It is very good and the products that they use do take care of the issues with insects, spiders, and such. We hired them because we have a horrible squirrel problem and nothing that they have tried has had much success. So we have resorted to taking care of the squirrels ourselves. The problem is the poor communication with the owner of the company, Cody. The communication is by text and there have been times when I have texted him and he has never responded or has responded days later. Good communication is obviously something that is paramount in a company that I hire to provide service and it is sad to say that this is what is missing in this company. We may be looking to hire another company due to the poor communciation.

Horrible service! They only serviced my lawn two out of the six times I ordered- mistakenly going…read moreto the wrong address multiple times (not even close to my home). When I called and notified them, they made an appointment to come out and spray and didn't show up again. This happened two more times so I finally called to cancel my service. The only apology offered was a lame excuse and an attempt to put the blame on me because 'I should have notified them as soon as they missed their appt.' Then they wanted to make another appointment! I told them no thanks and gave them my payment information for the second spray they did. I received a call about a month later where they attempted to make another appt to come spray. I made it clear I didn't want to deal with their company because of their customer service. Fast forward 4 months later, about a week before Christmas. I got a call demanding payment for the second spray they did. I told them I'd have to look into my account and make sure it hadn't been taken out, because I had already given them my payment information. The payment had not been taken out from back in August, and being that it was Christmas weekend, I forgot to call back. I then received an invoice with 5 late charges attached. I have since called multiple times in attempt to resolve the situation and I am always sent to voice-mail. No return call has been made.
