We bought one each of the breakfast specials, eggs & bacon, and a pankcake breakfast. You have to have a club card or it will cost you more. We had great service and the food was really good. We will go again for breakfast.

The breakfast special is back! This is best deal in town and everything was delicious. The service was good and the cafe was clean.

Prospect Food: 3.5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 3.5/5 Overall: A good deal for breakfast. The extended review... Food: Omelette - 3.5/5 - I think the best part of this was the portion size and the price. The food was pretty good and comparable to most diners. It also came with a side as well which was nice given the price. Service: 5/5 - The server was super nice and accommodating. Granted we were the first one in the restaurant at 7am...it was nice to waited on by someone that was chipper. Ambiance: 3.5/5 - Located inside the casino it wasn't too smokey which was nice. It was a very spacious restaurant with ample seating.

I've eaten here a couple of times. It's been a while though, so this latest visit revealed many changes to their layout. The dining room had been remodeled and there was apparently a breakfast buffet on Saturday when we went. The buffet had a made-to-order omelet station that appeared to be popular. I didn't try the buffet but rather ordered from the menu. I chose the build your own omelet which came with hashbrowns and toast of your choice. I also got hot tea for my beverage. The omelet included fresh mushrooms and tomato as I requested. The hashbrowns were cooked well and not too crunchy. The sourdough toast was dry as ordered and had good flavor. This is one of the better cafe options in town if you want to grab a sitdown meal at a reasonable price.

Good service and good food. Nostalgic ambience. Good French toast and grilled cheese.

Blackened prime rib...dont get it. It's not very good.

If there is nothing else, then grab the food. The potatoes are awful. I guess they are saving money?

Plenty of parking, easy to find just past the NV casinos in Utah and busy at lunch time. I really enjoyed the food here. It really is where the locals go. We heard Spanish speakers plus cops, firemen and animal control officers. Upon entry you are greeted. You must wait to be seated. We received complimentary chips and salsa (very authentic), we were offered drinks and given the menus. So much to choose from. We settled on the Poncho Special plus cheese enchiladas. They both came with rice and beans. The Ponchos special had such flavorful meat and the enchiladas were so cheesy. Both not easily forgotten. The beans and rice seemed to be from scratch and each plate had a bit of lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Two rules. You need to wait to be seated and you must pay in cash. If you are stopping by the casinos, traveling down highway 80 or just in town give them a try.

The prices were great and the portions very generous. The horchata was gigantic (maybe 24oz) and the asada tacos were flavorful. Complimentary chips and salsa provided. Service was friendly and had a small family feel. The bathrooms were on the rough side, and out of toilet paper.

Unfortunately that's where our smiles ended. Service was poor, waitress took our order and we never saw her again. It was around 9:00 pm on a Tuesday night, the place was empty. Would have loved another drink or refill of water, never happened. Food was horrendous - my open face roast beef was shoe leather with instant potatoes and drowning in gravy most likely from a can. French dip, same show leather meat. Patty melt had barely any onions - I will say, the Tobasco fries were great (hard to screw up frozen fries). The casino was super nice compared to what we expected, so not a total loss - but pop over to McDonalds next door and skip this cafe.

We decided to try Cafe Milano and we're seated immediately. Sergio was our server, as he took our order I asked if we could order cocktails and he asked me what I wanted. What was funny was he then walked away leaving my husband and his brother confused. So they walked out to the casino bar to get a couple of beers. Sergio didn't write any of our order down and seemed kind of rattled. When our food came my brother in law bit into his Spicy Buffalo Chicken sandwich and the spicy spewed out all over the place. My husband ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad which was so wet he had to stop eating it. I opted for the Potato Loaded with Carne Asada which had potential until you reached the potato. It was very dried out, not at all what I expected for $21.95. Our bill for three with tip was $89.27, not including the two beers they bought at the casino bar. For the quality of food we received, and the strange service, I would not return to Cafe Milano.

My niece had the chicken fried chicken and she liked her dish and my sister ordered a steak that she too also enjoyed. Our server was great and fast. The hot chocolates were very tasty with whip cream. The best part of the meal were the hot rolls with butter. Prices seem reasonable but the food can be prepared better. Its a café like place so I will be back to try other things if im ever in the area. We did have reservations to the steakhouse but looked at the a la carte menu and it's more expensive than Ruth's Chris with not so many good reviews. Glad we came here instead.
