I can't speak for other Dunkin Donuts, but I love this one. I spend a ton of time in Wells so I end up here a bunch. The vanilla chai and the iced coffees are excellent and the donuts are generally good. Several servers have all but become friends. They have watched my son advance through three grades and two years of wrestling and always inquire after him, my health etc. In general all smiles, friendly and fun. I don't understand some this franchise owner's attitudes toward employees, customers, tipping and gift cards/DD cards and community involvement, but I like the staff and products. read more

They had to re-make my iced coffee because the first was not good, when I watched them re-make it, they used hot coffee instead of the cold coffee mix that they normally use. Also, they obviously ran out of the real Dunkin hash browns because when I ordered them, they looked and tasted exactly like a frozen generic bag from the grocery store. It's very clear that they used a different hash brown. They don't even look the same. read more

Supposed to be open at 6am. Was not open. Asked the man sitting there what time it was and he just kept repeating "closed."

Was excited to get a donut at this location. First my husband and I ordered 2 chocolate donuts and 2 of the triple coffee mocha chillers. We waited for our order for about 15 minutes watched the lady clear our order and throw away the order slip. She proceeded to make everyone else's orders and then after says all the orders are clear and then asks did you have something. We said yeh you cleared our order and never made it. She then looks up the order and then proceeds to begrudgingly make it. But she failed to even give us what we ordered. We got old burnt coffee with some ice thrown in it with whipped cream on top and some emaciated day old chocolate bars. My husband questioned her about the bar and she says that's what we have they are the same recipe. Lazy very piss poor service and nothing what we ordered. We watched several people come back in who had also received the wrong order and were also told that is what we have. We threw our whole order in the trash at the next truck stop and saw a couple who ordered stuff at the same Dunkin' Donuts who also threw their order in the trash. read more

Stopped for a sweet drink and it was quick, made well, & yummy. I tried the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Iced Latte and it was delicious. Great location right off the interstate and I was greeted when I walked through the door. read more

Passed through here on a road trip, after a long night driving over the Sierra Nevada from the NorCal coast. Just wanted a cup of coffee and some donuts for the kids. Strangely, they were out of donuts at 7 AM, with only an eclectic selection of flavored donut holes available. Worse, the coffee was lukewarm... by the time I realized it, we were gassed up and pulling our trailer out of the parking lot... so not worth the trouble to go back in. Maybe they were having an off day or the shift change had a few folks call in sick? Whatever the reason, this was definitely not expected at a DD. First time we have ever experienced that at any Dunkin, and last time we'll check here. read more

It is nice to have it open and very friendly staff Cleanliness and decor was nice. Ut also connects to the travel store which has restrooms, showers and a huge supply of electronics and convenience store items. Coffee was delicious and so were the lemon filled doughnut. read more

Customers service is below any lowest expectations you can imagine. Management needs to take action on this unless they plan to get out of business . Selling DD products but they are not affiliated to Dunking Donuts. If you ask to many question you will not receive service . Highly recommend you avoid it if it's possible. read more

I stopped in here for some Dunks! Not having one close to where I live, I normally seek them out when I travel. They were not very busy and only had a few people in the store. When I approached the counter, they still have a great selection of donuts still available. There was only one person working behind the counter (Leslie). She would take the order and then fill it before coming back to the next order. I appreciated the fact that even though Leslie was by herself, she kept a very nice and positive attitude. After taking our order, some other gal arrived and started to help. From there conversation, Leslie had been working by herself for a while. Even though it took a few minutes, Leslie got my order together and smiled the entire time. Leslie did the best she could and worked quickly to keep orders moving. I sympathized with her being the only one there but I appreciated the job she did. Coffee was great and my order was hot and well prepared. read more

I came by here on chance because I needed to fuel up. Dunkin Donuts donut holes were amazing! I especially liked the blueberry and the raspberry filled ones. Ok, here is my concern with this place. I am a HUGE Dunkin fan. I have a card I use, collect points, earn free coffee. Well, since I have been traveling I have had several vouchers expire because there have not been any DD around. When I happened upon this one I was happy as a pig at feeding time. I grabbed my card, walked in, ordered my extra large decafe and presented my card. OPPS. They couldn't take it. Why? Because the owner doesn't want to get the DD swipe reader. They gave me 23 cents off of what should of been a free cup of coffee. Not only didn't I get the free coffee , I don't even get credit for the purchase. The staff was fine. The coffee was a fine. But this is a DD in name only. Don't expect DD to actually take care of you in DD style. read more

I live an hour away, but we always stop going through. What's best is they actually have donuts alll the time. And a large selection. Doesn't matter if it's early or late. You'll get a variety to choose from. Plus they always taste amazing. read more

This was one of my favorite stops when I travel to Arizona Because we do not have a DD back home. I stopped in for a cup of my favorite coffee and was treated very rudely by (Ashley), not only was she rude to me but she was also very rude to he co workers. My friend and I ordered our coffees and she started arguing with the young man behind the counter about what we had ordered right in front of us. The young man argued with (Ashley) for a brief moment, then went back to playing on his phone instead of working. Soon after the argument ended the young man left and she began being rude to her other co worker, a very sweet Asian lady. (Ashley's) female co worker kept a great attitude while (Ashley) not only threw a fit in front of my friend and I but also threw one of the metal coffee against the machine because the steam was not working and was throwing the "F" word out at the front counter while we waiter for our coffee. To top it all off the coffee in the two latte's were burnt and absolutely awful!! As much as I love stopping here to treat my family and friends to coffee and donuts, I will never stop here again for the RUDE service. read more
