When I stepped in here I thought I had taken the Way-Back Machine to the late 70's. Back then this is the only way a Pizza Hut was. You could only go there to sit and eat. If you wanted a pizza at home you had to go get it. Anyway...... The place is decent, not in a creepy lost in time sort of way. The decor is in pretty good shape. Brought back memories. The food is still good, came out reasonably quick. My only knock was the loud Flat screen TV that had the World Cup on. Of course, since we were the only other couple in there I get why no one was getting after them for it. read more

Nice staff but very disappointed with pizza, gone downhill since last year and then it was not good. Will not be back.

Got into town late on Super Bowl Sunday. Was surprised that the wait time was only 20 minutes for pick up arrived at the restaurant. They were very busy but they did a great job on the pizza and my cinnamon rolls. Staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend. read more

Shout out to Kaden. Something went wrong with the app and my order got terribly messed up, but Kaden took it on himself to make it right. He delivered the pizzas directly to my classroom, brought plenty of plates and napkins, and our class pizza party was saved. Food was hot, the order was correct, and the kids were happy. We'll keep ordering from Pizza Hut for our parties. read more

Again, this location is back to the same old tricks. I ordered pizza.... Nothing.... Finally got through after calling for an hour and they decided to close early. The online app doesn't stop taking orders so day like an idiot waiting for food. Buyer be aware, they only give you store credit, so you literally lose your money with no refund. Thinking that the only way to work with Pizza Hut is to sue them in small claims court. Maybe if enough of us sue, the corporation will decide that customer service matters. read more

What happened to Pizza Hut? I haven't eaten at one in years so today we decided to have lunch here. Well let me start off by saying that we were the only ones dining in and it was disappointing. First off the table was dirty with pepper everywhere which is inexcusable when they were clearly dead. Next, they no longer have any salad option. Then the server who took our order took at least 15 minutes to bring 4 drinks. After getting our food we asked about Parmesan cheese and were told it's $1 extra for a small shaker. The whole place has definitely gone down hill. So sad! Pizza was ok. I guess it's time to retire the old pizza place! read more

Got to the store and they didn't have my order I'm not sure what happened lady on the phone must not have put in my order in when I called. Had to order at the store and wait another 15 minutes. Then the workers were making pizza without gloves and they were texting and handling food. Overall just and inconvenience and unsanitary. read more

Pizza Hut - Texting and not using gloves to make food - Pizza Near Me - West Wendover, Nevada

We stop by Pizza Hut today in Wendover Nevada, the pizza is usually really good and you'll get used to the flies when you're eating, I think that's part of the experience. Today the service was horrible, nobody came and check on us. No soda refills, nothing. Funny thing, in Nevada they have the mask mandate and some of the employees were preparing the food and bringing the food to the tables without masks. One of the employees was actually vaping in the bathrooms and while he was walking out, still in the restaurant. Overall, today was the worst service that we ever received. read more

This Pizza Hut looks like it straight from the 90's and hasn't been remodeled since then. The pizza was ok but the decor and furnishings need to be updated. On a side note, the bathrooms were horrible. One toilet was clogged, the other one had a broken top. There were paper towels all over, there was no soap in the dispenser, and the door lock was hard to turn. I would think if a kid went in there and locked the door, they might not be able to get out. Please Update your facilities. read more

How about a big no! You have to go to a boarded up window or call. It is West Wendover and you are about to loose your business..you are allowed to serve dine in .. but when i suck it up because you are "COVID compliant" and go to your window, your employee drops her glove on the floor, picks it up and puts it on? Oh, and when I ask how long a large pepperoni pizza will take to prepare- she doesn't speak a word of English.. she has to ask in Spanish for help... bye read more

The food was amazing and our server was super friendly! My mum had a lot of fun eating here since the interior reminded her of the Pizza Hut she used to visit 20+ years old! Would definitely visit again :) read more

By nightfall, arrived in the town of Wendover, I got hungry after check in at the hotel. Thinking about what to eat for dinner and found this Pizza Hut . Interesting part was my hotel was situated in Utah which is Mountain Time, but this place was at Nevada which is Pacific Time. 1 hour difference. Fortunately, wasn't too late . Called them at 9:00 MT. Picked up within 15 minutes. Lady was very nice and friendly. However, like other Pizza takeouts, they always forget putting utensils (knifes, forks, etc) along with the food. Disappointed. read more

Don't bother. Rudest Pizza Hut in country. Don't even attempt to apologize to mistakes.

I am very pleased with this place! Service is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful! We ordered 2 pizzas and wings and devoured it. I will be calling them next time for our pizza night. read more

I've been to this Pizza Hut several times over the last few years and the place is generally clean and the food comes out hot and well made. The staff is always friendly, though I get the feeling they're not very used to many people eating in at this location. There's just generally a lack of interest on the part of the people who serve us. I'm not saying this as a bad thing in particular. We're never neglected and the service isn't bad, but they tend to seem slightly distracted, probably because they are with the amount of orders they get for deliveries. I haven't used the restrooms at this location, so I can't comment on them. In general, though, I feel like this location is about what I expect from a Pizza Hut. read more

Literally the worst place I have ever been. It was dirty, the doors, the tables, the seats. Everything was sticky. The pizza was just as bad. read more

It's pizza hut, but I was pleasantly surprised. After a long day of driving, anything delivered sounded good. Choices are limited in this area. They delivered fast and even a few minutes before their estimated time. We ordered on line. Really easy. The delivery guy was very friendly. Big plus for me was the 6.99 medium pizza with any toppings. I loaded up on the veggies and it even came with fresh spinach on top. Road food can get old fast, so this was a nice change even though it was still pizza. read more

It has been a long time since visiting a dine in Pizza Hut. But why not do something different while in Wendover. The food was what you would expect from Pizza Hut. The staff was nice, though it was rough trying to understand her Spanglish. I would return sometime for sure. read more

Foods ok. Anything to save a buck though like charge me .25 for my ranch and move along!!

You know, you really can't have high expectations when going to a Pizza Hut in Wendover. The lady taking our order was incredibly nice, but spoke what I can only call Spanish Klingon with a mix of broken English - ordering our food was a bit of a gamble, which seemed fitting since we were in the gambling town. read more

I ordered online. Very prompt delivery. Pizza was baked well but just skimpy on some of toppings...chicken and peppers near to none. Otherwise no complaints. read more

Ordered pretty regularly when I moved here, very friendly and helpful with saving the dollar limit for you. Lets face it, the food options in Wendover Nevada are limited, I have tried most of them. Pizza hut is a known quantity, Wendover has one of the few sit down Pizza Huts left in the area. Service was ok, food was as expected, and pricing was reasonable. We tried some different items this time the Meat Pozolo and the Buffalo Pozolo and jalapeno poppers. I found everything to be good, the wife found the buffalo pozolo and the poppers to be too hot...she normally doesn't complain about either but this time she was sensitive or they were spicier than normal. read more

I think the new staff is shaping up things. Great customer service. Food was cooked fast and perfectly! Def coming bak

1 star for fast service only food not hot warm forgot plates forks and drinks to feed family luckily there was a restaurant across the street where I was able to purchase extra drinks and forks and napkins and plates I called back and talked to Pizza Hut employee was not a big deal to him that I was not satisfied I didn't want to make it right so if your looking for fast food only and don't care about quality go ahead and order read more

Expect more from a major food chain. The service was slow and the personnel needed to take a few more lessons in the English language to understand them, we ordered bread sticks and medium pizza everything came out at once. It's a pizza hut. The service was good. The pizza fine. There were a lot of flies in the dining room. The bathroom was disgusting.

This is not a review about their food, but rather their customer service. I contacted the manager, Francisco, a few months prior to our pizza purchase. We requested 55+ pizzas for a large church youth group that would be traveling from California through Wendover on July 21, 2018. Unfortunately we never made it because our bus broke down and we had to change our plans. Due to the large order of pizzas, Francisco had to make the dough in advance and was now stuck with a lot of extra dough. I told him we did not want him to be on the hook for the pizza dough and offered to pay whatever he thought was fair. Instead, Francisco felt sorry for our group and told me we did not owe anything. It had been a very long and frustrating day and it meant a lot when Francisco showed his compassion for our group. He (Pizza Hut) demonstrated unbelievable customer service that should not go unnoticed! I know the next time I drive through Wendover I will be sure to stop by Pizza Hut in Wendover and encourage everyone else passing through to do the same. And when you do stop by, please let Francisco know you read this review. read more

Hands down the most sorry pizza I have ever had in my life! It arrived cold, and if it had any sauce it was not enough to be perceptable. I ordered a medium hamburger pizza to my motel room and it was so bad that I took one bite and then I got in my car and went to find something else to eat. On my way to the grocery store I stopped at Pizza Hut and and asked for a refund wich they wouldn't give me... So I threw the pizza accross their counter and shouted that they could at least dispose of their garbage for me, then I stormed out. read more
