I contacted them through Yelp and got a prompt response, unlike a number of other contractors I contacted the same way. Lenny came over right away, scoped the property out, and gave me a competitive bid. He was easy to talk to, friendly and forthcoming with details. The whole job took Lenny, David and Gustavo about 4 days, including pressure washing, trim removal & replacement, taping off, detail work and cleanup. The results were entirely satisfactory. I would recommend Three Stars Painting and would consider using them again for future painting projects.

I offered to pay again, since the initial job looked great, and I assume it was a bad batch of stain, AND I offered not to hold him to 5 year guarantee again. No response. But the "warranty" apparently is bogus, and he is not even giving me the courtesy of telling me he is unwilling to fix things, and unwilling to give me any recommendations for a different painter.
