I usually NEVER get my lattes from Starbucks because I prefer other shops. BUT THE BANANA BREAD ICED MATCHA. Amazing, no notes. I subtracted the cold foam and caramel crunch and did one less pump of syrup so it wasn't calorically dense. Was worried about it just turning out tasting like a regular matcha BUT NO. THE BEST THING I've ever gotten from Starbucks. Like genuinely tasted like banana bread. The baristas seemed friendly as well and they were quick to get drinks made. 10/10 read more

The women at the counter this morning was beyond rude and snappy to me. The good was still cold in the middle and I was worried she was going to spit in it if I said anything because she wanted to argue. My drink was good and the man was nice. But it smelled offal in the casino like a wet ashtray. read more

Ordered a large white chocolate mocha. When I tasted there was no sweetness and didn't really taste like coffee. The barista definitely missed a step. For people who think coffee is life, this is a huge deal. read more

The location is not accurate, inside the casino. I spend a long time to find the location

This Starbucks is located inside a semi-shady casino on the way-out-there outskirts of Reno, next to the Scores gentleman's club. Suffice it to say, this isn't your average, everyday Starbucks. To get here you just steer yourself to the Wendover Nugget Casino, head inside, hook a right when you hit the strip club, and go straight to the far back casino wall. There you'll find a surprisingly well-kept full-service Starbucks just off this pretty vacant casino floor. There's a big communal table, it's smoke-free, and my Chai tea was not only piping hot but a little less sweet than it's normally made at other locations- and for me that's a good thing. The only thing odd about this place is the counter flow as it's takes a few seconds to figure out if you go to the right or left after you pay (it's the right, fyi) to pick up your finished beverage. This Starbucks is a beacon of hope, light, and caffeine buried in the depths of a dark, semi-seedy casino along the Interstate-80 roadway. If you're not a fan of Flying J gas station coffee, this is one of your few options to stop for a slightly more refined cup between Salt Lake City, Utah and Reno, Nevada. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Felt unwelcome from the first time I stepped in and ordered. I ordered green tea Frappuccino with coconut mike with no whip cream, but they put whip cream in the cup. After I asked, they took my cup and scooped the whipped cream out, and gave me the same cup. What a worst place. This order is for a person who has lactose intolerance. Bad customer service ever. read more

This Starbucks gives amazing service and makes the drinks perfect. They are very fast and customer service driven.

Smokiest Starbucks on the planet. This Starbucks is located right in side the smokiest casino on the planet. This casino seems to make no effort to filter the air. Every customer smokes, and every sip of coffee comes with a bit of a licked ashtray flavor. Pastries and baked goods spent the day soaking up the cigarette smoke. read more

The service here was okay but the ingredients werent fresh in the slightest. My coffee wasnt made well.

I'm not a bit fan of Starbucks Coffee but this is the best place for coffee in wendover. I hate going on the weekends though since it's so busy but mid week is great. They sometimes mess up my girlfriends hot chocolate but my coffee drinks are generally alright. I've had a couple bad experiences with the staff but nothing awful. read more

Starbucks - Hot chocolate and a caramel macchiato - Coffee & Tea Near Me - West Wendover, Nevada

The absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life! There is a girl who works there and is working alone every time I've went there and she is beyond rude and disrespectful. She rolls her eyes at me and I have been here twice and will never go here again. She's just so rude it made me leave without even buying or ordering my drinks bc she was saying she was out of everything to make my order which is a "iced white mocha with sweet cream foam instead of whip cream" and she said she didn't have any ingredients to make it and this was after she recognized me from my first visit a week prior where I did get my drink but she refused to let me use my app to scan and pay so I could get my points, she said they don't do that there when there was literally a sign that was right there at the register that said to use the app to get points and she had the scanner for it and I pointed that out and she said that was only for barcodes on giftcards, not for the app code. So I asked for the receipt so I could add it to the app so I could get my points and she gave me a duplicate receipt that had no information on it for me to be able to get my points, it was a reprinted receipt that didn't have the original receipt info on it that I needed to get the points and I had ordered multiple drinks and lost points because of her doing this. My second visit was my last once I saw the girl she rolled her eyes at me, she hates her job and really should be fired. She's a horrible horrible, disrespectful, rude ass little girl. read more

Got order wrong, even after repeating our order three times. Had to explain to the chick what regular coffee was. Starbucks... drug test your workers at this location. 11-20-21 7:00am read more

i recently started drinking Dutch Bros. and stopped drinking Starbucks because their coffee always taste burnt, but for road trips this coffee chain is the only thing available at every exit. I ordered a triple caramel latte, pretty simple but when i got it, it tasted like shit! no flavor, just strong burnt popcorn coffee. i couldnt finish it and almost fell asleep driving....jk but yea it was bad. taste your coffee before you leave this location to take it back if it taste like shit. read more

With 10 minutes left of closing barista wouldn't make anymore black iced tea. Had an attitude with me and tried to force something I did not want on me. Rude and glad I don't have to use this place ever again. Another bad experience with Starbucks. read more

Considering it is inside a very loud, smoky casino with drunk people gambling and falling down stairs, I would not go here again. I was desperate for a cup of iced coffee and couldn't find anything other than this in Wendover. I had about 200 miles to drive, with NOTHING in between, so I didn't have much of a choice but to walk nearly 1/2 a mile (since the parking was jam packed) to get a cup of coffee, unless I wanted truck stop, fast food or gas station coffee. read more

This Starbucks was out of nearly everything cool and refreshing. No strawberry drinkd and no dragon drinks. Very disappointing.

Best coffee with separated atmosphere from the casino. Great staff friendly and work hard to keep it clean and promptly filling orders

Recently modernized and looking much better than it did. Staff didn't change though and they needed to. Maybe because they are located inside a casino they figure everyone is a drink, broke idiot. Unfortunately it's really the only place to get a half way decent selection of ok coffee. read more

I use my nugget players rewards points to get coffee everytime I come here. They sometimes have coupons for playing there too. I can't express how pertinent a good cup of coffee helps when you need to keep playing because you are on such a good streak or you are in the zone playing poker. The employees are always nice, happy, and beautiful! #blessed read more

If they get busy they'll mess up every drink. It's the only one in wendover though. If they aren't busy they are very nice and you're drink comes out great. Honestly it's just a hit or miss on which employee is there. Some know what they are doing while others should just scoop ice. read more

It's a Starbucks. If you was in San Francisco you probably wouldn't get excited about. But, in Wendover area it is a real treasure. A good coffee in the morning really changes your expectations for the day ahead of you. And you know what they say " In the land of tasteless buffets who has a Starbucks is a king":) read more

Worst Starbucks ever. Gal had no personality. Rude and drink was warm not hot like coffee should be.

Located in the shadiest casino I've ever been in and I'm from Reno! Ordered a citrus green tea latte, which is on the menu, and the barista looked at me like I was crazy. Ok scratch that. Changed my order to an Earl Grey latte. Got a tea bag in boiling hot water. I get that the normal clientele probably don't ever order tea lattes, but come on!! read more
