I cannot even give them 1 star! they are a terrible company. They don't come out when they make appointments. You have to wait at least a month to get that appointment. I was so impressed. Dallin and Bridger not only know what they are doing, they were very friendly and professional. They texted ahead of time giving us a window of time when they will be there -- and it's not the huge four-hour window like some companies -- it was an hour window. They came within that time frame and did great work. Our home seems to be a collector of yellow jacket/wasps nests. They knocked all of those down including one that is way high and hard for us to reach. Yippee! They sprayed our entire perimeter and extended out a few feet as well. One late night our son noticed an abundance of tiny creatures exploring his grandmother's basement. While he's informing us of the swarm of exoskeletons, I'm searching for pest companies. It's Friday night. I'm two states away in another time zone. My intention is to leave a message with the hopes of having someone call Monday morning. Serve is the second number I dial. I notice an incoming 801 area code while dialing for a third company. With a pause, I answer the call. It's the owner of Serve! I explain the situation. He assures me he'll have a tech out by mid morning. What? He's returning a missed call late Friday night and sending a team for Saturday? Morning comes. The owner calls and informs me of the sudden influx of requests. Again he assure me a tech will come. Within an hour my phone rings with another 801 area code. The tech finished early and can come now. Eek! I'm coordinating this via texts with our son who though he had time for a quick errand with his elderly grandmother. We're set. The company get there. Saturday morning 8 am - right on time. We had Bridger and Dallin arrive exactly when they said they would. They had their COVID masks on and gave my wife and I an explanation of what they can treat. They also asked us what pests we have trouble with. For us on our property it's wasps/hornets, spiders in windows and ants in the grass. They came while snow was still on the ground so they used a product on the exterior of the house, covers 3' up and activates with water so the snow wasn't a problem. They also had a long brush that treats high eaves with nests and hives. They DO NOT make you sign a contract and can arrange how often you want treatments. Give them a call and try them out. Any that do show up, they will return for on-call within the week. Landscapers uncovered a large underground nest on my property line that had been a source of perennial trouble for my entire block. I have so many great things to say about this company. They arrived on time. They wore masks and stayed distant from me. They came to my door to introduce themselves and find out what questions or concerns I had. My last pest control service just comes in and sprays and leaves. They spent time getting to know what specific problems I've had and then they got to work. They were quick but very thorough. I think they have very comparable prices to other companies that I've used, but I'll choose this company again because they really wanted to address my concerns rather than just show up, quick spray, and leave.
