I used to love coming here despite it being a bit pricey they used to do good nails...NOT ANY MORE at least in my experience I had a nail set with 2 broken nails that was colored acrylic powder and I went in to soak them off and to get a gel manicure and the gentleman that originally does my nails laughed and said "i do good work you get fill because I just did these" I then said are you sure my nails feel very weak and he said yes yes I just do fill for you and so he proceeded and I trust him he's the nail professional but a week after my "fill" the nail that originally was broken that he put a new acrylic nail on completely breaks off which tells me it wasn't secure on there and a week after that my fills start lifting and flying off and underneath the acrylic on my natural nail I see discoloration like nail fungus which could have all been avoided if my nail tech would have gave me my soak off like I wanted. read more

Coming here on a Monday morning was the best idea ever. Not busy at all, got helped out right away. There isn't a lot of parking but also don't judge a book by its cover. It's beautifully decorated inside and the bathroom was sooo clean. Now we got two spa pedicures "D" it was $40 with gel color. Callus removal, 5 min massage, hot towel and there was two other things I believe...I can't remember. But what made this experience so much better was the customer service we received from MICHELLE AND FLOWER. Shout out too those wonderful woman. So sweet and kind. I went to this salon because my daughter always has her toes & nails done . I had a really nice pedicure special where they massage and do a volcano soak for $46 . It was fantastic . I had nails done by Danny . He did a great job . My nails began to lift after 2 1-2 weeks . They should need a fill but not lift. I came back for a fill and explained about the lifting . He got offended & would not do my nails AFTER he told me to come back an hour later . We are adults ! If you can't take any form of criticism I feel as though your in the wrong business. I was in dire need of a pedi yesterday and saw this on yelp. Im visiting family for the holidays and they sort of nearby and I thought I might as well try it. When I got there they were actually pretty busy, at 3pm on a Tuesday! I had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get seated but no big deal. The spa chair was good, worked fine. The staff is nice and did my pedicure well. The massage was supposed to be a 5 min massage, but was more like 2min. But overall they did a good job. The polish selection is small but they have OPI. The salon is quite small. There's only 4 spa chairs and 4 manicure spots. I think they also do waxing in the back of the salon as well. Parking is pretty terrible, I ended up parking on the street about a half a block away. The spa pedicure is $15 and the callus removal is $5. I think this price is comparable to other nail salons in the area. Side note: the donut shop next door has DELICIOUS Thai iced tea for only $2.50! I ordered on while I was waiting and it was so nice to sip on in my spa chair. ;) read more

Today this place really frustrated me. I've been coming almost as a regular since 2015, I left twice and reconsidered and came back today was the reminder why I have left a few times. I come once a month I really like the lady that does my nails I only go to her (bad with names can't remember hers) today Holy wasn't there not sure if that is why they tried to charge me 16 or more for services I usually get on a regular basis. I paid 36 for my pedicure and they tried to charge me 48 for gel on my feet. I was pretty upset about that when I questioned it I'm being looked at like I'm stupid or being extra. Now last time I had same pedicure package and color I did nothing different but your trying to tell me I need to pay 12 more I don't think so. Now when I come in there Holy is begging for customers I told her then your charging too much so you go up more and don't tell your customers. Now is time to venture out again and go somewhere else. I wanted a a short coffin set with foil sticker decal on both the ring finger. #1- nail technician kept suggesting it's better long but I don't kept telling her to cut them shorter and eventually agreed on medium length because apparently she doesn't understand what I wanted. 2. She couldn't even fill the rest of my ring finger with the foil sticker. She didn't want to do it again and she kept applying the top coat and she was like "it looks beautiful" I'm thinking you can't possibly convince me to think that your actual work was actually decent when you're charging me for a price of a decoration on the finger but it's only a foil sticker transfer to my nail. She was dismissive and ignored what I told her because wage didn't want to fix it. I didn't get her name but if I do get it, I will post it on here. But I'm not happy and they wonder why I haven't been here in such a long time. Great job! I had the man (couldn't catch his name). They are in the process of expanding (hurray!!!!). The wait was long since it was 6pm and no appts. But he did a fantastic job on my full set + gel. My pedicure was ok. The only things I would suggest to pro nails is better/longer massages. It was less then a min for BOTH legs and did not get one for the arms. They close at 7 but if you are there before then, you most likely will get seen. They are cheap! It was 60 for all. read more

The nail artist I thought did an "ok" job, the massage was about 10seconds and if you see my pictures you can see polish on my skin, also I would have preferred more cuticle to be taken out she was a little gentle for my taste. So I just got home from Pros Nail and I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The white tip gel manicure was $23 and this includes the gel color, the cuticle removal, and a hand massage after the color sets. Holly, was the name of the lady that did my gel manicure, and she was very attentive. I'm giving this place a 4 star just because of Holly and that's being TOO nice because Holly used a little bit too much polish. My pedicure was bad. I didn't catch the lady's name but she was very rough and the polish looks ugly. She didn't let my toes dry before putting my sandals on and she messed up one of my toes with my sandal and she just added more polish and it doesn't look good and some other toes look streaky. Luckily she used my polish so I'm going to have to fix it at home. I'd go back with Holly and maybe to try another lady for pedicure. read more

They know what they're doing.. Came here I was greeted immediately by 3 girls, they asked what do I want so I presented a photo and she said yes we can do that; how longs the wait? They said 10-15 minutes. 5 minutes later I was seated. Got my nails matched up to ayrlic. Then she passed me on to another girl who would do the nail art. She was gentle, she was nice, she was quick but she didn't cut any corners. None of my nails were crooked, none of my nails were super thick. I asked if she could replicate and she did exactly just that. I liked that they have individual machine tips so they're not using tips to file down on you by someone or on someone else's nails. I've decided to give this location a try due to the great reviews. Upon arriving the salon the parking is limited (which I understand). The salon is very clean and looks pleasant (they just remodeled) Anyways, Frst, I was getting a pedi done th lady was pulling out an ingrown nail & the lady was hurting me! I told her that it was hurting and she just smirked and continue to hurt my toe. After, I went over to get a fill on my nails & a new lady this time told me that they would have to take off the nails and redo them due to me waiting too long to get a fill. I said ok that's fine. The lady seemed annoyed and frustrated that she had to do that, she even had another person help her. The whole process of getting my nails done took about an hour, I understand and appreciate that she was taking her time, but the result was ehh ok for something that long. So after leaving and going home, my toe that the lady was hurting was a bit swollen, I thought it should be ok. Later on that night my toe got more swollen and had dry blood! My toe even had white puss coming out. Apparently my toe got infected. The whole experience there was just horrible. I am traumatized of getting my toes done now... lol read more

The lady who was doing my toes kept asking me for extra things that I did not want. When I refused to use powder on my toes for a broken nail (extra $2 charge) she did my feet like whatever. I went for the first time yesterday and I was trying REALLY hard to like this place but I CAN'T. I got a manicure and pedicure with french tip and in under 16 hours its already coming off (it was poorly applied to begin with!) The pedicure was the worst part! She basically just put lotion on my legs and feet with absolutely NO effort with anything. She was clearly more into her conversation with her coworkers. I also got an acrylic overlay on my real nails since they were brittle with gel color. I'll write an updated review on how long it lasts. So far I'm impressed with the place.
