I love this place. Considering I've been coming here for years and I haven't posted a review yet is a big time miss on me. Needless to say that they have a down an amazing job maintaining a high level of quality beers with a variety that tailors to a wide audience. The location is kept clean, very nice cooling inside. They have to-go cans which is a huge plus when on the go. TVs in place for sports viewing and a variety of food trucks in rotation throughout the week. There are several events that occur throughout the month which include Trivia and my favorite Loteria Night (every 1st and 3rd Thursday). The staff is friendly and very attentive. The owners take pride in what they do and I appreciate what they do to help support local businesses and the community of Fulshear. Enough said, Cheers! read more

Came to visit a friend who lives nearby. Pretty nice brewery with lots of drink options and plenty of seating no matter how large your group is. Lots of cool military and pet focused decor to check out. The staff was nice and helpful with making selections. I only knock it because it's only an indoor facility. I like when they have at least some sort of patio or outside area. They have 1 food truck outside and it cycles between different businesses each day. read more

The place is pretty dope! AF! Good beer selection and they had a cool wing vendor with seriously yummy wings and crispy fries. The owners of this place...yeah...well they're dope too! AF. I hear they're expanding and good thing too! This place is cool! I've been to a couple events out here and it gets crowded! This place was nice! Brand new and beautiful interior. Love the decor. Good variety of beers so there is something for everyone. The owners were there and were super friendly and welcoming. The flight was really nice portions to try a little of different kinds and they definitely offered free samples to make sure we knew what we wanted. Hope they do well! The only suggestion I have is that they need food! Like bar snacks. I saw that sometimes they partner with food trucks do I would love to be there when that is going on because it would be a perfect combination. read more

Great little brewery. I liked the options. I'm a stout drinker so I was happy when I saw two choices, one of which was an imperial stout (limited run). Both were awesome. My wife really liked their cream ale. It was a really good. I liked the cold ipa Frida Forever. A really great hoppy beer. The owners were really nice and it seemed to have a chill vibe and was just a nice place to hangout. I will definitely be back at some point. Especially if they have food trucks or some kind of food event. read more

This place was pretty cool! We went last fall and they had a crazy selection of beer! It's nestled away but I love that! There was a festival outside so my kids enjoyed it! The staff was dressed up for the festivities and they were friendly. They said they change the selection often so there is always something new to try. We will definitely be back! read more

Cool spot out in Fulshear; it was the perfect place to start our Friday festivities! The service was friendly and welcoming and we were happy with all the beers we were able to try. Definitely some standouts for different palettes but none were bad! They have 15/16 beers on tap so we opted to share a few flights so we could try them all; but if you're less adventurous or know what you want, there's a few different pour sizes to choose from. We loved sitting out on the patio and enjoying some fresh air and our flights with some fries from The Basket Truck who was parked out front. They also allow you to grab pizza from next door and bring it over or they have a few snack options too. Overall a really great low key night. We enjoyed ourselves! read more

Wow! We really enjoy the brewery vibe so we came here for date night. The staff were excellent and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was clean and bright. Food is offered from a pop up provider outside. Now to some specifics, the beer was on point. I tried a few off a flight and landed on the Kolsh. Lee was the Taproom manager and just a down right great guy. Aly was the bartender and was a breathe of fresh air. She was attentive, friendly and fun. If you're looking for a brewery where you feel like you're hanging out with a bunch of good friends give this place a shot. read more

Looking for something new and tried this place on a Saturday afternoon. Tables were mostly taken but took a seat at the bar. Husband and wife owners were both working the counter, and staff was friendly and talkative. This place has only been open for about 9 months. The wife is the master brewer. We tried 10 out of 16 beers on a sampler tray and were happy with all. I'm not an IPA guy, but the one we tried was nice. My favorites were Gatos Before Vatos and Czech Meowt. No food on the menu, except bar snacks. There is a pizza place next door, and they have food vendors show up in the afternoon to provide more substantial eats. We will definitively try again and take our beer friends next time. read more

I have been visiting Project Halo since moving here from Indianapolis in June 2023. I always make it a point to bring out-of-town visitors to try their beer and experience the ambiance. It's been my favorite brewery in Texas, and I have been proud to support them, including celebrating their grand reopening. Sadly, yesterday I had a terrible experience. I am not one to write reviews, but I left feeling completely taken advantage of and disrespected. My friend from Colorado is in town for three days, and when he arrived from the airport, I told him we had to check out Project Halo. Being from a beer mecca, he was excited, and it didn't disappoint until we were ordering our third beer and wanted to close out (a Slow Pour Piñata Party Black and Tan for him and a Hazy for me). We were charged for four beers each. I assumed I was paying for the four we had combined, and my buddy was paying for the two that were coming. After paying, I addressed the concern and was told that he specifically poured two beers for each of us and his bartender poured one each, and that I was wrong. I asked him to review the video (cameras in plain sight), but he refused. When he brought my buddy's third beer, he did not bring mine. When I asked about it, he said with a repulsive grin, "You think I owe you a beer?" I replied, "Yeah, you do - we paid for six," and he walked away. I was shaken and left, but my buddy stayed to finish his drink, only to leave a full one out of disgust. I am extremely disappointed in how the visit went and embarrassed that I have been such a great supporter of this brewery. He called us liars over a seven-dollar beer that he was trying to keep track of in his head. They have cameras; watch the recording and make this right. I even tipped over 20% on the bill before I knew it was incorrect. It seems like things are changing there with the recent rash of bad reviews. I would love to clear this matter up and encourage you to review the videos so we can discuss it further. Until then, I will no longer be visiting or recommending Project Halo. Additionally, the man who called us liars is the owner's husband, Steve. Melissa, I would be happy to talk further about this and encourage you to review the video as well. We arrived at roughly 3:40 PM and ordered our third beer at 4:57 PM. We were sitting at the end of the bar where the bingo team is usually stationed. read more

For all the great beer idea's, this place have some of the greatest in Fulshear. There is always a foodtruck in front serving up some good grub and a great drink to share with a friend. They have a 16-beer-ish list so there is a lot to choose from, I have not tried all the beers in one sitting yet, but working up to it. Will see you there... read more

Please watch your bill carefully. We were charged for additional beers and when we brought it to the attention of the owner, we were told about the beers we didn't have. We pushed back again and even encouraged them to watch the security cams to see that we were being over charged. Instead of simply making it right, the owner laughed and said "so you think I owe you a beer" . This is when we left. read more

This is a MUST if you live in the Katy area! The head brewer, Melissa, was onsite engaging with everyone in the room. We tried all the beers (flights available) and our favorite was Czech Meowt, a dark lager that did not disappoint. Literally every beer was so balanced and left us excited to taste the next pour!
