This was my first time coming here , my cousin suggested it but I wish I would have saved my money ! For starters there prices are ridiculous, I went in to get a pedicure and a simple layover of powder on my natural nails, no acrylic or anything extra which all together came out to $82 ! . For my feet I initially wanted the cheapest package which was $25 but Instead I got the $33 package since the nail tech was insisting that I go w. The more expensive one, I also paid the extra $10 for gel polish so my feet alone came out to $47 which Is definitely wayyy more then I've ever paid for a pedicure but given the times(covid19) I chose to go ahead and do it since it has been so long. My nails is where my big issue comes from . They charged me $35 to add powder over my natural nails (to make them harder) and the nail tech that did my nails filed one of my nails down so much to the point that applying ANY pressure to the nail hurt so bad ! I let her know that my finger was hurting and she showed no concern , in fact she continued to file and use the power tool which hurt even worse !! On top of all that , I went in yesterday 7/2 and literally after a couple hours I noticed that my gel paint was already peeling off a few of my nails . Let start off with this is a cash only place... they make you use the atm there. That was one thing I disliked since I do not recall seeing a sign anyway stating cash only. Well that ended about 2 months ago when I went in a week before my wedding to have my old nails taken off because I wanted my natural nails to breathe a week before I got a fresh set out on for the wedding. They had me waiting for 45 mins just to have the acrylic taken off. Multiple people had walked in after me and they were allowing them to go before me. I guess they were treating me like crap because I wasn't getting anything "done". In which I was returning the following week for a fresh set and pedicure for my wedding. So I was treated for a full set and pedicure elsewhere for my wedding and returned here the day before my wedding for my eyebrows. Walk in, waited about 44 mins just to be told by HOLLY who had been doing my eyebrows also the only person inlet do my eyebrows that I had to wait another hour. When she walked up to me she glanced down at my nails and seen that I had went somewhere else and I think it struck a nerve so she was trying to make me wait a while nother hour saying "the room was occupied for an hour" BULLSHIT! She was just upset and giving me a hard time. To me that lame, wack, childish, and very unprofessional. I didn't have time to wait because I had wedding rehearsal shortly after that. Imagine being a bride and being treated like this the day before your wedding. We had developed a relationship and she knew my wedding was the next day. What a B****! Update*7/1/22 after the cut on my cuticle never got better my dermatologist took a biopsy of lesion and and it turns out that the infection had gotten worse and turned in to cancer. They tell me exaaaactly what they think, especially when it's time for a new set and don't even charge for the replacement! My fills tend to last a few mo' days compared to other salons. When we first came it at 5pm on a Wednesday it was slow, with only one other customer and 3 nail ladies. Within minutes 3 customers came in, all separate from one another and the lady doing my nails became frantic and started rushing my nails, as well as the one doing my friends.
