We hired them because we have a horrible squirrel problem and nothing that they have tried has had much success. So we have resorted to taking care of the squirrels ourselves. The problem is the poor communication with the owner of the company, Cody. The communication is by text and there have been times when I have texted him and he has never responded or has responded days later. Good communication is obviously something that is paramount in a company that I hire to provide service and it is sad to say that this is what is missing in this company. We may be looking to hire another company due to the poor communciation.

As you might know, other bug places are constantly hounding you to upsell and to get you in a contract. Not so with Buffo's. There was never even one single word mentioned about other services. They simply came. They did their termite extermination (which is an intensive-like process), and I no longer have termites. They are very knowledgeable and expert in termite riddance. Termite termination is very expensive so you want to make sure you have people with 40 and 30 years worth of experience and absolutely know what they're doing. These people have that and do.

We had a bad wasp situation with a large nest under the roof overhang. We found Sentinel through…read moreyelp and gave them (and others) a call. Zach from Sentinel got back to us the fastest, quoted the best, and got rid of the nest a little over 12hrs from when I first contacted him (next-morning service). The others we contacted spent all their time trying to upsell into pest service contracts. Sentinel just quietly threw it in - a spray for bugs and a wasp-proofing spray for the eves. I'm thankful there are still straight-shooters like Zach out there to work with. Highly recommend. Also, this was the BEST bid we got by a mile. 5 stars.
