This company is a joke. Mediocre service at best! $50 a month I can only count a handful of times they have actually came out here and honestly it was only after I called them out about not seeing them on my cameras when they claim to come out have they actually came out. They then told me I am basically stuck in their contract even though I am on a financial hardship. They want almost $400 to close it out offer no payment on that except they will take what they can get plus the $50 a month. Literally go to anyone BUT them. read more

2023 update Originally left a 5 star review but I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service i received today and will unfortunately be cancelling. I started the service fall 2020, I have a decent sized yard, older home and a small child. My concerns with spiders were the yard the house and the garage. I was never informed about different plans or anything other than what I was offered, $130 per service 4x a year and free retreats if I had any problems. If they could keep pests out and my child safe as she roams the yard great. I was very happy with them for the first two years, however this year they did not spray inside like they had the previous years, which is fine if that's less toxic.. but they came and left very quickly. And I noticed they did not spray the garage or the backyard the same they had previous years. When I brought up my concerns they explained that the "plan" I was paying for did not include the yard or the garage (I have an older home with a small detached garage) apparently because my garage is not connected to my house I have to pay an extra $100? And when I explained that the service I had been receiving for the last two years included the yard and garage they told me that just because I was given "free"treatments in the past they wouldn't continue. It feels very deceiving.. take $1000 from me and do less and less as time goes on but turn it around on me like it's my fault that your company messed up? I was never told upfront any of this. And it feels like they changed their policy without informing existing customers. I find this treatment very poor to give to a loyal customer who had no plans to drop your company. I also remember the owner coming to my home because it was a father son duo and I thought they were extremely nice and trustworthy, I'm sure they still are, I'm assuming it's not them I was messaging with. but I really want them specifically to see this review. This company incentivizes customers to leave a good review. Don't trust all the 5 star reviews!! We signed up with H2 in August. We've requested they retreat twice after the initial treatment because we still had issues with spiders. This morning they came for the third. treatment...when we came home 5 hours later, we noticed 3-5 inch puddles of pesticide left on our hardwood and windowsills. Very concerning since we have little ones and didn't realize that there was liquid pesticide left where they were exposed to it. When i contacted the owner/manager, Hunter, all he was willing to do was cancel our contract. Didn't care that we were all exposed to pesticide left in puddles around our home. H2 Pest Control is careless and their treatments are ineffective. read more

So we have been a long long standing customer (more than a year) with these guys. We recently canceled our contract with them however they last servicedf our house within these past 2 months. I called them to let them know that this last service was not effective and we have multiple bugs and mosquitoes inside the house and if thy can come bk to redo it . Thy refused and said since we canceled the contract they will not come bk . I told them(her Diane) we are well within the 2 months and our house was recently serviced which should per the website advertisement should be guaranteed. She said they don't guarantee anything and will not take responsibility of it being ineffective. How unfortunate,disappointing and poor services offered by this company. Stay away. read more

We have been using H2 pest control for almost 3 years and have had a great experience with them. One of my favorite things is that they send a text a couple days before they come asking if you have any issues. After neighbors saw scorpions it was nice to be able to talk with the tech before he came to spray. We haven't had any spiders inside since we started using them and are so happy about it! Hunter is excellent! Very professional, good natured, and a little over-polite. He knows his stuff when it comes to Utahs pests.
