I'm from Las Vegas, NV, and when I started looking into breast augmentation, I realized pretty…read morequickly that the surgeons near me didn't quite have the aesthetic I was looking for. Dr. Kim's work immediately stood out to me, and at one point I realized that almost all of my inspiration photos were actually from his Instagram. That was when I knew it made more sense to travel to the surgeon whose work already matched exactly what I wanted. I started with an online consultation, then traveled for an in-person consultation, and eventually had surgery with him. From start to finish, Dr. Kim was absolutely fantastic. I had a very specific vision in my head: I wanted a fuller chest that still looked natural on my frame and could almost feel modest at the same time. I was very nervous about ending up too large or looking overly augmented, and he understood exactly what I meant. I am now 10 months post-op and I genuinely could not be happier. He got what I wanted to a T. The size, shape, and overall look feel completely right for me, and I'm so grateful I trusted his judgment. One of the things that made the experience especially reassuring as an out-of-town patient was how personally involved he is in the entire process. He handles everything from beginning to end, and he is the person I communicate with directly. He provides his phone number and email, answers questions incredibly quickly, and continues to follow up with me regularly even this far out from surgery. I never felt like I was being passed around or forgotten once the procedure was over. I trust Dr. Kim and his work completely. Traveling from Las Vegas required extra time, planning, and money, but I do not regret any of it. It was worth every single cent to go to the surgeon whose aesthetic I trusted and who made me feel taken care of throughout the entire process.

I was really terrified all my life of plastic surgery and when I was researching doctors it was…read moreeven worse because every time I spoke to an office I always felt like an agenda was being pushed or these crazy unbelievable results were being heavily pushed towards me. Offices were spam calling me back daily or bombarding me with emails like ad agencies lol. Or that typical tiktok "this doctor has THIS special technique" which felt sooo gimmicky and fake. I never felt like I really got to see PS doctors as medical providers and get to speak to them without the shiny Beverly Hills facade. Plastic surgery does have this trendy side.. i get it. But it is still a very big medical procedure and I really felt like I just couldn't trust a lot of these flashy doctors I'd spoken to... I lost around 40 lbs and I always dreamed of fixing my lower pooch area - my case is a little odd because I haven't had kids yet and am relatively lean - I was looking for a really refined result. AND zero BS. just tell me what's possible and what's not. Dr. Kim didn't take a crazy consultation fee. I didn't wait months for a consultation. He didn't try to sell me anything. His office looks and works like an actual (clean and beautiful) medical office. I never waited for my appointments. During my consultation, he gave me plenty of time to ask questions and voice my concerns. I didn't feel like I was being spoken down to or being sold a used car. Finally felt like I'm speaking with a doctor who can actually lay out to me exactly what to expect moving forward, the downsides and upsides of my options, and what was and wasn't possible. Nothing was downplayed or overexaggerated. I had never had surgery before and so I really wasn't ready to have a big procedure like a tummy tuck. I asked if there was a more conservative option for my loose skin/pooch - we settled on a mini tuck with lipo to remove a large portion of my problem area - with the door always open for a full if I ever wanted. Dr. Kim was supportive, nonjudgmental and honest about whatever decision I chose. Results - my mini TT results were BEAUTIFUL. My stubborn lower pooch was totally smoothed out - no lipo ripples or weird creases. I recovered in like 2 weeks. No infections, no broken stitches, no seromas, no hypertrophic scarring, no dead skin, just... nothing. Dr. checked in with me after surgery multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. My garment fit comfortably and I was on just tylenol by the end of day 2. My incision healed into a thin, fine line which was sooo easily covered in a bikini. Way later when I was finally ready for a full tummy tuck surgery to reach the last bits of loose skin, the ease of my decision was in large part influenced by how smooth my past experience was. I trusted I was in good hands, and I was right. AGAIN, the entire procedure despite being a WAY bigger one, was just as smooth as the first time. Drains were easy. Stitches dissolved easily. The new incision is exactly where we planned for it to be - thin, and very very low and replaced my older scar. I entrusted Dr Kim to decide whether muscle repair was needed or not - he said he will if needed, since we're already in there let's make it perfect! I am snatched lol :'D my belly button looks so cute with a little hood, it looks natural and lovely. I'm around 3 weeks out and my incision is already so clean and healing very well. At this point, I can say I have a very good idea of how Dr Kim's office works, the pre op, surgery, the follow up, as well as healing/recovery. All the girls remember me, they make scheduling extremely easy, are fun to talk to, and before and after my operation my nurse really made me feel safe, cared for, and at ease. I was given all instructions and medications promptly and on time, as well as the Dr's personal number for any issues at all. Everyone has their own experiences and surgery is a big decision which can have unpredictable outcomes. But for me, choosing Dr. kim (twice) was the best decision I made for myself. Thank you Dr Kim and team :')

After being a mom and breastfeeding, my breasts were extremely saggy, deflated, and I had basically zero confidence left in my body. I would avoid certain clothes, zero confidence in the bedroom, feel uncomfortable getting dressed, and just didn't feel like myself anymore. Deciding to get a breast augmentation with lift was a big step for me, but WOW -- it completely changed my life!!!! Dr. Neusner is absolutely AMAZING. Not only is he incredibly skilled and talented, but he's also kind, patient, and truly cares about his patients!! He listened to everything I wanted and somehow gave me results even better than I imagined! My breasts are now full, big, round, and so perky -- I literally can't believe they're mine. They look youthful and beautiful again, and my confidence has skyrocketed!!! I also have to praise the staff because they were just as wonderful. Everyone was so warm, supportive, and professional from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Another thing I'm blown away by is how AMAZING my scars healed. I was so nervous about that, but they are minimal and healing beautifully. You can truly tell Dr. Neusner knows exactly what he's doing. The surgery itself went so smoothly, and recovery was easier than I expected. If you're a mom who feels like you lost your body after breastfeeding, I promise you -- Dr. Neusner is the one to trust!!! I went from having saggy breasts and no confidence to feeling confident, feminine, sexy, and happy in my own skin again. I am beyond grateful and would choose him a thousand times over. From the moment I arrived, the entire consultation felt surprisingly impersonal. Most of my appointment was spent with very young staff members rather than the surgeon himself. By the time I actually met with Dr. Barrett, it was only for about five minutes. He was pleasant and professional, but the entire experience felt rushed and transactional. I left almost feeling like it was a fever dream, it was over so quickly that I walked away confused instead of confident. The biggest disappointment was being told that the only way I would have a good breast augmentation result was with a lollipop lift and implants. I wasn't told this as an option it was presented as essentially the only option that would look good for my anatomy. I left feeling discouraged and thinking I didn't really have a choice. Thankfully, I listened to my gut and scheduled consultations with other highly respected, board-certified plastic surgeons. Every other surgeon had a different perspective. I ultimately chose another extremely reputable surgeon who recommended Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle (subfascial). He explained that because I had only mild pseudo-ptosis, the implant itself would provide the subtle lift and upper-pole fullness I was looking for without requiring a lollipop lift. I'm now on the other side of surgery, and I could not be happier with my results. I got exactly the look I wanted, avoided unnecessary scars, and didn't need the more invasive procedure I had been told was my only option. To be clear, I don't think Dr. Barrett was unkind. He was nice during the brief time we spoke. My issue was that the consultation felt rushed, impersonal, and left me feeling defeated rather than educated. Looking back, I'm so grateful I sought additional opinions before making such an important decision. My biggest advice to anyone considering cosmetic surgery is this: please get multiple consultations. One surgeon's opinion is not always the only answer. I'm incredibly thankful I kept looking because I'm absolutely thrilled with the surgeon I chose and my results.

I unfortunately underwent a hybrid neck lift with Drs. Solieman and Litner in Dec 2023 for a double chin (turkey neck) I had since I was very young that always made me insecure. One of the main reasons I chose this practice was that I was reassured that they had performed this procedure thousands of times with exceptional results and reiterated multiple times that they stand behind their results but that if I were one of the 10% to get unsatisfactory results, they would correct the problem without additional cost to me. I was highly pressured to leave a non-refundable deposit to schedule surgery, and if I had left the office without doing so, the price would go up exponentially. I should have headed that red flag. My first major negative experience was right before surgery at the surgery center. I was placed on the surgery table and while surrounded by medical staff, told to count back from 100. I said, wait...you're putting me under now? Where are my doctors?! And that was the last thing I remember. No pre-op preparation with me for marking the incision lines or to review with me the procedures to be done. On each follow-up visit, I inquired about unsightly loose draping skin under my chin. I was told that final results would only be evident after at least a year after the surgery and to let the skin heal and tighten. During each follow-up, I expressed my concern for the results I was seeing that were becoming more evident: a large scar under my chin that caused unsightly skin 'draping', my left earlobe seemed to be attached to my neck with thick feeling scar tissue behind the ear, and the fat transfer they pushed for a natural look, did not take (they agreed). The doctors continuously told me that more time was needed for healing but that they would take care of any revisions if needed and at no cost to me after about 12-18 months. When I went back after about the 15th month to discuss revisions, they described that they would have to go through the chin scar and remove skin following up with a CO2 laser treatment to tighten the area around my chin deformity, and was only then quoted $10,000. I reminded them that they assured me numerous times that any revision cost would not come out of my pocket. They said basically 'sorry that's what it will cost' and I left their office in tears. Thereafter, a friend's 5-year-old asked how I got Spider Man ears. I was shocked and asked what he meant, and he said, they looked like spider webs. My hair was pulled up in a ponytail and I told my partner to look at my ears and he said, you can see your ear scars while standing beside you, and he took photos. The doctors had seen these results for the past 15 months and always stated that my results were excellent. I was mortified when I saw the photos and realized I was more deformed than I earlier thought, and could no longer wear my hair pulled up. I decided to go to two different board-certified plastic surgeons for second opinions and was told that the revisions Drs. Solieman and Litner suggested (CO2 laser was too superficial to be effective and that going into the scar and removing skin) was not appropriate procedures for revision and that only a full-neck lift procedure would rectify the bad results I received. Revision surgery, I found, is harder and riskier to do than the initial surgery, so it costs more. I then sought legal counsel who sent a letter and the photos, to Drs. Solieman and Litner asking to honor their word to revise my results. They responded by offering to revise the scars behind my ears at no charge if I would allow them to do it under local anesthesia (being awake during the procedure.) I contacted the two other doctors, and one stated that was 'absolutely crazy' to suggest, with the other Dr. saying to consider local anesthesia was a borderline barbaric suggestion. These Drs. refuse to deal further with me, though they told me that they would never abandon me if I was not satisfied, and, in my opinion, the extended wait they continuously recommended for healing, had the effect of putting me close or past the statute of limitations for any claim to be filed. This review reflects my unfortunate personal experience and opinion. I strongly regret my decision to have surgery here. I was given a bait and switch promise of revisions, and I encourage anyone considering surgery to seek multiple consultations before making a decision and record your sessions with them to hold them accountable, document everything clearly, ask direct questions about revisions, and ensure you have any revision agreements in writing. If any Dr. refuses to allow you to voice record your sessions, that should tell you all you need to know. The two Drs. I went to for second opinions had no problem with me recording our appt and stated very clearly that they always perform revisions free of charge to clients and provide that in writing. Accept nothing less, but you won't get that here. read more

my google review didn't post so I am sharing my experience here. please find doctors who actually care about you, you will not find care at Profiles with Dr. Peyman Solieman or Dr. Jason Litner. I waited over two years to write this review, hoping my results would improve, but sadly they haven't. I paid $16,000USD for a rhinoplasty with Dr.Litner and Dr.Solieman at Profiles. My nose remains bulbous, with a pinched bridge, uneven nostrils, and profile asymmetry from a pollybeak deformity. I left their care feeling uncared for and even more insecure than before surgery. I want to start by saying I've never had surgery before, much less cosmetic, and completely trusting my doctors turned out to be my biggest mistake. I initially chose Profiles BH based on their online presence which showed natural results. What really convinced me was Dr.Litner and Dr.Solieman marketing their expertise with ethnic noses. Setting up my virtual consult was easy via their app. I appreciated their confidence and the fact they promised one year of follow-ups. My in person consult was Feb 22, 2023. I shared my concerns again: bulbous tip, uneven nostril thickness, nose hooking right. They assured me they could address all my concerns and give me a natural, refined result. Dr.Soliman created the CGI photos which are attached. Surgery was Feb 23rd at 9AM. I let nurse Marisol know I unexpectedly got my period that morning and was told they only had pads, no tampons. Given the location and clientele, I expected more consideration. Thankfully, I was able to make a quick CVS stop beforehand. Post-op, Dr.Solieman called, which I appreciated, but after that, the attention and reassurance from my doctors declined to the point of being nonexistent. At my day 6 cast removal, neither doctor was present. I was told they were busy. Instead, their injector Soudeh removed my cast and sutures. I was horrified at the extreme swelling & lack of reassurance. I had to ask her about her own rhinoplasty recovery for comfort. I was sent home with a popsicle stick wrapped in tape instead of a proper roll, which felt cheap for the cost of this practice. I briefly ran into Dr.Solieman at the elevator, expressed my fear, and he said I looked swollen and not to take photos bc I'd "look like a clown." While maybe not malicious, it crushed me. Follow ups were scheduled at 1, 3, 6, and 12mo, but they were frequently rescheduled last minute, often feeling rushed. At 3mo, I was still insecure--my nose looked larger, my nostrils uneven, and there was a obvious "break" on my bridge. Dr.Solieman suggested steroid injections but offered no real guidance or follow up. When I raised travel concerns (I'm on the East Coast), he promised to find someone in NYC but naturally never did until I chased them down. By June/July, they advised me to stop worrying and blamed humidity for swelling. I had to research steroid injections myself to understand risks like thinning skin and pigmentation loss. My doctors didn't bother to educate me. I noticed their social media showcased attentive care for influencers--unlike my experience. At 6mo, I still taped my nose bc I felt less ugly with it on. I contacted them in September; they finally referred me to Dr.Kwak in NYC. He advised against steroids saying the cons outweigh the pros and said uneven nostrils were a consequence of surgery, confirming my concerns were valid. By 15mo, still sad with my results, I asked for a third opinion. Dr.Litner instead pushed Accutane--an acne drug with very serious side effects--as a solution. That was the final red flag. I asked for partial compensation; they offered a free revision, which I declined. After 2 yrs, my concerns were dismissed, they blocked me on social media, and I found other patients with similar negative experiences. I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect care. I was treated like an afterthought, ignored, and brushed off. Given their dismissiveness, risky recommendations, questionable practices I've observed, and unattractive revisions, I naturally declined their revision & asked for a refund again or some kind of amicable conclusion. They refused saying refunds aren't included in their terms. My experience with Profiles was expensive, disheartening, and deeply disappointing. I will have to save up and get a revision to fix their botched work. read more

Keep in mind Look at all the negative reviews they have each with NUMEROUS likes while all their positive reviews have 1 or 2 likes AT MOST. I came in 2021 for a consultation, and when meeting the sales rep she made multiple false promises and blatantly misrepresented the contract to get me to sign, thankfully I was able to get her assurances in writing in email separate from the contract. I was promised by their agent a full refund if I changed my mind about the procedure, and on that basis I signed the contract. When I then later changed my mind because I became extremely ill, I requested my refund, but the sales rep at the time said that they would gladly hold on to my money if I became better and still wished to proceed and if not they would still refund me, on that basis I agreed again, after finally recovering from being ill, I again decided to request my refund, thats when their agent Polina 1.Claimed I was never given a refund promise (when I had proof in writing) 2. Cited new rules I never agreed to, to deny my refund. 3. All of a sudden, I had a refund window that I "missed" and 4.Threatened me with their lawyers to fight it in court, At the time I considered my money a lost because I couldnt afford to fight this in court, however I received legal consultation from a family friend and was able to build my case to fight it out, finally this year I again requested my refund, this time I sent them a demand letter to file a lawsuit agaisnt them unless I received my money back and I was completely prepared and able to fight this in court with clear and damning evidence. They finally issued me my refund after I had to prepare to file a law suit. I extremely doubt they had a change of heart and just wanted to see me happy, they did everything they could to hold on to my money, They NEVER APOLOGIZED, NEVER TRIED to make things right before initiating the process of a lawsuit starting with the demand letter and CONSISTENTLY ACTED IN BAD FAITH. The worst part is 3k to them is something these rich beverly hills doctors use to wipe their ass, for me that's months and months of hard work and savings but they could care less. Please do your research, check reddit on these guys, check the reviews, check yelp you will not only see this from me. These are not the kind of people to trust for any changes to your body, they only care about making money at any costs, find doctors thay actually care about you the customer regardless of status. I had to undergo so many negative consequences after becoming ill and not receiving that refund they promised me, I acrewed debt I didnt need to, I had to make substantial changess I didnt need to, I had to prepare a law suit I didnt need to, I had so much stress I didnt need to have if they actually were a company thay cared about you the customer. This was my experience please dont let it be yours. read more

I can't recommend Profiles enough. They truly changed my life... Long story short, I've hated my nose since I was 12. I began doing research when I was a kid and would beg my parents to let me get it done as soon as I turned 16. I did my nose on my 16th birthday with another doctor, and well -- it wasn't great, it felt basically the same. I was disappointed, and looked into revisions. I was eager to jump in and get it revised as it turned crooked over the years, so when I was 20 I did it with another doctor. It was even worse. It was too long, I couldn't breathe properly, and it was even more crooked. Btw, these doctors were Beverly Hills so it's not like I went to some sketchy ones. I thought that I had no hope left. I would often burst into tears when a photo was taken of me, and I was more insecure than ever. I saw profiles Beverly Hills had two doctors, and although a third was risky, I decided to consult with them. Immediately, I knew that they would solve my issues. I had been to a few consultations before them for the third revisions, and all the doctors were condescending and insisted I should not change it. However, Dr. Solieman and Dr. Litner took photos and looked closely and listened to my issues and what I wanted to change. For the first time ever, I felt heard by doctors. I truly thought all plastic surgeons were the same, but Profiles are different. After my long consult - which they never rushed - I knew I wanted to do it with them. The day of the surgery, instead of rushing me in like the other doctors, they came in and AGAIN went over what exactly I wanted. I felt confident and safe with them. After the surgery, I could tell I finally achieved my dream nose just by seeing it in the cast. I was so excited for the reveal, and 7 days later when they took my cast off, I burst into tears of joy. The nose I had longed for and wished for my entire life was achieved and it looked SO natural and fit my face so well. I felt so confident and felt like so much weight was lifted off my shoulders. It was truly more than I has hoped for. Look no further if you are looking to do a surgery with them. The office, the staff (the ladies are so sweet and helpful!) and the doctors are so kind and professional. I actually look forward to going to their office lol. I recently had my before and after photos taken and am blown away by how perfect my nose is! I am so thankful for them. THANK YOU PROFILES!!!!! read more

I had acne growing up that left me with severe deep acne scars. I'm 36 and have lived with my acne scars pretty much most of my life, they've stopped me from living my life to the fullest and I was even was suicidal as a teen because of my acne scars, but thankfully I got help. I've spent close to $70K on my acne scars though the years. I've done everything to try an treat them, you name it I've done it! Fillers, PRP, Lasers, Micro-needling, Micro-dermabrasion, nothing ever worked!!! To be honest, I gave up hope and accepted the fact that I would never see an improvement for my acne scars. Well one day randomly I came across Profiles on Instagram and something deep down told me to give it another try. So I went an set up a consultation and was hesitant to even go, even after paying my consult fee because I was so used to false hope from so many different doctors through the years. I'll never forget meeting Jason he was so welcoming and nice. He reviewed my pictures that I sent in and really knew everything about my case before I even got there. I was hell bent on one option and that was getting them cut out, but Jason was persistent that he and his partner Doctor Peyman wanted me to give fat grafting/fat transfer a go to fill the depressed scars. I argued a bit, but ultimately Jason told me to trust him. I'll never forget that before I left my consult I gave Jason the biggest hug because I knew I was in good hands. Well, I let them do their thing and I would say that my scars are improved by 90%. Doctor Jason Doctor Peyman thank you for changing my life! I'll love you guys forever :( If you're struggling with acne scars, or you're wanting to do something to your face please go to these doctors. They're the goats of Beverly Hills when it comes to THE FACE. Thank You Doctor Peyman Thank You Doctor Jason you're out here changing lives! Writing this review anonymously for privacy reasons. I've been coming to Profiles for years now and they're the only two doctors I trust enough with my face. They did my Rhinoplasty in 2016 and have helped me keep up with my skin care needs as I started to age. Both Dr Litner and Dr Solomon have been absolutely wonderful my entire time coming to their practice. Unfortunately my experience with the rest of the staff hasn't been as great. I'm only giving a 5 star review because the doctors truly deserve it. They recently hired a new nurse Julie who is anything but amazing. She's very cold and rude and doesn't fit in with the attentive experience i've had so far with the docs. She made me extremely uncomfortable and was not caring or considerate during my visit. She even told me I needed a minimum of 100 units of botox, which for those who don't know, is an ENTIRE BOTTLE. I was genuinely afraid for her to touch my face but I wanted to believe the docs wouldn't hire someone who isn't well trained. Dr Litner has been doing my botox since I turned 30 and i've never done more than 40 units for my entire face....she made me feel old and ugly when I came in and made me feel stupid for not wanting to more than double my typical dosage. I felt like I needed to write this so it could be brought to light. The new office manager that replaced Bahar is quite cold and rude as well. When I asked her if Dr Litner could do my botox instead she yelled at me and said no the doctors don't inject anymore and the nurse is the only one who could do it. I hope Profiles realizes their staff needs adjusting to match the eloquence and care the doctors have always provided. These new staff choices have made me reconsider coming back and referring my friends and family. Hoping they see this and make a change. read more

My relationship with Profiles is still fairly new, but I 100% plan to continue with them. Following surgery and a non-invasive procedure, I can say that I've had a positive experience with them from initial consultation scheduling to follow ups. The staff, doctors and facilities are all lovely and their operations (business and actual OR work) have run smoothly. They use 3D imaging to help patients visualize their results ahead of surgery. The Symplast app is used for storage of images/media, messages, appointments, receipts and virtual follow ups, but in-person follow ups are offered as well. In addition to calls, they send text message appointment reminders which can be also be responded to by text. Getting into and out of of their Beverly Hills office is easy, with two hours of free, garage parking just steps away from the building their chic penthouse is in. Their surgery center is located separately in Hollywood. It's a small, private space within a large, pristine medical tower, making a relaxed environment with extremely low foot traffic for patients who functions best in a no-anxiety zone. The docs' bedside manners are excellent. The surgery staff is attentive. The anesthesia was also impressively undetectable. I loved that they have a well built social/online presence that I could investigate before going in to check them out them while I was in my surgeon "interviewing" phase. Costs are reasonable and the work by the doctors (and the nurse) are solid. I'm seeing the subtle but effective results I wanted. Profiles has offered me thoroughly good vibes. They're definite keepers for my long-term maintenance. read more

Biggest mistake of my life. I had checked out Yelp first before going to these doctors and saw some good reviews. I am new to Yelp and didn't realize they filtered reviews. Well I wish I knew that before I had let these doctors touch me. There were soo many bad reviews filtered which just shows how bad there quality of work truly is, I dont know why. I realize now they are all true. All I am left with now is a blob on my face. Not one person I know thinks it looks better, everyone says I made a mistake and that does not help me feel better. It is funny a couple of the other filtered reviews speak of how they had to wait 5 hours for there surgery and felt like they're surgery was rushed and these doctors did whatever they want, well they hit it right on the head. I got in at 3 and there was still someone waiting from 12 to have surgery. He didn't get in till 5 and I had to wait after him. Can you believe it. They just book in way too many patients for a day. Its like a fast food plastic surgeon. I have been trying my best to resolve the issue with them and they seem to just dismiss me. I requested a refund and they refused. One of the doctors, dr. litner i believe spoke of how low there revision rate was and he was proud of it. What a joke. i am just heartbroken now and looking for a skilled revision surgeon to fix there mistake. So all I am left with is an 8000 debt, an ugly nose and a broken heart. Thank you Dr. Soliemen & Litner read more

Dr. Soleiman and Dr. Litner at Profiles of Beverly Hills are both warm, compassionate doctors at the top of their game. l had a hybrid lift that involved the lower half of the face and neck, for tightening purposes. After 3 months I was fully recovered and after 6 months I look fantastic and I couldn't have been more pleased. We did a lot of research and met with multiple surgeons before deciding on Profiles of Beverly Hills, and it has been a year now and I couldn't be more pleased with my results. I look 15-20 years younger and healthier. An unexpected bonus is that with the hybrid lift it has accentuated my jaw line and cheek bones, and they look awesome and absolutely fabulous. The after care was also exceptional, each of my follow up visits I was extremely well taken care of. I was very impressed with their care. I used their recovery room service the day of my procedure, which is located next door to their surgery room on Sunset. It was very convenient that I didnot have to be transported to a recovery room further away in the city. Dr. Litner and Dr. Soleiman are both amazing doctors and surgeons and I would highly recommend their services to all my friends who are interested in a procedure "refreshing" their face and neck. I am very glad I opted for this procedure, it's a treat for myself, and I am worth it. read more

I've had such an amazing experience with Profiles Beverly Hills. From the very beginning, everything felt right. I went in for a consultation and was able to get a surgery date the same day, only a month out, for my rhinoplasty and chin implant. As a client, I truly feel seen. It felt like they understand exactly what I've always dreamed my face could look like. The doctors are incredible, and the girls in the office are just as amazing, they keep me updated on all my upcoming appointments, which makes everything so much easier and less stressful. The office itself is beautiful, super easy to find, and they even provide 2 hours of free parking, which makes the whole experience even more convenient. The day of surgery went by so smoothly. The nurse made me feel so comfortable going into it and took great care of me afterward. They also provided everything I needed to take care of my incisions, which was super helpful. The healing process is amazing to watch! Every day my nose and chin look better and better. Since I live about two hours away (without traffic), the doctors are very accommodating and do Zoom check-ins to make sure everything is healing properly. To top it all off, I was surprised with a bouquet of flowers while healing from surgery! Such a thoughtful touch. I couldn't recommend them enough. read more

Simply Amazing!! Dr Solieman and Dr Litner came highly recommended from a family member who had undergone primary rhinoplasty and was very pleased with the result. I had been unhappy with my nose since I was at school- yet never had the courage to do anything about it. Once I had seen their work on my siblings nose, I was sure these Drs were the ones to help correct my crooked, droopy nose! As I live in the UK, we initially had a Skype consultation. I'd sent lots of photos over and we 'met' via a webcam. From the onset, both Drs were kind, patient, honest and very considerate. They listened carefully to what I felt I needed and took the time to answer questions fully and really put me in the picture regarding the procedure and expected outcomes. As a clinician myself (and self confessed control freak) I needed lots of questions answered! I had my face to face consultation once I had landed in LA, with surgery the following day. I can honestly say it was a breeze; no need for the pain relief I had obtained and no need for the worrying. The clinical staff were nothing short of excellent and the Drs did an amazing job. It's only 6 weeks since my surgery, and I am already thrilled and very grateful to these talented, yet humble 'gentle men'. read more

Dr Litner and Solieman are both at the pinnacle of their field. I traveled from the midwest because I wanted to make sure the best would be operating on my face. I reviewed the before and afters as well as both of the physicians credentials. I think it is important for potential clients to look at before and after photos because there are two components to the nose: 1. functionality and 2. appearance. In regards to appearance this is a much of an art as a science and if you don't like the style of nose the physician typically produces you likely won't like your out come. In regards to functionality Dr. Litner and Solieman both spent 5 years focusing on the ear nose and throat prior to completing their plastic surgery fellowship. This is important because in my opinion they will have a better understanding of the functionality of the nose vs someone who purely did general surgery prior to plastics. When I met with the physicians I explained to them my aesthetic goals as well as functional goals. I had a deviation of my nose, deviated septum, and bulbous tip. They developed an approach that would look natural while still achieving all the the goals I had for the surgery. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome of my surgery and would go back to them if I had to do it over again. read more

I had a great experience with my rhinoplasty at Profiles. The doctors were knowledgeable, friendly, and took time to guide me toward a natural, masculine look that suits me well. Seven months post-surgery, my nose looks great with just a tad bit of swelling left. The initial consultation was thorough, with photos and a clear breakdown of the process. The business manager was a bit pushy about closing the deal which hindered the experience a bit. As for the surgery, the staff made me feel extremely comfortable. One thing to note: you may need to ask questions proactively since guidance can feel limited. Also, post-surgery appointments will require extra justification to schedule. And don't expect instant results--my nose looked very swollen at first, but after five months, it settled significantly. Just a heads-up: the cast reveal isn't always the perfect moment you see on social media. Your nose will likely be very swollen at first. Mine was straight with great support at the tip, but was very swollen. After five months, it toned down significantly, and now at 7 months it looks great! Overall, I highly recommend Profiles for their skill and professionalism! read more

If you are thinking about getting your nose done by these doctors. DON'T!! They are terrible. I will say both doctors seem nice prior to surgery and even after. But their work is HORRIFYING! I had my nose done by them a few years ago. After 1.5 years I went in to show them my nose was rapidly collapsing on one side, to which they responded, "No it's not, you're crazy. " Then 2.5 years after surgery I went back again to show them just how bad it had gotten. Their response was, " I see what you are saying but nobody has a symmetrical face". "Yes, your nose definitely goes to one side but there is no way to fix that". When I called again to discuss a possible solution they said " your nose looks great". These are the type of doctors that are friendly and great leading up to the surgery, and just after it when you're too swollen to notice. As soon as the results set in they take no responsibility for their POOR POOR results. They can't even keep their word consistent. My nose looks awful. They ruined my face. PLEASE don't waste your money or time with these guys. Honestly... I'm so devastated by this experience. read more

If you're looking to change your life, this is the place to go. At first, I thought my procedure -- a rhinoplasty -- wasn't for me. I was attached to my nose, and felt that I would be just as happy continuing life with my deviated septum and current look. However, in my imaging session, I told the doctors I was interested in seeing cosmetic adjustments -- the doctors provided me with ideas and recommendations to boost not only my nose shape but also my jawline with a chin implant, and I couldn't believe the transformation. Of course I was scared to let go of what was familiar, but now that I have, I feel like the person I want to be. I don't feel different -- I still look like me, just instantly more confident in my own skin. And the breathing improvements I've gained have improved my exercise, my sleep, and my overall well-being. I highly recommend going to Dr. Litner and Dr. Solieman for your consultation -- I believe that in a major life change like this, I needed doctors who would call to check in on me, and make the consultation process collaborative rather than forceful. Thank you Profiles Beverly Hills. read more

I am just over 6 weeks recovered from my rhinoplasty/ chin augmentation and neck lipo and I seriously couldn't be happier. I am so in love with my new nose and my chin and neck look amazing and so natural!!! I have received so many compliments on how amazing I look and people can't even tell that I had work done. It looks so natural. I was worried (just as anyone would be going into facial surgery) but let me tell you, these surgeons know what they are doing!!! They are so kind and have such great bedside manner. They listened to what I wanted and delivered 100%. I feel beautiful, confident and it's only been a month and a half! Day by day it is getting more refined and I'm so excited to see the final results. I'm very happy with the work Dr. Litner and Dr. Solieman did and I'm beyond grateful. I can't say enough good things about Profiles Beverly Hills! After a botched nose job from another surgeon left me devastated and struggling to breathe, I was nervous about finding someone who could truly fix it. From my first consultation, Dr. Solieman and Dr. Litner put me at ease. They explained exactly what needed to be done to correct my nose, and the results are nothing short of incredible. Not only do I finally have the nose I always wanted, but I can breathe easily again for the first time in years! The entire team at Profiles Beverly Hills was amazing--so warm, professional, and supportive. They truly held my hand through every step of the process, from scheduling the surgery to checking in during recovery. I felt cared for and in great hands the whole time. If you're looking for the best, especially if you've had a bad experience elsewhere, I highly recommend Profiles Beverly Hills. They gave me my confidence (and my breath!) back! read more

As a doctor of health science and chief executive for a global business, it was important to me that I find the very best in rhinoplasty. My nose had bothered me for years, both from a cosmetic and functional standpoint. On preoperative consultation they made no "pie in the sky" promises, but rather, provided me with a realistic conceptualization of what they could do to improve my appearance and function. I greatly appreciated that. The outcome of my surgery met and exceeded my expectations! I now have great function and improved confidence in my appearance. I'm no longer self-conscious about my nose, as it's now less distracting and more in perfect symmetry with the rest of my features. I'm still me, but an improved me! They are true masters and artists at what they do! Without hesitation, Drs. Solieman and Litner and their entire staff of consummate professionals have my very highest recommendation. read more

From the moment I walked into their gorgeous Beverly Hills office, I felt completely taken care of. Nadine was wonderful from the very beginning--so kind, attentive, responsive, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Both doctors were absolutely incredible and made me feel comfortable and confident, especially considering this was my first surgery ever. Naturally, I had a million questions and was nervous, but the team was always quick to respond to my emails and never made me feel like I was bothering them. The same level of care continued at the surgical center. Everyone was so hands-on and attentive, and even the anesthesiologist was amazing. I genuinely don't remember a thing! What astonishes me the most is that I had ZERO pain afterward. Considering the amount of work that needed to be done during my open rhinoplasty--including reshaping, shaving, and breaking the nose--I was expecting a much more difficult recovery. The fact that I experienced no pain and healed so well still blows my mind. And most importantly... they gave me the nose of my dreams. I had lived with my nose for 33 years, so seeing myself afterward was almost shocking at first. Now, the more I see it and the more it heals, the more in love with it I am. They understood exactly what I wanted and executed it beautifully. Beyond being incredibly talented surgeons, they are genuinely kind, caring people. The entire experience--from consultation, to surgery, to recovery and follow-up--was exceptional. 10/10 experience. I would recommend Dr. Litner and Dr. Solieman to anyone, anywhere in the world considering rhinoplasty. I would choose them again 100%, without hesitation. I am SO glad I trusted them with my first surgery and will forever be grateful to them and their entire team for giving me a nose I absolutely love!

When I decided to move forward with a custom mandible and chin implant plus rhinoplasty to enhance facial harmony and symmetry, I knew I needed someone with a genuine artistic eye -- someone who understood how to enhance masculine features in a way that looked fresh, not "done." I consulted with three top-tier specialists before choosing Dr. Dhir, and it wasn't a hard decision in the end. He was the only one who actually listened. His track record and social media presence only reinforced that I was in the right hands. We decided to proceed. Recovery was tough, not gonna lie, especially because things can sometimes go wrong in this stage. There were moments I panicked, worried things wouldn't heal the way I hoped. But Dr. Dhir was steady and reassuring through every step, and he kept telling me to trust the process. I did, and I am so glad I listened. I remember his team politely asked if they could document my journey (before's & afters) for social media, and I declined. This was too personal and I was kinda embarressed to be publicized. But I am so thrilled with my results that I actually want to share my results with the world, so I decided to post these photos myself and gave him permission to do the same in hopes someone else is lucky enough to find the right doctor like I did. There's no shame in investing in yourself when it's done right. I have zero regrets, only gratitude. Yes, for these 3 procedures he was an additional 7-10K more than the other guys, but in my gut I know they would've never offered this level of service and attention to detail. There's just no way. That makes Dr. Dhir worth every single penny. If you want an artist who treats your goals like his own and delivers real, natural, masculine results, Dr. Dhir is the real deal.

Dr. Kanodia and I aligned instantly at the first consultation - he only mentioned the things I wanted to fix we were on the exact same page. Minimal changes, natural result. It was incredible that he could look at me in seconds and know exactly what I wanted and needed. He understands how far a conservative approach can really be more life changing than overdoing it. We aligned on the vision instantly at that first consult. It's not an exaggeration to say he is an artist and the Michelangelo of noses. I needed to fix a 60-80% breathing blockage on one side where I had a deviated septum, and I had a small dorsal hump, and bit of drop on my tip, as well as wide nasal bones I wanted to cosmetically fix. And a HUGE shout out to Lisa Byrd, the surgical coordinator. She and Dr. Kanodia are both God sends. She deserves the biggest raise in the world!!!! Lisa was so patient with me, communicative, and supportive throughout this process. I had so much anxiety, many many emails with her with questions back and forth and she NEVER once rushed me, judged me, or made me feel bad about it. If anything, she encouraged me to keep open lines of consistent communication with her. She makes you feel SO comfortable, and supported. There isn't even enough positive words in the world to say about her. I can reach out to her anytime and I am almost 7 weeks post operation now and I know her support stay consistent and she'll be there for me. The surgery met every expectation. I was bullied in school for my nose in middle school - at the age of 29 this still affected me. I had been researching surgeons since I was 12 years old, around 7th grade. I first heard of doctor Kanodia from the Kardashians but didn't want to make a decision solely based off that - I did my fair years of research and deep down my gut always told me he'd end up being my surgeon. After waiting since I was 12, I finally felt emotionally and mentally ready to do the surgery. He was my only consult, I never saw another surgeon for a consult because I knew he was it and I was right. People say he can have an attitude - from my perspective he can be short in his replies because he is serious about his work and I think this can be misunderstood. Think about it. He has so many patients, so much hard work to do to deliver the quality he does and the artistry - I consider him extremely focused which is EXACTLY what you want in a surgeon. You are not paying for a best friend - you are paying for art and for your life to change. You are paying for genius results and that is what you get. The anesthesiologist also really made me feel comfortable before my procedure he spoke to me to help ease my nerves. There was a lot of bruising and swelling however I think I am an unusual case - I have extremely sensitive skin and a sensitive body. So that took longer than his typical cases I believe to resolve - I don't believe it had anything to do with his work it was just the way my body heals. No one else could have done this for me and really given me what I wanted. Thank you Dr. Kanodia for being a miracle in my life! To say you changed my life is an understatement. I am so much happier, at peace and confident in myself because of you. Photo below is before and after immediately after surgery was performed. My nose looks more and more beautiful every day.

I truly wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my face. I am about 3 weeks post op, and can confidently say that Dr. Kanodia gave me the exact nose I wanted, with regard to both cosmetics and functionality. Dr. Kanodia actually discovered that I broke my nose years ago (which I was unaware of!) and placed my nose back into its intended shape and position. After my procedure I can finally breathe! Additionally, he successfully deprojected my nose and it looks so much smaller than it did before. I cannot stop taking photos of my side profile. I feel like my life is just beginning with my new nose! I don't even feel like I need to wear makeup anymore because my face is so much more harmonious and balanced. It looks so natural and looks like the nose that I was meant to be born with. My one recommendation is to follow his post-op care instructions very strictly! I barely had any swelling and bruising because of his well-designed protocols. Thank you so so so much Dr. Kanodia for giving me my perfect nose! He is the best nose surgeon there is and the best there will ever be. The procedure was worth every dollar and it is a lifelong investment. If you're considering getting your nose done with Dr. Kanodia, this is your sign!

Its been a year since my rhinoplasty in Beverly Hills and I am just now getting to write a review…read more I will give you the REAL DEAL. Dr. Nassif is an excellent surgeon. He knows his stuff for sure. My surgery was a definite improvement and I am satisfied with his skills. Listen to the Dr! As a Middle Aged woman, we tend to be a lil high maintenance (Not that we ever think we are) :-) and its easy to get impatient with the swelling. Listen to Nassif-it takes a while for the swelling to go down for most people and the nose to settle. He was right! His staff is impeccable. From the time I walk into his reception area, I am greeted by Miss Kamran, who is an absolute doll! So kind, down to earth, understanding, beautiful and honest. She is a gem and makes the beginning and ending of the experience! Then you have Kaitlin, who knows her stuff! She is very knowledgeable and helps with the pre and post op info. She's great and responsive to your texts. Yes, beautiful too. Take her recommendation for that hyperbolic chamber! It literally heals your body. Last, but certainly not least is Rachel. Rachel is the aesthetician who not only makes you look 10 years younger with her hydra facial, but gives you an amazing therapy session. Who knew I needed one?!! But omg, I felt so much better after leaving her office. She is beautiful, kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Such a gentle nature and her conversation just flows-the next thing you know, she has helped you feel better about a situation you needed to hear! Just amazing! She is worth the drive to Beverly Hills for facials. There's a reason he is on that show Botched. He transforms lives!

One of my friends recommended Dr. Calvert for rhinoplasty. He was very kind and knowledgeable…read moreduring our initial consultations, so I decided to move forward with him. I sent him reference photos and videos, and he sketched out what he believed my potential results could look like. After the surgery and a long recovery period, I was extremely disappointed--there was no improvement in the area that had initially bothered me. I voiced my concerns to Dr. Calvert, and he advised me to wait, assuring me the results would improve over time. When nothing changed, he recommended steroid injections, which also made no difference. Eventually, he suggested a revision surgery to address the original concerns and hopefully achieve the outcome I wanted from the beginning. Now, about eight months post-op from the second surgery, my nose is visibly crooked. I can't fully express how dissatisfied and disappointed I am. This entire journey has been long and emotionally draining. I tried my best to clearly communicate what I wanted, yet not only were my goals not met, I was left with an uneven result after two surgeries. I spent $20,000 and endured two rhinoplasties, only to feel unhappy and self-conscious--especially when taking photos.
