After further review, the exterminator did not remove the nest. The mice came back...I've bought more electronic pest reject plug-ins and those worked. We had a conversation with another exterminator and they stated that they remove the nest + guarantee up to 90 days, which we did not get from Turbo Pest Control! The phone calls were not returned until over a month later. Out of the blue, received a message about another treatment appointment, that we were not aware of nor had we scheduled. I have had their service for over 13 months now. I have paid over a $1000 dsllors for a year. The have shown up did their job which has been okay. Now I have sold my home. The new owner do not want their service. The company doesn't not service the area we are moving to when our new house is build. I can't cancel without pay a fee which I shouldn't have to since the will not be able to serve my new house out of state. However for 24 month which is my contract I will have paid $1200 which is way over price for what they do. I wish they were more forth coming with the total price when I signed up. Hi, my name is Shannon Baird and I have a deeply rooted fear of spiders. The second I see one come around, I have to call someone to come and spray immediately! Okay well first I cry some and maybe say a little prayer, but then I call pest control immediately. I have worked with a few different pest control companies in Utah County and Turbo is the friendliest, most thorough and has the best price out of them all. They have always been kind and helpful as they spray inside and out of my house. No contracts needed, they are extremely thorough, opening up in the kitchen sink and the closets which I truly appreciate. I have never seen another spider alive after they have come through! Total annihilation. I first found them on Groupon, but quickly found out it's actually cheaper to go directly through them instead of Groupon, and they get more of the price instead of most of the money going to a third party app. Quick, efficient, kind and low cost, what more could you ask for in a pest control company? We had some issues with ants and spiders in our kitchen. We researched a few different options, and found a Groupon for Turbo. It was cheaper than most companies I looked at (and there are no contracts like most pest control companies try to trick you into)--so we thought we'd give it a try. The staff on the phone was very nice and they got us scheduled within the week. Curtis was very nice and respectful when he came. I bought a new home and am renovating which has brought out all the creepy crawlers. One brown recluse sighting and I knew I had to get my house sprayed stat. I bought a groupon for Turbo Pest (should have called them directly, as they would honor the deal) for indoor and outdoor spraying. My experience with them was fantastic. First of all, they got me right in - 24 hours after calling. Though I couldn't be at my house when the tech arrived, he called me to discuss which areas I was most concerned about. He called me after, before he left my home, to walk through where he sprayed and to make sure there wasn't anywhere else I wanted him to spend extra time on. I mentioned a utility closet that I forgot to tell him about in the yard, and he laughed and said he spent a lot of time there and sprayed it.
