Good communication is obviously something that is paramount in a company that I hire to provide service and it is sad to say that this is what is missing in this company. As you might know, other bug places are constantly hounding you to upsell and to get you in a contract. Not so with Buffo's. There was never even one single word mentioned about other services. They simply came. They did their termite extermination (which is an intensive-like process), and I no longer have termites. They are very knowledgeable and expert in termite riddance. Termite termination is very expensive so you want to make sure you have people with 40 and 30 years worth of experience and absolutely know what they're doing. These people have that and do.
