Zach from Sentinel got back to us the fastest, quoted the best, and got rid of the nest a little over 12hrs from when I first contacted him (next-morning service). The others we contacted spent all their time trying to upsell into pest service contracts. Sentinel just quietly threw it in - a spray for bugs and a wasp-proofing spray for the eves. They simply came. They did their termite extermination (which is an intensive-like process), and I no longer have termites. They are very knowledgeable and expert in termite riddance.
