Allen showed up - ON TIME- looked under the house, found nothing, we turned it back on and I myself figured out where it was bc it was in the front yard next to the main! We decided to just shut that faucet off for the season and did not go w the immediate service bc we can do it later, but the $50 consult was well worth it; and it was a pleasure to meet Allen. Replacing our back steps…read more The wooden steps that came with our house when we bought it were marginal at best and that was nearly 25 years ago. We had a rickety rail on one side that was removed when we had the sliding glass back door replaced. I've included the before pictures of what we had. Scary, aren't they? In less than two days, Francisco removed the old ones and replaced them with new steps with solid heavy-duty railings. The new steps, with their shorter risers, are much safer and easier for the less steady among us. One of the most gratifying things was how well Francisco listened when we explained what we needed an turned it into a reality. Husband said that the steps were exactly what he was thinking.
