I've been a customer of Bulwark for several years and through three different houses. We first signed up for them after a bad experience with another pest control company where we got locked into an expensive contract and they did not get rid of the spiders and voles. We were nervous to try another company but Bulwark has been consistently fantastic at addressing all of our concerns. At our last house you could see where voles dug up our neighbors yards but never touched our yard. I haven't had spiders, ants or seen any pests after Bulwark has treated my properties. After the first treatment they come back every few months and treat around the outside of my house. I don't even need to be there unless they need to update the treatment inside the house. All in all Bulwark has been wonderful. Today Conner came by to give my new house its first treatment. He was very respectful and knowledgeable about the pests common to my neighborhood. I'm new-ish to Utah and especially new to living in a mountainous place with so many...critters lurking around. I signed up for Bulwark's pest control membership nearly a year ago when I moved in and have had great service ever since. The technicians are fantastic. Since it's the summer, that means a lot of wasps flying around. Noah M. came out today to service my property and made sure to talk to me about any issues I might be having or anything I'm seeing around the property and made sure to address everything. I have a high roofline in the back due to a walkout basement and he was able to knock down all the webs and clear out a small wasps nest that had been built since the last visit about 6 weeks ago. I am a first time homeowner and had no idea where to start with pest control. But Bulwark was exceptional from the start. I sent a request for a quote on a Sunday and received a call minutes later. A tech was scheduled for Tuesday morning, a quick turnaround. Our tech, Spencer showed up during the appointment window and was very courteous. I have two anxious dogs and he was patient while I calmed them down. Spencer listened to my concerns and explained how he would address each of them. He even went into the crawl space to check out a hornet's nest. Some people might be concerned that you sign a year-long service agreement and pay a monthly fee. But they are scheduled every other month and will service between visits if you still have issues with pests. Definitely worth it! read more

This company has been good to me for years now. They do a great job, and if something happens between treatments just call and its handled for free. I have had to do this a few times in the past, and it was taken care of quickly. I was impressed because some companies claim this, and a pain to get them back. This was not the case. They are also veteran friendly, and take care of us. Recently Conner came to the house, and did a great job. Plus a cool personality and very friendly. Ive never had a issue with them. The piece of mind of free retreatments if something cones back, or wasp nests show up they handle it. Im a disabled veteran so its nice to know they stand by their service. Bulwark Exterminating people approached me as I pulled into the driveway of a newly constructed property for pest control service. I signed up and the next door Kyle Moore showed up on time and fully equipped. He put on the shoe cover that he brought himself before walking into the house. He demonstrated in action and explained in detail what spray he should use for what purpose. He answered patiently all the questions I had as a new homeowner. After indoor spraying, outdoor spraying, laying bait traps, and removing a wasp nest, he handed over a summary receipt with details on every pest product used during the service. David K and Jake E are awesome service techs! They were very thorough and explained everything they were going to do. I love that this company uses top quality applications, that won't harm my dog. As far as Bulwark itself, they don't seem to want my money. Signed up with a local sales guy Spencer, who took my card info for auto billing on a year agreement. Then I receive emails from Bulwark saying I need to pay my bill. My card info for auto pay was never given to them they said. So I signed up for auto pay online and I'm still getting notices about my bill . All little annoying and I'm sure it will get worked out, but for what they charge, I shouldn't have to be almost begging to pay my bill. read more

Hands down the nicest people. These people know what service means. They are the kindest people, they explain what they are doing, ask if you have concerns or trouble areas. Our experience with Bulwark was so positive and we are so grateful! Keigunn Kunz was incredible and was so friendly and efficient! He went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and safe (it can be scary letting a stranger into your home but he was awesome!) while he sprayed throughout our home and was so kind and accommodating to come at the time that was most convenient for me (we had a sleeping baby that kept napping and he waited until I gave him the go ahead to come over! Clint always does an incredibly thorough job in maintaining our yard and home's pest control needs. His service is always very professional, friendly, and on time! The Bulwark free respray guarantee provides a great value for the bi-monthly subscription that we have. We don't frequently need resprays, but Clint and the Bulwark team are always fast to respond when we have an increase in pests. We had our house sprayed today and Benny was our exterminator. Super friendly guy answered all her questions was very informative. He even let me know there was a wolf spider outback that. She had babies on her back that he tried to spray but ran off he wasn't sure if he got her but said let us know if we see babies and he'll come back out for free. I thought it was awesome that he let us know that instead of just brushing it off. Answered all my questions and even let me know some information I wouldn't of known. He specifically asked what I was experiencing to have them come out and made sure he was treating exactly what I needed. They are timely and professional while he was at the house. We have been using Bulwark for a few years now after dealing with voles, spiders, ants, and wasps. I used to try to handle all these pests on my own spending about 3x as much as what Bullwark costs me and my results were not nearly as thorough as their treatments. We had a small ant problem last year and after a single treatment I haven't seen anymore ants in the house for nearly a year. Travis came out today and did our treatment and as always was very professional. He let's me know when he is coming so I can plan to be here to pull the cars out of the garage and is very thorough. Today we had Kenny stop by the house for routine pest control treatment. He was punctual, polite, professional, all the good things you want to see when someone is coming to do work of any kind around your house. Even though I forgot to mention it to him when he first arrived, he noticed some cob webs on the wooden kids play place in the back yard, so he went ahead and cleaned those off and did a treatment around the playground as well. All in all I thought he was an awesome guy who did an awesome job and I would be more than happy if he was the guy who always showed up to handle our treatments in the future. Robert Carpenter came to my house today for the first spray of many to get get rid of an ant issue we've been having. The box elder bugs in our back yard are out of control this time of year so he sprayed for them too... along with wasps and spiders and other pests that have been sneaking in. He was very friendly and I immediately felt comfortable with him in my house. He explained the process and asked questions about problem areas but he listened to me as well, which was nice.
