As a result, several years later (out of warranty) the weight of the gutter has pulled the fascia from the house. Overall poor workmanship. I called the company and they assured me that they would send somebody out to look at it. Two weeks later after I had to contact them a second time, Somebody finally called and said he would be out to look at it and repair. It has been another two weeks and now the rain has already started and still haven't seen the repairman. I certainly would not reccomend this company, apparently they have no pride in their work.

We recently had Briese Custom Concrete put in a large ~30'x40' parking pad and 14'x14' hot tub pad…read moreas well as repair a concrete culvert bridge. Drew and his crew are awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable, flexible during the job and their work is of outstanding quality. We had a difficult job that required a ton of prep work to prepare the space. There was a lot of water mitigation necessary and even a connected concrete bridge that needed repair. And the leveling and grading required precision. The concrete also tied into the asphalt, so the concrete had to be put in to tie in perfectly. Drew and his Briese Custom Concrete crew went the extra mile to ensure their work functioned and looked just right. They even put in some steps to a storage building and made the whole space function really well together. We've had good work done by other concrete contractors. But communication was often difficult; with no responses for weeks - and even months - or none at all. Briese Custom Concrete is in high demand, so you will probably have to plan your job out a bit. But they respond to communications quickly and are accurate in their schedules. For me, I just need to plan; I can wait if I know how long etc. Jessica kept us in the loop and we were able to schedule the other contractors to come in on both sides and not miss a beat on our project. I should note: We did this project while construction material costs were skyrocketing due to COVID/Ukraine invasion/etc. Briese Custom Concrete bid out the job and then saw their costs almost double by the time they could get the weather they needed this summer. But they STILL kept their bid and charged us what they originally quoted. Not all contractors did that for us. We'll definitely be using Briese Custom Concrete for future projects. We hired Chimcare to fix our chimney and replace our insert. They sent an employee over to assess…read morethe situation and let the crew know what they needed to complete the job. He sent me a very complete list, but apparently the crew did not get it. The crew showed up to repair the chimney and was up on my roof for a good part of the day. Before leaving they told me the job was completed. The insert technician showed up to put the new fire place in an couldn't, because the chimney was NEVER repaired. ‍ When they returned and asked why the job was not done (even though I was told it was) they said they didn't have the materials to do it. Finally, we thought the job was complete. The first winter storm, at the beach, blew the entire top of the chimney. Note, no other neighbors had chimney damage from the storm. For every appointment they have been 1.5 to 2 hours late. GPS gives them a clear idea that it takes 2.5 hours to drive from their business to my home. When I contact them, after they are a half hour late, I'm told they left an hour ago. NOT RELIABLE! I am left feeling very uncertain if the job has been done correctly.

Phil came out, measured everything, gave me advice and several options and sent me a very detailed estimate within a week! They just completed the job and it looks amazing!
