He was able to give me a quote over text and could come out the next day!!! All of the other companies that bothered to reply couldn't come out for a week or more, and they gave a "starting" bid. Phil kept in constant communication with me. He let me know when he was on his way and when he would be arriving. He even arrived a little earlier than the window given. He walked the perimeter of the house, looked at all of my concerns, explained that what I thought were box elder were actually another beetle (no red x on their back). I knew of one area where wasps were getting in under the patio ceiling, and soffit around the house. Phil not only hit the entire perimeter of the house, yard, trees, and area where I knew the wasps to be, but he hit the entire soffit everywhere there was space to spray. He offered to come inside the house and spray all of window frames, but I didn't think it necessary. Needless to say, we had bug graveyards surrounding the house within a day. I did notice a few stragglers after about 5 days and when I asked him about it, he said he'd be out to do a second treatment. Full disclosure we have a lot of trees, of which some are growing over the house touching the roof above the window I noticed a few (like three instead of thirty) bugs hanging around. He offered to come inside and this time I said yes. He wore protective slippers over his shoes and hit every window in and door upstairs and down. I would rate the overall service at 4.7 stars, but the individual technicians often deserve 4.9 to 5.0+ stars, depending on who comes out. There are very good technicians in the team. I became unemployed and called immediate to a cancel on this contract. It would cost $279 and they wanted to hold me to it. Of course none of this is spoken about during their friendly door-to-door sales pitch. I decided to try to make it through the year and never ever again. And, I had to sweat each payment out while finding any way to pay my bills. Around November, I wrote **and** called to make sure my contract won't renew in May. They said I need to call and write to them before it renews (apparently the first time wasn't good enough). So I did both today again. April 10, 2026. "Caslissa" kept telling me "Ohhh, I'm so sorry. I so understand. And you are under contract. You'll need to follow through with that. You can transfer this to a friend or family." Are.you.kidding.me? Why would I ever send a scammy company to any friend or family member? Read the one-star reviews. I said I cannot afford the next service. She was so vindictive that as soon as I got off the phone, she put a $279 charge through my bank account and wrote that it was for a cancellation charge. Then she sent a 2nd email saying "Here is a copy of your contract as you requested." I did not request a copy of my contract. I already have copies of it. She did it as a way to justify the $279. That is straight nasty and they should be utterly ashamed of themselves but these types never are. "It's legal" they'll tell you. It caused so much panic at a horrible time. What a low-down way to do business. I had to immediately try to reach my bank at almost 4P on a Friday. Then I had to race to get there before they closed to cancel my card and flag the charge for fraud. Even if I were to somehow owe for one more service, it would be $150 max. She did this just to be extra nasty and put me in a bind as she tried to upsell me the entire time. They cannot be trusted with your financial payment information. It's fraud and it was the ultimate in bad faith. I asked them to fix it and reverse the charge. You do not want to get caught up in this lousy business that is being referred to as not only a scam but practically a pyramid scheme on Reddit. Buyer Beware. May Utahns wake up and put them out of business.
