They will NOT provide documentation for the repairs unless you pay $150.00/hr for the invoices and documentation. They are rude and EXTREMELY dismissive. Nancy Falcone is impossible. So the attorney shall deal with her. Think she might be stealing from owners. Just my thought since owners cannot have free access to receipts, invoices etc. NEVER LIVE ANYWHERE THAT HENNESSY IS INVOLVED WITH, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whenever something came up, it was handled quickly and professionally. Early in my tenancy, I noticed mold in the refrigerator's water dispenser, and they replaced the refrigerator almost immediately. When the old stove and cooktop stopped working properly, they replaced the full range with a brand-new, very nice appliance. When the water heater broke a few months later, that was also replaced practically right away. The maintenance staff were always kind, helpful, thorough, and respectful. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or fight to get a necessary repair completed. One of the best examples of their reliability happened during a major snowstorm. The roads were barely passable, but I woke up one morning to find that my driveway was the only one in the neighborhood that had been plowed. My neighbors were genuinely asking how RentProv had managed to get it done. I eventually purchased the house I was renting, and they continued maintaining the property and responding to issues through my final days as a tenant. They never started doing the bare minimum just because I was about to close. Shannon, in particular, was wonderful--professional, thoughtful, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled well. I can only speak to my own experience, but mine was consistently excellent from beginning to end.

On August 16, we came home to a significant amount of blood throughout the shared areas of our building and outside the property. It was in the lobby, hallways, trash room, on the door handles residents needed to use to enter and exit the building, and down the sidewalks surrounding the building. It felt like it was everywhere. I was literally using my foot to open doors because I felt so uncomfortable touching anything. Having to walk through and around that just to enter and leave our own home was incredibly disturbing. We documented everything with photos and timestamps and immediately raised our concerns. Cleanup did not begin until nearly 24 hours later, and the common areas were not fully cleaned for approximately 72 hours. For days, we were still encountering remnants of blood while simply trying to come and go from our home. What happened was upsetting enough on its own. What ultimately changed how we felt about continuing to live here was how the aftermath was handled. At the time, we had already signed a lease renewal beginning September 15. We asked RentProv to release us from that upcoming lease before the new term had even begun because, after this experience, we no longer felt comfortable remaining in the building. Instead, we were told we would remain financially responsible until another tenant was found. We have cooperated with the re-rental process, including allowing prospective tenants into our home for showings while we are still living here. Unfortunately, communication throughout this process has also been incredibly difficult. There have been times when we've gone days, and at points longer, without clear answers to questions that directly affect our housing and finances. We've often been left unsure of where things stand or what the next step is. When you're trying to figure out where you're going to live and when you can move, that lack of clarity makes it incredibly difficult to plan anything. It has felt like our lives have been on hold while we try to work through this. Most recently, we discovered that our unit is being advertised for $2,900/month on Zillow and Rent.com, but it was not listed on RentProv's own rentals page when we checked. Given that we are being held financially responsible until another tenant is found, we obviously want to see every reasonable effort being made to re-rent the apartment. We have been reliable tenants, always paid our rent on time, taken excellent care of our home, cooperated with showings, and repeatedly tried to find a reasonable solution. We did not ask to leave because it was convenient or because we simply changed our minds. We asked after an extremely disturbing experience in our building and because of how the aftermath was handled. More than anything, we're just deeply disappointed. We have tried for over a month to work through this privately and reasonably, and instead we are still living with uncertainty about our housing and financial obligations. I think prospective tenants deserve to know about our experience so they can make their own informed decision about renting with RentProv.

She was the person handling my case and answered the phone when I called, but then denied that she was the person I had been dealing with. That was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I want my $20 refunded and I want to speak with a manager about how this situation was handled.
