ORGANIZATIONAL PROBLEMS START AT THE TOP & ROLL DOWNHILL. Paul, who is currently the General Manager, used to be my technician. I thought we had a decent rapport at that time. I'm not only disgusted to know he has been in my home. It feels like a violation to know someone like that walked through my bedrooms & was in my kids nursery while children napped. As soon as he was promoted into the office, his true colors have slowly been revealed. HE IS HORRIBLE!! I gave Guardian my business & money for nearly TEN years. Today, I fired them. I've been unhappy with their service in the past but wanted to allow them a chance to redeem themselves. Bad decision, on my part. Paul called & left an extremely rude voicemail on my phone, lecturing me. He just lectured me, again, over the phone & actually wanted to argue when I called to cancel my service with them!! If a company can't treat their long standing, loyal customers with decency & respect, they shouldn't be in business. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!! I have used Guardian Pest Services for ten years now, and I have NEVER been disappointed. They always come when they say they will and they are always thorough. They call me regularly to set up the services; I never have to remember to schedule. They have kept their end of the bargain flawlessly. Everyone I have encountered - the service men who come to my door and the receptionists on the phone - have been courteous and helpful. The pest service on my home has always been fabulous. We RARELY see any creepy crawlies, even when my neighbors (without pest service) complain that they do. The two or three times, over ten years, that I have called Guardian back out, they have come promptly and happily. They are always so careful in and around my home. They respect our property and are friendly, helpful people. I have had MANY other pest companies come to my door, offering me a great "switch over to us" deal and I have said no every single time.
