That was 18 months ago and now it looks even worse after going through an Oregon winter unprotected. I have called, texted, emailed and he is no longer responding to me. I offered to pay again, since the initial job looked great, and I assume it was a bad batch of stain, AND I offered not to hold him to 5 year guarantee again. No response. But the "warranty" apparently is bogus, and he is not even giving me the courtesy of telling me he is unwilling to fix things, and unwilling to give me any recommendations for a different painter. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
