been to any of their locations so we decided to check out this one in Highlands Ranch! It is bright, airy, and spacious inside with (as expected) mostly light, German-style beers on tap. Lighter beers are not our go-to usually but the ones we had were tasty! We did not try the food but it looked good. There is also a lot of seating inside and outside for groups of all sizes. It was pretty busy on the weekend we went but we had no problem finding a seat. read more

Last minute Saturday night outing! Went with a few friends and split some "boots" which are these giant glass pitchers in the shape of a boot! $45 deposit for the boot of beer to ensure they don't get broken or stolen! They have quite a selection on tap and they have a fun menu! 10/10 would recommend. It was a fun night! read more

This is truly a great building, layout, and atmosphere. The beers were very good. When I checked out the menu prior to visiting the place I was excited to see German potato salad was offered. My mom, my wife, and a good friend of mines wife all made fantastic, true to form German potato salad. This was not German potato salad. You never find a true representation of this food item made with dill and sour cream. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Other than that, I look forward to coming back in the future. read more

Closest thing to Munich on then south side of metro Denver. Truly authentic, except no oompah music.

The last time I came here the standard ketchup out of the regular dispenser was by the far the best ketchup I had EVER had, today I came in only to find that they have switched to regular normal ketchup. No one was able to explain the shift to me. Prices are too high for the quality and quantity of food and beer. Expect better. read more

Autumn seasonal salad was Delicious & hearty. Good quality romaine crunchy lettuce, sweet potato cubes, lots of dried cranberries. Dressing was sweet & tasty, next time would order on the side. The fried onion rings on top were good but should have been warm instead of cold. Overall a great salad. The Reuben was great with plenty of sauerkraut and meat. Nice bread, but should have been toasted a little more for crunch. Overall no fun, casual ambiance, love the Outside patio where you can bring your dog. read more

It was just an average place and expensive. They say it's German food not really.
