Working with Tim, the cabinet designer for our kitchen, was such a great experience. He was patient, kind, paid attention to detail, thorough, and had a great eye for design. He helped come up with ideas we never thought of and knew how to change little things to really make a sharp design statement that's timeless. We are grateful to have worked with Tim! We found the diverse options at ProSource to be very helpful and beautiful in finding the right colors/textures to fall in love with. All the employees seem to be knowledgeable on options and processes. David is our accountant manager and we couldn't be more pleased with him too! Everything I picked out looked totally different upon install. I regret not being present when marble countertops were delivered. They look horrible. Like leopard marble.....with rusty patches. I would have rejected the stone. Beware, what you see in store will not be what you get. read more

Dream team of Samantha and Sophia worked remotely with me to pick out flooring and tile for my Florida condo. They graciously sent samples of my selections out of state so that I could order and allow my contractor to get started. Love my flooring-- it is textured for falls prevention which was important to me. They listened and sent only appropriate samples. The bathroom tile is stunning-- very rich in color. The fireplace tile is amazing and really anchors my room. So much better than anything found in the big box stores. They helped with grout colors, delivery schedules, etc. They were ez to communicate with via email, text or phone. They have a relationship with my contractor (Danita K of West Shore Construction, Largo-- another 5* recommendation) which was really helpful. Highly recommend! read more

We ordered 528sf of tile based on a sample in the ProSource showroom. When we received the tile and gave it to our installer. The installer proceeded to start installing the tile but remarked that every tile was bowed and he was having to use allot of material and braces to keep the tile from coming up. About 1/2 through the install I happened to show the installer the sample tile that we had originally ordered the tile from. The installer says there is no way the tile we were given was anything close to the sample. The sample is far greater quality. The tile received is bowed horizontally and much thinner than the sample. We brought this to the attention of ProSource. ProSource's answer is to forward the complaint to the manufacture and walk away. Heads up if you order from ProSource don't accept your order without checking it out. read more

DO NOT do business with this Prosource franchise. The owners are in Orlando and their son Joshua now runs the show. He is NOT trustworthy or respectful. I have been in the building business for over 40 years and have never seen the deterioration of a business like this one. We had to return tile and wood flooring numerous times due to product defects. Of course, they blamed others. Numerous orders had quantity deficiencies or the wrong product all together. Of course, they blamed others and Covid! What? Returning bad product is difficult at best and they want you to pay shipping and restocking fees regardless of who made the mistake because they carry virtually no inventory. Getting your money back is next to impossible. If you want to avoid headaches and significant delays to your project, do yourself a favor and deal with an honest vendor that actually has inventory and values their customers. read more

If you leave with samples expect to be HARRASED by sales calls and emails until you return them. Our rep, a newbie, John Hale, who knew NOTHING about tile (but sells it?), kept harassing us after we took samples home. **HE NEVER TOLD US THERE WAS A 48 HOUR RETURN POLICY ON SAMPLES**. Had we known, we would never have taken them. The sales manager, Richard Johnson, was useless as well. This company has changed radically to what we remember dealing with five years ago. They lost a sale. Our project: $50,000 worth of tile will be bought elsewhere. read more

Our experience with Shelly Brooks at Prosource was a dream come true. Shelly was absolutely fabulous - from evening and weekend appointments to immediate responses via phone or email, Shelly provided excellent service. Shelly has an interior design background and helped us pick truly phenomenal selections for our new home construction. We had initially gone to the Tampa Prosource and made some selections on our own and Shelly helped us see that we needed to make sure all of our choices meshed well throughout the house. We moved in a few weeks ago and have gotten so many compliments on our selections. We couldn't be happier with our Prosource experience and products! Scott Seltzer. Scott went out of his way to accommodate my ordering of wood grain porcelain tile. Of course I miscalculated the amount I would need. Scott ordered it based on my measurement. But he as able to correct the quantity without me paying a restocking fee which saved me hundreds of dollars..He is very knowlegable about the products he sells. He even recommended craftsmen to install the tile. read more

On the advice of my tile man (GulfPort Tile,David R) which I really recommend to anyone wanting a fair, honest and excellant tile job I went to the prosource showroom in Largo FL, my wife and I decided on some very nice travertine(over $6.00 a sq foot, no where near being cheap stuff) all of the travertine I purchased was displayed on a display board that showed all of the numerous sizes of this particular travertine, we ordered approx 150 sq feet of the 18" travertine, and approx 15 sq ft of 1" travertine (for the shower floor) that comes mounted on a mesh that are actually 12" X 12". The tile arrived on time as promised, the 18" travertine was just as it was on the example board in the showroom, however the 12 X 12, 1" inch mesh travertine tile was no where near what was displayed on the example board in the showroom or any where near what the 18" travertine pieces. My tile guy told me that the 1" travertine mesh pieces were so far off from the 18" pieces he would not install them if it was his house. My tile man called prosource and explained the problem with the more than normal color varation in the two travertines. Prosource agreed with the tileman and agreed to reorder from the same travertine display board in the showroom but this time we would order the slightly larger 2" travertine mesh tiles instead of the 1" and hope that there would be less of a color discepency. After approx 7 days of not hearing anything from Prosource I called them to find out what the status was with my new travertine order. Prosource informed me that they had not in fact agreed to reorder anything like my tileman had told me they were going to do. They told me that the discrepency in the travertine was normal for travertine, and basically my tileman didnt know anything about travertine and color varations. I was out of luck, they said it was a special order and that I was stuck with it regardless! Needless to say, I went to Floors and Decor in clearwater and found basically a perfect 2" travertine mesh, I had to pay for it all over again but bathroom looks as it should regardless of what Prosources unfriendly customer policies. Hind site, I should have listen to my gut?, when I 1st went into this Prosource showroom, the staff seemed to have an arrognance about them, I felt like I was putting them out by coming into there showroom and bothering them to sell me something, the kind of place I think that we all have experienced before, places that dont really want to do anything besides take your money,,,,,,anyways BEWARE of this place, if you have any issues at all they will treat you like the proverbial red headed step child. I will never go back, I will be buying 2000 sq ft more of travertine for the rest of my house but it wont be from Prosource thats for sure Mark R in St Petersburg, FL read more

ProSource was recommended from our contractor for tile for our kitchen remodel. We were remodeling a Florida condo while we live in Atlanta so we had to pick out everything on line. The cabinets and countertops came from different companies and we had no problems. ProSource, however, created several problems for us. We ordered the tile on Sept. 18th and were told it was one week lead time. Our remodel was starting 10 days later on Sept. 28 and the tile was not needed until near the end of the 2 week project. However, the tile finally arrived on Oct.13 (4 weeks later!) and it caused a significant delay in our project. A minor problem was also created because when the tile was finally delivered, we had not purchased grout so there was another (small) delay. Of course, we should have known that any tile requires grout, but we were just the consumer being led by the experts and I think that ProSource should have mentioned that we should order grout. The other major problem was that too much tile was ordered- almost double what was actually used. ProSource refused to take any back. All we picked out was the actual tile, not the quantity and I do not know if the amount ordered was provided by ProSource or by our contractor. If it was our contractor, we probably could have gotten them to reimburse us for the overage. When I called ProSource and tried to determine why so much extra was ordered, the representative (Keith) was very rude and said "I do not know who provided the quantity- for all I know it was you!".
