I visited here today & I was so disappointed. I had been here maybe about 5 times or so. However I felt this time I was being overlooked. So I asked the person who runs the place, how long? She said for me to go and ask the techs I was waiting on. I told her it's her responsibility yo do so. She asked and after sitting there 45 min or more the lady who did my nails says. I'm busy. Sorry. Well why wasn't I told this initially. We have to be very mindful how we patronize people who don't appreciate our money. You don't see them spending 100's at our businesses. And we tip. It was a disservice for me today. I didn't appreciate it at all. Do better read more

I used to love coming here despite it being a bit pricey they used to do good nails...NOT ANY MORE at least in my experience I had a nail set with 2 broken nails that was colored acrylic powder and I went in to soak them off and to get a gel manicure and the gentleman that originally does my nails laughed and said "i do good work you get fill because I just did these" I then said are you sure my nails feel very weak and he said yes yes I just do fill for you and so he proceeded and I trust him he's the nail professional but a week after my "fill" the nail that originally was broken that he put a new acrylic nail on completely breaks off which tells me it wasn't secure on there and a week after that my fills start lifting and flying off and underneath the acrylic on my natural nail I see discoloration like nail fungus which could have all been avoided if my nail tech would have gave me my soak off like I wanted. read more

Coming here on a Monday morning was the best idea ever. Not busy at all, got helped out right away. There isn't a lot of parking but also don't judge a book by its cover. It's beautifully decorated inside and the bathroom was sooo clean. Now we got two spa pedicures "D" it was $40 with gel color. Callus removal, 5 min massage, hot towel and there was two other things I believe...I can't remember. But what made this experience so much better was the customer service we received from MICHELLE AND FLOWER. Shout out too those wonderful woman. So sweet and kind. Literally the reason why we will be coming back. Thank you again for a great experience. Side note they do have a $1 charge for card. read more

I got a much needed fill and pedicure yesterday. I was extremely disappointed to learn that they are now cash only. There's a big no name ATM in the middle of the shop. Having to go to the bank 1st is going to be inconvenient in the future. Who goes to the bank? read more

I went to this salon because my daughter always has her toes & nails done . I had a really nice pedicure special where they massage and do a volcano soak for $46 . It was fantastic . I had nails done by Danny . He did a great job . My nails began to lift after 2 1-2 weeks . They should need a fill but not lift. I came back for a fill and explained about the lifting . He got offended & would not do my nails AFTER he told me to come back an hour later . We are adults ! If you can't take any form of criticism I feel as though your in the wrong business. I couldn't believe it . Straight out poor customer service. You had me leave and come back after an hour . SMH!!! read more

I was in dire need of a pedi yesterday and saw this on yelp. Im visiting family for the holidays and they sort of nearby and I thought I might as well try it. When I got there they were actually pretty busy, at 3pm on a Tuesday! I had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get seated but no big deal. The spa chair was good, worked fine. The staff is nice and did my pedicure well. The massage was supposed to be a 5 min massage, but was more like 2min. But overall they did a good job. The polish selection is small but they have OPI. The salon is quite small. There's only 4 spa chairs and 4 manicure spots. I think they also do waxing in the back of the salon as well. Parking is pretty terrible, I ended up parking on the street about a half a block away. The spa pedicure is $15 and the callus removal is $5. I think this price is comparable to other nail salons in the area. Side note: the donut shop next door has DELICIOUS Thai iced tea for only $2.50! I ordered on while I was waiting and it was so nice to sip on in my spa chair. ;) read more

Today this place really frustrated me. I've been coming almost as a regular since 2015, I left twice and reconsidered and came back today was the reminder why I have left a few times. I come once a month I really like the lady that does my nails I only go to her (bad with names can't remember hers) today Holy wasn't there not sure if that is why they tried to charge me 16 or more for services I usually get on a regular basis. I paid 36 for my pedicure and they tried to charge me 48 for gel on my feet. I was pretty upset about that when I questioned it I'm being looked at like I'm stupid or being extra. Now last time I had same pedicure package and color I did nothing different but your trying to tell me I need to pay 12 more I don't think so. Now when I come in there Holy is begging for customers I told her then your charging too much so you go up more and don't tell your customers. Now is time to venture out again and go somewhere else. They tried to kind of fix it and not charge me the price but how that was done I'm very upset and extremely disappointed. read more

I wanted a a short coffin set with foil sticker decal on both the ring finger. #1- nail technician kept suggesting it's better long but I don't kept telling her to cut them shorter and eventually agreed on medium length because apparently she doesn't understand what I wanted. 2. She couldn't even fill the rest of my ring finger with the foil sticker. She didn't want to do it again and she kept applying the top coat and she was like "it looks beautiful" I'm thinking you can't possibly convince me to think that your actual work was actually decent when you're charging me for a price of a decoration on the finger but it's only a foil sticker transfer to my nail. She was dismissive and ignored what I told her because wage didn't want to fix it. I didn't get her name but if I do get it, I will post it on here. But I'm not happy and they wonder why I haven't been here in such a long time. My 4th finger decoration looked like a sticker was slapped on to it and didn't cover the rest of it as you'll see on the picture. read more

Very friendly staff, wide selection of gel colors, and Holly really took her time listening to what I wanted my acrylics to look like after a nail tech at a different location ruined my nails. I had just gotten a new full set the day before so Holly wasn't able to remove the acrylic and give me long nails like I wanted because it would ruin my natural nail and burn my fingers, but she was able to work with the set I had and made them fabulous! Safe to say Pros Nails just gained a new regular! read more

Pros Nails - Thank you Holly! (A week old) - Nail Salons Near Me - Bellflower, California

So I just got home from Pros Nail and I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The white tip gel manicure was $23 and this includes the gel color, the cuticle removal, and a hand massage after the color sets. Holly, was the name of the lady that did my gel manicure, and she was very attentive. I'm giving this place a 4 star just because of Holly and that's being TOO nice because Holly used a little bit too much polish. My pedicure was bad. I didn't catch the lady's name but she was very rough and the polish looks ugly. She didn't let my toes dry before putting my sandals on and she messed up one of my toes with my sandal and she just added more polish and it doesn't look good and some other toes look streaky. Luckily she used my polish so I'm going to have to fix it at home. I'd go back with Holly and maybe to try another lady for pedicure. read more

Pros Nails - Business hours - Nail Salons Near Me - Bellflower, California

I was greeted right away, the lady in front was very nice. Facility looked clean and welcoming, I liked the tools were opened from a sterile package. The only one that wasn't new was or startle the nail file and the buffer. I sat and was brought a nice basket with a lot of gel nail colors. That's a plus. The nail artist I thought did an "ok" job, the massage was about 10seconds and if you see my pictures you can see polish on my skin, also I would have preferred more cuticle to be taken out she was a little gentle for my taste. I'm not sure if I would be back here again but it was conveniently located by me at the time. 3 stars for cleanliness of the location and a variety of gel colors to choose from. read more

Great job! I had the man (couldn't catch his name). They are in the process of expanding (hurray!!!!). The wait was long since it was 6pm and no appts. But he did a fantastic job on my full set + gel. My pedicure was ok. The only things I would suggest to pro nails is better/longer massages. It was less then a min for BOTH legs and did not get one for the arms. They close at 7 but if you are there before then, you most likely will get seen. They are cheap! It was 60 for all. read more

I call @ 6 pm asking if they have time to take me in for a full set & a pedi. The lady on the phone tells me yes go in now. I arrive and they decide to close 30 mins early because it's one of their birthdays, and ask me to go back the next day. I travel from Whittier over here and this is their type of service ? HORRIBLE , and yet the lady can only say sorry but do nothing for me. This is just horrible they should be shut down !!! And I asked her what is there to do about this and she said nothing so I said well this is horrible service I'm leaving a review & she has the audacity to say go ahead ? The management only gets worse!!! read more

Just left this place and almost every time I come to this place the customers are so rude to the workers and other customers. Going to get your nails done is for relaxing and enjoying the pampering. The place itself is ok but they should stop their customers instead of allowing it to continue. Very unprofessional and also sad that people don't know how to behave like adults lol read more

They know what they're doing.. Came here I was greeted immediately by 3 girls, they asked what do I want so I presented a photo and she said yes we can do that; how longs the wait? They said 10-15 minutes. 5 minutes later I was seated. Got my nails matched up to ayrlic. Then she passed me on to another girl who would do the nail art. She was gentle, she was nice, she was quick but she didn't cut any corners. None of my nails were crooked, none of my nails were super thick. I asked if she could replicate and she did exactly just that. I liked that they have individual machine tips so they're not using tips to file down on you by someone or on someone else's nails. I will be returning. They're open on Sunday which is a plus!! Cuz I rarely have weekday time. Next to a donut shop.. Yum yum LOL read more

If i could give NO stars , i would. The man who was doing my nails KEPT over flooding my cuticles which was causing my skin to burn ! I wiped the sides of two nails to try and get the access off to see if it would stop burning . As i wiped the second , he gets upset takes his gloves off and tell me HE COULD NOT FINISH HE QUIT. & all the owner/ manager could say is sorry. First time here ever. I was a bit nervous status post Covid. It was a wait since people were lined up since 7:30 am. Again everyone wanting to get their nails done since it's been closed for 3 months. However the service was absolutely great The staff was very friendly, everyone was just so nice and smiling and I saw a lot of disinfecting going on after each customer left which was great. I had a family of four which was my husband, my daughter, and my son-in-law everyone was extremely satisfied with getting pedicures or manicures or nails done. I personally had Katie and she was amazing she was very understanding she even mentioned to me that if there is something I do not like please let her no because she is there to please me as a customer and wants me to be happy. The restroom is very clean and smells nice that is a big pet peeve I have. I am very happy with my changing to a different nail salon and I will definitely be coming back. read more

This was my first time here at this place and will be my last . 1. The lady I got (idk her name) was so rude for no reason 2. She was rushed my nails, my cousin also got a full set and we finished at the same time. you can tell in the photo that she didn't finish some of the lines and made them too thick 3. She charged me just about 20 dollars extra to do the design 4. And she also charged me 30 dollars for a pedicure it's insane how much they charge for poorly done nails :( read more

This used to be my go to place for my nails, but ever since they started getting new girls to work here, the quality just isn't the same. I kept coming back thinking the girls just need more training, but after 3 times of being disappointed I can say I won't be coming back. This last visit I stopped by to get gel nails, no acrylics or anything. Just plain gel nails and the polish literally lifted up and flaked off the next day. Shame. Now I need to find a new nail place. read more

If you don't want to verbally fight with every small request you put in GO ELSE WHERE... the tech first up charged me for a basic gel color change, then said the nail shop couldn't do my nails because I prefer file over cutting.... I'm in shock! And mind you these are my natural nails and they're pretty short already (I have a long nail bed so the nails can be short and still look long) I should have listened to the reviews :( These are typically how long my nails are.... and they "couldn't do my nails" because I prefer filing... I went right down the street to elite nails and they filed them down in less than 30 seconds INSANE read more

I've decided to give this location a try due to the great reviews. Upon arriving the salon the parking is limited (which I understand). The salon is very clean and looks pleasant (they just remodeled) Anyways, Frst, I was getting a pedi done th lady was pulling out an ingrown nail & the lady was hurting me! I told her that it was hurting and she just smirked and continue to hurt my toe. After, I went over to get a fill on my nails & a new lady this time told me that they would have to take off the nails and redo them due to me waiting too long to get a fill. I said ok that's fine. The lady seemed annoyed and frustrated that she had to do that, she even had another person help her. The whole process of getting my nails done took about an hour, I understand and appreciate that she was taking her time, but the result was ehh ok for something that long. So after leaving and going home, my toe that the lady was hurting was a bit swollen, I thought it should be ok. Later on that night my toe got more swollen and had dry blood! My toe even had white puss coming out. Apparently my toe got infected. The whole experience there was just horrible. I am traumatized of getting my toes done now... lol read more

Got my nails done a simple red color with one white 3D flower on my ring finger medium length paid $70 and they lasted about a week before they started lifting. I went back and all they did was add some glue really after i pay $70 plus tip. Never again will i get my nails done here. read more

I've been coming here for the past 4 months. Today was the first day where I was not treated well with customer service. The lady who was doing my toes kept asking me for extra things that I did not want. When I refused to use powder on my toes for a broken nail (extra $2 charge) she did my feet like whatever. My pedicure looks like it was done by me yet I paid $32 for it. She cut my toe nails slanted instead of straight and the nail polish does not cover the entire toe nail. Sad because I was starting to like the place but if all this place wants is money but not willing to do the work not only will I not tip but I also won't be coming back or referring anyone else here. read more

I went for the first time yesterday and I was trying REALLY hard to like this place but I CAN'T. I got a manicure and pedicure with french tip and in under 16 hours its already coming off (it was poorly applied to begin with!) The pedicure was the worst part! She basically just put lotion on my legs and feet with absolutely NO effort with anything. She was clearly more into her conversation with her coworkers. After saying NO several times to callus removal before my pedicure she still tried to push it on me more during my pedicure which i found frustrating cause i had already said no 7 times. I am not sure if she was tired or just being VERY lazy she seemed very distracted. It was really hard to even enjoy any of it honestly... I came to relax and i couldn't even do that. Halfway throughout the pedicure she stopped and was looking for something around the salon for someone else for awhile and just left me and returned and rushed the paint job. I feel like i got a half assed job BUT I still tipped. Idk her name but she has short dark hair and her manicure chair was the last one in the far back right. The ONLY good thing i can say is my tools were opened from a sterile pack. I will definetly not be back!! read more

I had a request of what I wanted but the lady that did my nails insisted her way was better. I was polite and said that I didn't want it like that but she still did it. I'm not the type to cause any problems so I just gave up. They could probably careless but I will never go back. It's happened twice already. I'm paying for their services and they should respect my easy request. So yeah I'm not going back. read more

First time here. The prices are great! The finished work is very nice. I got a 20 pedicure.. with Callous removal. I also got an acrylic overlay on my real nails since they were brittle with gel color. I'll write an updated review on how long it lasts. So far I'm impressed with the place. Very clean, very friendly, and good prices. For acrylic overlay and gel nails, pedicure with callous removal and arm pit wax, i paid 65 which is a great price compared to most places I've been. If quality is as good as it seems I'll definitely be back!! read more

Decided to try this place last minute. Service was quick, but the tech who did my pedicure scraped too hard on my heal and took off some skin.
