The pizza here is actually pretty good it's crusty, affordable, and tastes great. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruins the experience. The other day I ordered a pepperoni pizza with bell peppers and a side of wings. The employee seemed confused and asked if I meant jalapeños. I clearly said no, bell peppers. When I got my pizza, I checked it and it had jalapeños and pepperoni instead. When I mentioned it, she made a face and started arguing that I had said jalapeños.I decided to give the place another chance today and ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. When I went to pay, I pulled out a $20 bill from my wallet to hand to her, but she was too busy talking to her coworker who was on the phone. I ended up placing the $20 on the counter and sitting down. When she got my change, I walked up to the counter and she looked me straight in the eyes, placed my change on the counter without saying anything, and walked away.She also told me the wait would be about 10 minutes. I ended up waiting 27 minutes. The pizza might be good, but the customer service is rude, unprofessional, and makes you feel like you're bothering them just by being there. I loved Pronto's pizza until yesterday when they committed a health violation in front of me. I placed an order on the phone and ordered a supreme pizza and a party pack special (2 pizzas, 1 2 liter drink, an order of breadsticks and a side of wings). They told us it would be ready in 10 mins. I get there and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the wings, which i didn't mind. Once they called me and told me the wings were ready, they gave me the party pack. I noticed my supreme pizza was missing and asked where it was. They looked behind them on the racks, which is where they keep all their orders at. The girl then went in the back and asked the boy where the pizza was and the boy walked into a corner where they kept all their drinks inventory at and took down a pizza box. This is where they kept my supreme pizza at; on the very top shelf of a shelf rack in the corner (see photos attached). I asked them why the pizza was up there. The girl said when they run out of space, thats where they keep the pizzas. I asked if it was a heating rack, she said yes the pizza was still warm. I touched the pizza and it was cold. I told her the pizza was cold and asked for a refund. She offered to make a new one, i said no because I didn't have more time to wait. She refunded me my money. Terrible. Never coming back here and very disappointed in Pronto's. Also, there is very lack of parking in the plaza. And the line gets long and there is very little space inside the restaurant. read more

They employees here have serious attitude problems I understand restaurants and understaffed and overwhelmed but don't give customers a shitty attitude when we come in just to pick up an order with no problem. This girl in particular named "caro" has a very bad attitude and I will most definitely not be helped by her again. As I drove by I noticed a big banner that says "NOW OPEN" , I automatically set my mind on "Must try". Usually when bussiness first open they do their best to provide the best service and good food. I ordered a cheese pizza (pizza will reveal if it's worth returning, unlike tomatoe sauce for others) and a side of wings. The pizza was $5 and hot wings $5.99. Not bad I think!! Pizza was not oily nor dry, sauce was decent and cheese was good (not as good as Costco Pizza). Wings were meh! they are simply fried wings with no sauce and they come with ranch salad dressing (1pouch, more is extra). What sucks is that they charge x-tra for parmessan cheese I hope to visit soon, hopefully by then the menu is bigger and better. Girl at the counter was polite and helful. Honestly the service from this place just isn't it. I've lived in South LA for all my life and trust me I get it - it's crazy working in these places, but that still doesn't give you reason to be UNNECESSARY RUDE. My partner and I came in and the only reason we have is because the pizza is good, I'll give them that. But service is always crappy. The cashier who attended us was named Britney. She looked annoyed being there and when we asked her to explain the toppings on one of the pizzas she responded with "she doesn't work in the back." Excuse me? This location server the best burned and cold pizzas in town. I talked to the night shift leader about the way they served the food to customers. Her response is "well that's the way we make our food eat it like that" that I'm the only one complaining. I think as a customer deserve a decent warm pizza and tasteful wings not those burn hard wings. Don't believe me go and just stop by and look at the way there wings look all crusted burn stuck to them. Didn't notice till I got home they had them on a Togo container when I called to complaint they didn't want to exchange the pizza and wings. I am very upset at the staff from this location. It was 8:50 pm and closing time was 9 pm. I walked in to purchase pizzas and I clearly seen the 3 ladies just watching me walking in the locations and as I was walking in they were noting at each other. There was people who had already paid and waited for their pizzas and when I walk in one of the ladies stated they were already closed. I clearly seen how they had 5 boxes with pizza on the shelves and I asked if they weren't planning on selling those pizzas and they stated they were already sold to one customer. I asked for the managers name and they didn't want to disclose his/ her name at first, stated he/ she wasn't there. So I waited to see if the person whom they claimed they sold the pizzas to was going to take them all and sure enough that was a lie. The client only took 2 of the boxes and of course the employees took the rest. They kept on laughing as I was watching them. This is not appropriate behavior for someone who wants to provide costumer service. They took 2 boxes of pizza and 2 boxes of wings.. when they noticed I was still outside guess what they did? As they were unsure if to take the food or not they were just walking and stood in the parking lot and ended up giving the food away to someone randomly in the street.
