We recently got attacked by springtails or I think they are called Clover Mites. Anyway, we had them ALL over our window sills. Called Dave and he called us back even when we called him at near 6pm. I spoke with David over the phone because I wanted to get a quote for the services I needed. One of the first things he said was that he was "very, very, very busy." He proceeded by asking me if I was just comparing prices or "serious" about hiring his services. I communicated that I was comparing prices before making my decision of what company I would hire. He laughed, which threw me off and did not appreciate. There are many people that compare prices before making a decision, and I am one of those people. It is not uncommon to do so, and it should not something to made fun of. Once he told me the price he would charge, which was $77 dollars more than the prior company I contacted (with the same guarantee), I said I would think about it. He laughed again and said "good luck with that." David gave very poor customer service and was very snobbish. David came to our home and spent a lot of time going over exactly what he did and how he would do it after learning what we were experiencing. He walked us through how his bait traps worked and how long they would be in certain areas and when he would come back and check them with us etc. After just a few days of him being here we stopped seeing the rats completely and have not seen them since. As promised, he came back after a few weeks and checked the traps with us and re-baited them and then came back again at the end of the service and checked the traps yet again and we opted to continue with his services for another period.
