The positives: -Unlimited Mileage and you just pay for one small fee (unless you don't want any additional add-ons. -The truck had a full tank of gas and I returned it with a full tank as a courtesy for the next person. -They had the option to keep the truck for three days and not just two which Uhaul had a big issue with. It's just not possible to return the truck within two days if I am moving from city to city since the city I moved to was 3 hours away from Austin. On the other hand, Penske provided the option to return the truck in the new city and not Austin. However, Uhaul had a problem with this and wanted me to return the truck in Austin by the second day. That sounds very stressful!! -The truck was very clean and spacious. I ended up getting the 12'Truck which allowed me to move out of a 698 sqft apartment. Negative: -There was only one worker at this location and he appeared to be burned out with his work. He was tired and did not speak much. He was a shell of a human. I say that Home Depot needs to make sure that there are more than one worker in the area so that he has someone else helping him out. However, when I returned it to the location in the newer city, the workers were much more lively and provided conversation. However, the truck was ready and he even drove the truck closer to the store so that it would be easy to access. I highly recommend Penske with your moving needs!

I also asked for the price and they confirmed $479.99 and they also provided the price of the model up for SR200. I drove 30 min to purchase it and they asked if i would like them to test out the unit to ensure everting worked? I said yes and this is one of the reasons I like punching from them is they register for warranty, test and i support local business. Unit fired up, during checked he said total was $600ish? I immediately said the price was $479.99 and their website shows that price and that was the price given when i called. He asked if was still on sale and I said I have no idea but that why a called to confirm inventory and price. He asked who I spoke to and I did not get a name but he would find out who i spoke to. He found the person I spoke to and he said they can't honor the price he gave me for 479.99 because there was a miscommunication? I asked what the miscommunication was when he said what the price was 479.99? He stated they can't sell it at that price and walked away. What piss poor customer service not to honor the price they have on webpage and after confirming that was the correct price. This is bait and switch and I can understand not always updating your website but that's why I called and asked for the price and inventory. Very disappointing after driving 30 min to support local Austin business and then 30 min to return home.

I understand Burnet storage is not responsible for theft but today I picked up my boat and found the hitch bent, jack broken off, and wiring harness cut to pieces like it was mowed. Unfortunately the small boat next to mine had the same fate. Even if the prices for a spot were reasonable the cost for theft and damages is not. The crew that showed up to perform the work, lead by Noe, was extremely professional and courteous. They were also highly skilled and did a great job of getting everything welded up cleanly and straight. Eastside Fabrication's team had no problems dealing with the minor fitment issues we encountered. They were able to fabricate a few missing parts and made adjustments to their installation methods to ensure a very nice visual fitment. The welds were clean and the finished product was exactly what we were looking for. The crew showed up on time each day and worked around our schedule. They also completed the project within the requested timeline and did a great job of maintaining a safe and clean work area. I plan on utilizing Eastside Fabrication again in the future. We bought a 3/4" stainless-steel rod from Westbrook Metals (see separate review for them), and had Eastside Fabrication tap the end of it (with a 10mm metric thread) and bend it. We were on a tight time schedule since my friend had to leave town in 5 days, but Eastside did the job the next day. It turned out the rod wasn't sturdy enough, so we got a second piece of 3/4" rod and had Eastside weld the two alongside each other; he did that the same day, and it works perfectly and looks good. It's not often one needs services such as this, but if you do, this is the place to go. Very friendly, very accommodating, and top-notch work.
