They used to produce their own wine but stopped earlier this year.

There was no food available when we went, the drinks are limited to beer and wine. It would be great if they couple have cocktail options. Service was great, super friendly. Place is very nice and great ambiance both indeed and outside.

The overall experience is nice. However, we had the expectation that this was a winery and brewery. It has a heavy focus on indoor and outdoor event space with a limited, yet curated, bar selection. There are promotional materials for Running Walker Beer and Braman wines but these are not offered. I would suggest updating the description of the space to reflect bar and event space. No food offerings during our visit. Skip this one if you are looking for in-house brews or flights.

Great venue! We had a group of 11. They have long tables inside able to fit big groups and also smaller tables. One side of the brewery is beer and the other side is wine. The ceilings are tall and the decor is true Texas! We went on a Saturday. There was a live one man band. He was really good! I was surprised the Chardonnay wine was so good. I usually don't care for Chardonnay. It was clean and buttery. I tried a couple of the light beers. Both were very good. We all enjoyed our day at the brewery. The weather was spotty all day with rain, so we could not spend any time outside (plus it was too hot), but the outdoor area is calling me back. There no lack of seating at this place; indoor or outdoor! The service was great and the energy was relaxed. There was a food truck on-site, but I'm not sure what they serve. Will be back (and maybe try that food truck)!

Had a campaign event here in one of the 2 private rooms and it was classy and fun, the wine and beer were amazing and the parking was plentiful.

I absolutely adore this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. They also have great selections of wine and beer. When we went they had live music which was very pleasant. We also noticed that they have a space to rent out for events, there was a wedding going on whilst there. They don't serve food but there is a yummy food truck outside and you can eat outside or inside. I loved that they had an axe throwing experience right outside, it was so much fun. Overall this place a very nice local spot and I highly recommend it!

Nice winery, great decor, plenty of cubbies to sit in from fun tables to comfy sofas. There is a beer side where you can sample and get three beers for $15 and an additional wine side where they have a flight of five wines for $20. Staff were well versed in everything they were serving and great with the customers. There is a food truck onsite, but you can bring in food from anywhere. Swinging Door BBQ is also nearby and a good choice.

Choice 5 to taste and you can keep the glass!

Visiting a good friend in Rosenberg gave us the opportunity to bask in all the Braman glory! Once we walked in, there were so many "Wow, its so pretty in here" "OMG how cute!" "Oh, did you see that table!?" "This place is a lot bigger than I thought". The decor definitely has your eyes wandering around to see more. As a first timer I clearly went straight for the pick 5 wine tasting. The last one on my list turned out to be my favorite Braman wine. So the next time I go I know I'll be getting a full glass of the Cabernet/Zinfandel and a bottle to go. The kind lady behind the bar gave us generous pourings. Maybe because she is in nursing school and I am a nurse; clearly nurse vibing. Haha, one would hope that was the reason but, we didn't establish that fact until after the 3rd taster. For those that don't dabble in wine then head on over to the brewery side. They have a decent list of beers to choose from and our men were not left out =). Have a big group!? Then bring them on over! Plenty of seating and tables for big groups. For those that might be bummed about going during football sunday but still want to appease their significant other...don't worry, there are tv's so you won't miss anything!

Barrel room reception

I absolutely loved this place! I had my wedding reception here and it turned out amazing. The barrel room is so beautiful it didn't even need that much decor and our bartenders were so sweet and helpful! I'll be coming back again to enjoy their wine and live music...it has a great cozy vibe.

Thoroughly enjoy visiting Braman! We have been here about four times, and each time it gets better. We love the live music, bingo nights, numerous seating options, and THE WINE!

Loved this place. Not a ton of people but the vibe was nice and the outdoor setup made it that much more perfect.

I finally got to go and check it out in New Years Day! We checked out the Magical Winter Lights in Richmond, and hopped on over afterwards. It's a little out of the way, but worth the stop. Arriving. They have a pretty open parking lot. They have a lot of outdoor seating and a food truck outside doing all of their kitchen work. Inside it's pretty spacious, a good amount of seating around. Since it's New Year's holiday time, everything was in Christmas decor. They have pool tables and darts as well. They only had one person work in the bar when we were there which was fine with us, there was only our group and a couple of other people coming and going. Their kitchen is in a truck outside and they have a pretty full menu. The food is actually very good. We had the avocado burger and it was fantastic. They also had spicy fried pickles that were pretty good. Of course, I had to get my favorite beer on tap for my first drink, and then we took a look into their cocktail menu. They had a lot of different old fashions available. So we pretty much tried the majority of the menu but at some point. The only downside was that because of some issues they were having with their equipment, they only had two of their own brews on tap. I'd like to come back when they have more. Overall a great spot to stop at if you're in the area!

We went to Oktoberfest and enjoyed really good music and German beer. Food wise, we struck out…read morebecause about the only thing we can eat there is a pretzel and they'd run out. Sigh. The solution: a delightful Sunday afternoon at Galveston Island Brewing! The beers: Dan had 2 Oktoberfest beers and 1 Dunkel. Azar had 1 dunkel,, a cherry forward beer - I don't remember its name, and a lager looking thing, again I can't recall its name. Don't worry, guys. I remember all of the food! I had a Texas Sun (Dan was icked out - beer with lime and prickly pear notes is an abomination to him. It was actually good, but you'll never hear him say it. I also had a chardonnay, Bonanza? Very nice. And then, to Dan's horror, I finished with an In a Pickle beer. So good! And I will say, it's odd to me that a man who is almost obsessively in love with all things pickled won't have anything to do with a sour pickle beer. It's okay, we'll celebrate our 41st anniversary in December and I admit there are a few things we don't feel the same way about, but we soldier on. Food: The pretzel with beer cheese and mustard made up for Saturday's disappointment. No, the beer cheese is not fancy pants or highbrow. There was no gruyere. But it was so very wonderful. Yes, Dan got me a spoon so none of it went to waste, waist possibly, but not waste. Chicken wings. Galveston Island Brewing is the Mecca for wings! Who knew? We had traditional buffalo wings, Siracha wings, and lemon pepper wings. The size of these - biggish, the flavors - bold, the rating - 10 out of 10. Ranch dressing came with the Siracha and lemon pepper and I have to confess that I generally don't do Ranch because it's ubiquitous and often not that great. But I still took it home. And I ended up eating every bit of it. Some with the doggy bag wings and the rest from my finger. Not at all classy, but very enjoyable. Atmosphere: kind of perfect. There were musicians sort of noodling around in the beer hall. It was like going over to a friend's house that has instruments, singers, and some songs you know and some you don't. Fun. Outside people were vibing in great weather, kids had free range of grass and the playground, and dogs were living their very best lives. My takeaway: Great drinks, delicious food, friendly staff are all here. Go!! You won't be sorry.
