The online app doesn't stop taking orders so day like an idiot waiting for food. Buyer be aware, they only give you store credit, so you literally lose your money with no refund. What happened to Pizza Hut? I haven't eaten at one in years so today we decided to have lunch here. Well let me start off by saying that we were the only ones dining in and it was disappointing. First off the table was dirty with pepper everywhere which is inexcusable when they were clearly dead. Next, they no longer have any salad option. Then the server who took our order took at least 15 minutes to bring 4 drinks. After getting our food we asked about Parmesan cheese and were told it's $1 extra for a small shaker. We stop by Pizza Hut today in Wendover Nevada, the pizza is usually really good and you'll get used to the flies when you're eating, I think that's part of the experience. Today the service was horrible, nobody came and check on us. No soda refills, nothing. Funny thing, in Nevada they have the mask mandate and some of the employees were preparing the food and bringing the food to the tables without masks. One of the employees was actually vaping in the bathrooms and while he was walking out, still in the restaurant. Overall, today was the worst service that we ever received. read more

This Pizza Hut looks like it straight from the 90's and hasn't been remodeled since then. The pizza was ok but the decor and furnishings need to be updated. On a side note, the bathrooms were horrible. One toilet was clogged, the other one had a broken top. There were paper towels all over, there was no soap in the dispenser, and the door lock was hard to turn. I would think if a kid went in there and locked the door, they might not be able to get out. When I stepped in here I thought I had taken the Way-Back Machine to the late 70's. Back then this is the only way a Pizza Hut was. You could only go there to sit and eat. If you wanted a pizza at home you had to go get it. Anyway...... The place is decent, not in a creepy lost in time sort of way. The decor is in pretty good shape. Brought back memories. The food is still good, came out reasonably quick. My only knock was the loud Flat screen TV that had the World Cup on. Of course, since we were the only other couple in there I get why no one was getting after them for it. read more

By nightfall, arrived in the town of Wendover, I got hungry after check in at the hotel. Thinking about what to eat for dinner and found this Pizza Hut . Interesting part was my hotel was situated in Utah which is Mountain Time, but this place was at Nevada which is Pacific Time. 1 hour difference. Fortunately, wasn't too late . Called them at 9:00 MT. Picked up within 15 minutes. Lady was very nice and friendly. However, like other Pizza takeouts, they always forget putting utensils (knifes, forks, etc) along with the food. I've been to this Pizza Hut several times over the last few years and the place is generally clean and the food comes out hot and well made. The staff is always friendly, though I get the feeling they're not very used to many people eating in at this location. There's just generally a lack of interest on the part of the people who serve us. I'm not saying this as a bad thing in particular. We're never neglected and the service isn't bad, but they tend to seem slightly distracted, probably because they are with the amount of orders they get for deliveries. I haven't used the restrooms at this location, so I can't comment on them. In general, though, I feel like this location is about what I expect from a Pizza Hut. read more

It's pizza hut, but I was pleasantly surprised. After a long day of driving, anything delivered sounded good. Choices are limited in this area. They delivered fast and even a few minutes before their estimated time. We ordered on line. Really easy. The delivery guy was very friendly. Big plus for me was the 6.99 medium pizza with any toppings. I loaded up on the veggies and it even came with fresh spinach on top. Lets face it, the food options in Wendover Nevada are limited, I have tried most of them. Pizza hut is a known quantity, Wendover has one of the few sit down Pizza Huts left in the area. This is not a review about their food, but rather their customer service. I contacted the manager, Francisco, a few months prior to our pizza purchase. We requested 55+ pizzas for a large church youth group that would be traveling from California through Wendover on July 21, 2018. Unfortunately we never made it because our bus broke down and we had to change our plans. Due to the large order of pizzas, Francisco had to make the dough in advance and was now stuck with a lot of extra dough. I told him we did not want him to be on the hook for the pizza dough and offered to pay whatever he thought was fair. Instead, Francisco felt sorry for our group and told me we did not owe anything. It had been a very long and frustrating day and it meant a lot when Francisco showed his compassion for our group. He (Pizza Hut) demonstrated unbelievable customer service that should not go unnoticed! I know the next time I drive through Wendover I will be sure to stop by Pizza Hut in Wendover and encourage everyone else passing through to do the same. Hands down the most sorry pizza I have ever had in my life! It arrived cold, and if it had any sauce it was not enough to be perceptable. I ordered a medium hamburger pizza to my motel room and it was so bad that I took one bite and then I got in my car and went to find something else to eat.
