I found Hybrid Pest control by accident, and I am very happy I did. I was looking for pest control and thought I dialed another company, but dialed Hybrid in error. I guess it was meant to be. Their pricing was fair with no hidden charges. (That wasn't the case with the first company I called.) Chase was great to work with and our technician, Erik was amazing! I haven't seen one spider since he sprayed. We had multiple black widows and some brown widows this year and to say I was a little freaked out is an under statement - mostly because we have kids and dogs. I definitely recommend them. I am a mortgage broker and i needed a Termite inspection done at the last minute in a time cruch for a VA customer i am helping to buy a home. I contacted hybrid literally at 10am this morning and it has only been about 3-4 hours and they have already been out to the home and have the report to me. I am amazed. I just had a problem with a swarm of what turned out to be bees in the corner of my house. I called Hybrid Pest Control to start with, they came out the next morning to check to see what they were and confirmed that they were bees, not wasps or hornets. Consequently they could not help, (bees being protected) advising me to contact a bee keeper. I was impressed with their service as they were fast, helpful and believe it or not didn't charge me for their time as there was nothing they could actually do in this case. So many companies will charge you just for a call out instead of just being helpful. read more

Scheduled a call for a rat problem. They were not knowledgeable on the type of rat (Pack Rat, not typical Norway) and provided little value, but Justin was very nice. I would not use them again. read more

I am needing to vent. I found rodent droppings in my storage room. I called HPC on Dec 30. I was surprised to find out that they had an opening the very next day ( New Years Eve) at 11:00 am PROMPT ( "I'm very punctual, so I'll be there right at 11:00" his words, not mine) . So I booked the appointment. He then reviewed my account (as I have used them before), and lucky me, a deal of $149 for 3 visits, not the normal $199 because I already had their bait boxes in place.. So, New Years Eve, the next day I ran my errands earlier than I had planned and returned home to make the appointment. AT 11:28, no one had arrived yet so I called to see if we were still on. A very friendly Justin informed me that due to the roads from the weather, and short one worker, they were behind. (He was talking a mile a minute, Nervous?) So why didn't he just shoot me a call to let me know that? I'm pretty easy going. And FYI... I had been out on errands to 4 places... NO ROAD issues because of the dusting of snow we had received. I cant even call it a storm, so little precip. The roads were actually dry. Really? He wants me to believe that they were storm delayed???? Anyway, he assured me that he would dispatch a guy right then. I look at it this way.... Mr. prompt should have had the courtesy and professionalism to call me and tell me they were behind. I think he must have been busy when I called in on the 30th and simply forgot to write down my appointment, understandable, we're all human, so why not just own it? Then the price. I looked up my prior payments. A charge of $199 then 5 payments of $114. So the $149 not such a great deal after all. I know we are all under weird stress right now with Uncle Corona messing everything up, but this is just one little dare I say " fib" after another to cover a butt. If he had just said... " Hey, I am so sorry, I forgot to include you on our schedule, my apologies. If it is convenient for you, could we come out now?" I would have been left with a better impression of this young man and this business. I won't call back. Too many inconsistencies in one phone call. I've referred this company to several people. Too bad. I liked them. read more

Terrible experience. Signed up for a groupon that required three treatments for about 80 dollars each. Tried to cancel twice and was told that we still needed to do another treatment, even though our contract was already over. We had to call our bank to block a payment because they created a appointment without contacting us first and only sprayed the front of the house ( not the inside or back yard) and charged us full price.. There are plenty of pest control businesses in Utah. Don't bother with these guys. read more

We found out we had aphids on our trees one time. I called them up to see if they took care of that kind of a thing and they did! And because we used them on a regular basis they didn't even charge us!! A few times we have had hornet nests they have come out within a day or two and taken care of it. One time they showed up a little late. (very unlike them.) The guy apologized. He had been chasing his last client's dog that had gotten out of the backyard and the client wasn't home. I was so impressed at that very tired young man. He was exhausted and was definitely hot in his long sleeve shirt during summer. But he was still upbeat, positive and provided the service in a quick and timely manner. We have used them for several years even living in two different homes. We are moving out of town and I wish I could use their services in our new place. If we ever move back I am definitely giving them a call!! read more
