I called to set up an appointment. To get a bid on my roof. I then got an email saying that it was going to be an hour and a half consultation. I don't need a used car salesman I need a roofer. For someone that really knows what they're doing should take 15 minutes tops. Canceled my appointment. Soon after I started receiving telemarketing call after telemarketing call and tons of email spam. Which tells me they sent my information out there for all these telemarketers to get. I would highly recommend not to use these guys they seem super shady. read more

About four months after IronHead replaced my roof, I noticed that a three-foot section of my roof was sagging. I called a contractor to repair it and he recommended that I get in touch with IronHead before doing any repair work. They came out quickly. The first words out of their mouth was that they had never seen this type of damage before and it was absolutely impossible for their team to have caused it. I asked them to look inside the attic. I didn't tell them that I had already poked my head in the attic and knew that there were at least 4 broken trusses. After they came down from the attic, they said that there was only 1 broken truss. They insisted they could not have caused it but as an act of good faith, they would repair it. They never repaired it or contacted me again. Meanwhile, I had three contractors look at the broken trusses. All three said that kind of damage occurs when very heavy objects fall on the roof. And that the damage was recent and appeared to have happened at roughly the same time. When I asked if that damage could happen when a roof is replaced, they all said the damage is consistent with bundles of shingles being dropped on a roof. The contractor I hired to repair the trusses found 8 broken trusses scattered throughout my attic. This means that 8 heavy objects fell (or were dropped) on my roof in 8 different spots at roughly the same time. I never saw those 8 objects. They weren't on my roof. They weren't on the ground near my house. While I don't have conclusive evidence that IronHead caused the damage, their behavior, the three contractors' assessments, and the fact that there weren't any heavy objects near my house or on my roof suggest that IronHead did cause the damage. If you do have IronHead replace your roof, I strongly suggest that you check your attic for roof damage immediately after they finish. read more

Had to redo our roof in Feb/Mar after finding a leak. The quote person was great with communication and was able to schedule the job soon after. The work was done quickly and mostly correct. There were a few instances where we had to point out dents they made in our new gutters and the flashing still looks strange to me many months later (maybe it's supposed to look like this?). Anyway, they came in as the second lowest quote out of four and we were overall happy with the results. read more

My job was small, a newly built 12x16 barn. They kept telling me they liked small jobs because they could always squeeze them in. But they never even gave me a quote on the standing seam metal roof I wanted. When I didn't hear from them, I called and was told he was having trouble finding a manufacturer whose product was warranted for such a shallow pitch. I told him the manufacturer and product line that was suitable. Why did I know more about his business than he did? But he said, "I'm on it". I never heard from them again. That was last November. If they didn't want the job why not be up front? I do NOT recommend Ironhead Roofing. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, they scheduled me on New Year's Day. Then, the day before after I worked my day around it, they called and said they are not working on New Year's Day. Ok. They rescheduled. They never showed up. I left work an hour early to get there to meet them, and no show. I called the tech twice and the company. So unprofessional. Had Brandon come out and give us a quote for our Home and Shop. Had heard roofing prices had gone up through the roof(pun intended) was very suprised by thier excellent price. Job took 2.5 days, 9 guys showed up the first two days and they were very professional and respectful. The foreman stopped and explained what they were doing everytime we came out to look at the progress. They ended up having to replace 5 sheets of plywood, which was an upfront quoted extra expense. The finale bill was for the exact quote plus the 5 sheets of plywood, no additional items or padding in anyway. Very pleased and would not hesitate to use or reccomend them in the future. read more

I saw wonderful reviews of Ironhead, and had them out to look at my roof and give me a quote. We decided we wanted to move ahead, but wait until the next year to save up the money for the project. It was double what we thought the job would be. We contacted the company and Andrew, and he said he would write us up a new quote with current pricing so we could pay the deposit and get the job on the books. After that, we were unable to successfully get ahold of him. We left messages with his office staff, and on his cell phone voicemail, for months. He completely stopped responding. Once that happened I went online to see if anyone else was experiencing similar issues, and I found that his most recent reviews were filled with people unable to get ahold of him to have him come repair an issue with the roof he had just installed for them. I think he started a great company, but he over advertised and couldn't keep up and now his customer service is suffering. read more
