Overpriced, onsite service employees do not have good costumer service. I would have kept paying the price if I knew the employees would be more caring about my concerns. Too expensive for low quality service. The office employees are very helpful and were very flexible and great communicators. When I started with this company it was the owner I believe who charge about $140 -$180.00 for commercial service. Since the company got bought out the price went up to 220.00 read more

The bugs have really decreased after Kyle came out. It took two visits (the second one was free) to see as much of a drop as we wanted, but Kyle was great to work with both time. Kyle is very responsive to messages and easy to schedule with. Kyle was late to one of the appointments, but we were flexible and able to make it work. read more

Kyle is super friendly and cooperative and cares about the service he provides. I love how he takes time to communicate with me.

Love working with Kyle. He explains what he is going to do when he arrives. He is patient and answers any questions I have. He also doesn't pressure me into long-term contracts and just offers whatever pricing he has and let's us make a decision. Most importantly, his services work! We live by the lake and I'm always amazed how much better the bugs issues are after he comes. We notice a huge difference. read more

Kyle got me scheduled the next day. Took care of my hornet's nest and yellow jackets within the whole house treatment pricing. He was very thorough and even picked up the dead wasps. He was great with the loud dog, tired kids and messy house. Even stayed after dark to finish up. My husband was very impressed with his service. Kyle is professional and will tell you honestly how it will work. Definitely recommend this company. read more

I'm fairly new to the South Jordan and had an annoying pest issue where I'm currently at. I was able to find Elite Pest Solution in The hometown values magazine which was really nice. The person that helped me out was Kyle. He's easy to talk to, and he's very informative when it comes to pest control and also giving me different options on all the treatments they have. They were able to make an appointment over the phone and were at my house within the same week. Overall, I loved the service and haven't seen any pests since and it's been a few months! They really know what they're doing so go to them for your pest problems ! read more

We bought our home in Kearns, and we are always finding new "surprises". Due to the temperature changes, we started seeing a lot of Elm bugs, the cousins to the Elder Box bugs. These bugs were becoming a big nuisance. I sent a request for an exterminator through Yelp. This is how I got in contact with Kyle, from Elite Pest Solution. He gave me a straight price and was very communicative. The best response for an exterminator so far. He had a few reviews, but all were positive. He was able to come to my house within two days. He even notified me that he was going to be late, before he was actually late, which I appreciate. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Kyle. I have recommended him to one of my friends, and highly recommend him to anyone else. Gracias Kyle! read more

Elite Pest Solutions have been fantastic at our home. We are new to the area and saw a couple of big, gnarly spiders in our basement. I researched exterminators on Yelp and found Elite Pest. I requested a quote and Kyle responded very quickly. He was at our place within 24 hours and confirmed we were overrun with spiders, small flying bugs, and had 8 hornet nests in the yard. He arrived at 7:30pm (which I really appreciated because those spiders were scary!) and got right to work, spraying inside and outside. He worked quickly and diligently in and around our property for almost 90 minutes as the sun went down. When he was finished, he confirmed that our house was really fulls of pests, especially spiders. He encouraged us to contact him right away if we saw any more bugs. He also promised a 2-week window in which he'd come out to spray again at no charge if necessary. The following day, as I was vacuuming up dead spiders around the house, I noticed 2 very alive ones that prompted me to text Kyle around lunchtime. He responded right away and was at our house that evening at 8:30. He sprayed in and around the house again and discovered 3 more hornet nests on our roof. He gladly eliminated those pests for no charge. I am so happy our family found Elite Pest Solutions. My husband and I are confident we have a great contractor who will work hard for us to keep our home free of all of these unwelcome guests. I would gladly recommend Elite Pest Solutions to anyone looking for an exterminator. Kyle is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, prompt, and professional. A really great find on Yelp. Couldn't be happier! read more

Kyle was fantastic. I sent my request late at night, as i had been stung by a wasp and discovered wasp nests in our gate. He responded that night and kept in close communication until he finished the job. The price was more than reasonable. I hope he continues to build a successful business. read more

Looking to get rid of those annoying bugs and pests in your house? Elite Pest Solution definitely delivered. I had both the outside and inside of my house serviced. First of all, the rep showed up 5 mins early to our appointment. Thats a good sign. Very friendly yet professional, Kyle went over the job with us and explained the step by step process of the treatment. Took around an hour and 15 mins to complete. Its been weeks now and no signs of bugs. Would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends. 5 star rating all the way. read more

Got out here sooner than I was expecting and cost was very reasonable. Was flexible about possibly coming back for the interior because I forgot to put my dogs in a bedroom. Great service, professional and service had been great so far. Five stars for sure. read more

Elite Pest Control did an awesome job for our new house. When we moved in our back yard had a lot of bugs, but after one spray we were practically bug free. They are very friendly and took the time to answer all the questions I had while on site. The best part is there is no contract required. Definitely will keep using them in the future. read more

I have used Elite two times in the past but recently I had a very bad experience with an employee Kyle. He was scheduled to come out and was an hour and 20 minutes late. I'm ok with people being late but at least call and let your customer know you are running late. He then gave me a quote for spider removal that was excessive and then told me that I was being difficult because I questioned the amount. It took him 4 hours to complete the job. Next time I will have to use a different pest control company. read more

Kyle is amazing. He is very professional, timely, courteous, and responsive. We've had some issues with carpet beetles, which are super hard to get rid of, and Kyle has been extremely helpful in trying to solve our problem, including free re-visits to help the problem. His professionalism alone is enough for me to highly recommend him. He is also very competitive in pricing. read more

I honestly can't believe how good of a job he did. I searched around for the best price and chose elite pest solution but was so impressed I ended up paying a tip. Other pest control company's I've used spend like 3 minutes spraying and then bounce, he was unbelievably thorough. My wife and I couldn't be happier! read more
