We gave it a couple of days and nothing. So while returning samples we checked out, my husband told someone there (he thinks it's the owner) that we were waiting for quartz sample prices. She seemed to know that, said our info was on the person's desk. After a full week past when we were told we would be called, we called again, left a message, no response, called again & now got ahold of the person. He told us he was waiting for fabricators to get back to him. Never called back. So after 2 full weeks we don't have basic square foot pricing on countertop material. We have been to 2 other installers who have lists available when you walk into the store. It's ridiculous to not get this basic info to a customer or call them when you say you are going to.
