I called Dr. Diaz's office to confirm if this was normal and if anything had happened to not achieve the perfect results expected. Dr. Diaz called and explained everything perfectly and removed all of my concerns. Dr. Diaz is truly one of the best plastic surgeons, and a rhinoplasty is like trying to do surgery on a moving target. To solve for the final 1% of my concern, I was invited to speak to him for a revision in the future if needed. My Background I'm 5'2 110 lbs in my 30s I had my first breast augmentation in 2013 with a highly rated SF surgeon (410cc moderate profile silicone under the muscle). Unfortunately, the results were never right: I had high-riding implants that never dropped, animation deformity, tight chest pressure, poor positioning, nipples pointing downward, unbalanced upper pole, lateral displacement, implants too wide for my petite frame, and an overall top heavy appearance. I lived with these issues for 12 years. I wanted to fix these aesthetics and go larger, but still be tasteful. I was also dealing with new complications and trying to get guidance on what to do. Before Dr. Rahban In September 2025, I developed pain and swelling in one breast. After 2 months of breast imaging and evaluations for a possible late seroma, I was offered a heavily discounted revision by my original SF surgeon or the option of implant removal at Kaiser (which would be covered by my insurance). Pre-op labs, paperwork, and consents were handled electronically. His staff ordered my medications which were delivered to his private surgery center and provided to me on the day of my surgery. When I needed post-op support (over Thanksgiving), Dr. Rahban was immediately available. Even the six-hour drive home was manageable with pre-medicating and breaks. Implant Size & Aesthetics Given my petite frame, Dr. Rahban and I had an honest discussion about balancing size and aesthetics. While he prefers a natural look, he respected my desire for a more augmented look and focused on shape, positioning, and proportion.
