Hire Phil! I…read morereached out (via Yelp) to many companies for the box elder bug mass invasion of our home. Phil responded within 30 minutes of my request. He was able to give me a quote over text and could come out the next day!!! All of the other companies that bothered to reply couldn't come out for a week or more, and they gave a "starting" bid. Phil kept in constant communication with me. He let me know when he was on his way and when he would be arriving. He even arrived a little earlier than the window given. He walked the perimeter of the house, looked at all of my concerns, explained that what I thought were box elder were actually another beetle (no red x on their back). I knew of one area where wasps were getting in under the patio ceiling, and soffit around the house. Phil not only hit the entire perimeter of the house, yard, trees, and area where I knew the wasps to be, but he hit the entire soffit everywhere there was space to spray. He offered to come inside the house and spray all of window frames, but I didn't think it necessary. Needless to say, we had bug graveyards surrounding the house within a day. I did notice a few stragglers after about 5 days and when I asked him about it, he said he'd be out to do a second treatment. Full disclosure we have a lot of trees, of which some are growing over the house touching the roof above the window I noticed a few (like three instead of thirty) bugs hanging around. He offered to come inside and this time I said yes. He wore protective slippers over his shoes and hit every window in and door upstairs and down. I am SUPER pleased with not only his work, but his professionalism and personality. I HIGHLY recommend Ecoline Pest Control.

They texted ahead of time giving us a window of time when they will be there -- and it's not the huge four-hour window like some companies -- it was an hour window. They came within that time frame and did great work. Our home seems to be a collector of yellow jacket/wasps nests. They knocked all of those down including one that is way high and hard for us to reach. Yippee! They sprayed our entire perimeter and extended out a few feet as well. I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. I highly recommend them and plan to schedule a return visit!

(I was thinking "I need a lawn service" and their truck drove past my house, so I figured that was a sign!) They've come out four times so far--once to aerate the lawns, which left quite a mess, and three times to spray. The technician is very nice and clean cut, but my lawn looks terrible. There are spreading yellow patches all over the front lawns (that weren't there before), and mushrooms in the back lawn. I mentioned the mushrooms to the technician and he said "that happens sometimes when the lawn is really wet." But we're in a drought and I'm watering only as often as permitted, so that didn't make sense. My neighbor told me yesterday that the front lawns look like they have grubs. Grub preventative is one of the things supposedly applied to my lawn two weeks ago. I called Stewart's today and they immediately scheduled a grub recall treatment for later this week, so I'm hopeful that the problem will be remedied. I'll update my review when I see the results.
