Starting with my first appointment, I walked him through what I was looking for and the budget i had in mind. We decided to go with off the rack options where he selected several different suits to have me try on based on my body composition - FYI: they'll provide shirts and shoes for you if needed to try with the suit so dont stress if you come "unprepared" After trying on a bunch of different colors and having him provide his opinion, I decided after trying on a couple more different styles/materials We locked in the purchase and went over the desired alterations for the following appointment. The staff keeps personal communication with you via text or email so rest assured logistics will be handled Despite having forgotten to adjust the waist for my pants, my measurements were retaken for another follow up appointment where I was able to leave with a suit that was fitted to my liking Overall, Constantine was patient and attentive and full of knowledge as he worked with me across several appointments, and I think i can say i was quite satisfied with my service at Suitsupply

Not only was the suit handed to me wrinkled, but the entire interaction felt rushed, like they wanted me out of the store the moment I put it on. For the amount of money being spent, I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. The woman assisting me during the pickup process was honestly horrible, and it completely took away from what started as a very positive experience. I'm happy to finally have the suit I wanted, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

I was happy to hear he was open to working with me and I was able to get a bespoke suit. He's very knowledgable about current trends and easy to talk to about his process. Having worked with Daniel out of his San Fransisco location in California I was always wanting to visit his original space in Chicago. The sales woman then dismissively says to us, "You can look around" as if she was doing us a favor! I looked at my cousin, turned around, and we left. Do NOT waste your time giving this place the benefit of the doubt. It's already overpriced. To have racism and rudeness on autopilot is absurd. I'm not sure how they stay open.
