I've had such an amazing experience with Profiles Beverly Hills. From the very beginning, everything felt right. I went in for a consultation and was able to get a surgery date the same day, only a month out, for my rhinoplasty and chin implant. As a client, I truly feel seen. It felt like they understand exactly what I've always dreamed my face could look like. The doctors are incredible, and the girls in the office are just as amazing, they keep me updated on all my upcoming appointments, which makes everything so much easier and less stressful. I had an amazing experience getting a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sands! I consulted with many surgeons before choosing to go with him, and I'm so glad I did. I was looking for someone who could give me a cute, slightly sloped but still natural-looking nose while also correcting my breathing issues from my deviated septum. From the start, he set very realistic expectations for what we could achieve and worked closely with me to customize my nose to the style I wanted while still making sure it fit my face, looked natural, and would function properly. I would like to leave a review about my entire experience with Dr.s ' Litner, Solieman, and the entire staff. A little back story- I had a bad experience a few years back that left me damaged from a previous rhinoplasty. It felt "collapsed" to me as it was difficult to breath plus I could see the "sinking" bridge. I obviously could not know the full extent until after this procedure. I just couldn't stand my nose in a picture. It was devastating. I hid from all group photos anywhere. It literally changed my face in every way. I did go on a long and extensive search for a Doctor to fix my nose. I met with the "best of the best" surgeons in Scottsdale. I met with surgeons who worked on multiple family members who did a great job. I searched across the ocean. I found Dr. Solieman. I had a virtual visit. I kept searching. I kept my visit with Dr. Solieman in my head as he was so kind and had a confidence in fixing me that was comforting . I searched for another year. I even consulted with a surgeon who I've had surgery with. I still wasn't comfortable. I moved back to California and made an appointment to meet with Profiles in person. My search was over. I was met with a kind and professional reception. I met with both doctors as they do their surgeries together - what is better than two sets of eyes and hands? I was spoken to in a manner that I appreciated as my background is a scientist. They were so realistic in setting my expectations but also confident that they could "fix" me. While I was at my consult, I made a small inquiry about something I wanted to also address- my jowling. I am 56. It just showed up in the last year- the jawline snatchers! Done. I decided on the mini face lift ( jawline) along with my revision rhinoplasty and a CO2 laser. I have had this type of laser before and they truly are magical for resurfacing skin. I also asked for the migrated filler in my lips to be dissolved. It just has to go. I know it sounds like a lot. It's not. I was super in my head for weeks and very nervous. I've never been nervous for any surgery in my life. It's my face after all. When I arrived for my surgery, I met the anesthesiologist who really was so sweet and kind and also wanted to see pics of my dog- instant friend. I stayed the night with the after care nurse..also, basically a new friend who cared for me all night. I wish I could have a conversation with every person who was shopping for a surgeon for a facial procedure. They have a nurse who while was on her vacation in Italy- I did not know- was immediately responsive to anything I was inquiring about post procedure. I will also tell anyone who is thinking of or having a face lift - trust the process and don't look in the mirror. You will look beautiful in no time. It is definitely a process that was new for me. I would do it all over again tomorrow. If you have found my novel length review, please know I truly am here for you and this practice is all you could ever ask for. My after care was definitely an interesting one and I would say very emotional process. I might get the award for most annoying patient. I think I bothered them daily. They did not mind. The only way I could describe how I felt was "when will I look normal" or "myself"? First of all, These questions are so annoying to myself as I asked it non stop. I watched a million tik tok "Follow along with me to wherever and see my amazing journey." The ones where she looks great in 6 months. The one who did a full face lift, brow lift, upper and lower eyes. Just a face transplant.. again. Don't watch those, plus a lot of them are still photos that are photoshopped. Look for in person live video. I took a thousand photos morning and night and even throughout the day. I swelled or was at least swollen daily. I'm 8 weeks out and looking more like "myself" but I see my nose coming around. Looking a little cuter!! * I see my jawline!!!! Success no jowling! I am so excited! * My oldest daughter who loves to be mean ( my kids are my best friends!! and thinks she's funny will randomly say something "I did notice your neck" WHAT????? * "What did you see?? Tip towing into the compliment... * She said "Well I never knew what you were talking about before but I can see it now- it's smooth " * Oh + cool. Does the happy dance in silence. This means it's perfect. I have hidden from my bf as I was hoping to just show up and look perfect. That's not what happens. It is definitely a process that must be trusted and an emotional rollercoaster. I am so grateful that my journey led me back to these wonderful Doctors at Profiles of Beverly Hills. I'm going to make sure I leave negative reviews on every single platform so everyone can know what a horrible medical practice this is so I can ruin your life the way you ruined mine, Jason and Peyman. STAY AWAY! Please please PLEASE read all of the negative reviews before you put your trust into these "doctors" who only care about money and nothing else. All of these "5 star" reviews are fake and the responses they have on all of their reviews are automated, they don't reach out, they don't make anything right, they lie and make you think you're the problem when in reality, the only problem is that they are in business. I had a revision rhinoplasty done, and they completely botched my nose. They promised me the world, one of the doctors specializes in ear, nose and throat and the other doctor specializes in plastics but all they really specialize in is bull****. I went in telling them I have breathing problems from my previous surgery, and they promised they would fix that for me, I came out of surgery with a crooked nose and a nostril that was fully closed and one that was fully enlarged. They made me think it was "allergies" or "that's the way your nose is" or "it's swollen" and all other types of excuses. They treat you like you're schmuck and will try to push anything they can to take the blame off of themselves when it is very evident that they do not know how to perform surgeries as they have ruined so many other lives. I, unfortunately, trusted them a second time around and gave them the chance to undo their initial botched nose job, and it just made everything worse. I can't breathe, I whistle while I breathe, my right nostril is very noticeably smaller than my left, my tip is pointy and every single day I look in the mirror and I hate my appearance and that is all because of two "doctors" who care about their profits more than their patients. I consistently raised concerns and was given excuses left and right. Dr. Litner told me to get nose vents as that might "Solve the problem of my nostril" and told me I had to get it myself. Complete joke. They point the finger at everything else except themselves. I reached out to them about two months ago to give them a chance to fix this and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. The medical board should revoke their license and their right to practice because they are nothing but negligent, shady, liars, and horrible people. Please do not use them and believe every REAL negative review that you see because their positive reviews are bribes to other patients and family members to get their ratings up. I had an extremely disappointing experience with what can only be described as the most incompetent surgeons. They completely botched my nose during my second revision. Initially, they painted a picture of the perfect nose, but made it much worse. My columella began progressively lowering, and they left a big scar on the left side of my nostril. They also said they'd fix my breathing issues but managed to make that worse too. They told me they'd put cartilage in my nose during surgery, but when I woke up, I asked them about it, they said they didn't put any cartilage because it wasn't needed, and now my nose is messed up. When I tried to talk to them about it, they wanted me to pay for another consultation appointment. I was shocked. I emailed them, and they just said there's nothing wrong and suggested I go to another surgeon. It's really frustrating and disappointing. read more

Recently these two "doctors" tried to change the name of their first original yelp business page to "M-130 Surgery Center" and started this new yelp page because apparently they opened a satellite consultation office in Beverly Hills and i'm assuming were trying to skirt the bad reviews. I contacted yelp and yelp changed the first pages name back to Profiles Beverly Hills. Since then, a flood of five star reviews have appeared on their original Yelp business page, some using the same person in the pictures of the reviews(see picture below). I came to these two after a doctor lied to me and basically experimented on me for a perforated septum. The doctor that experimented on me, ended up destroying my face and I came to these two to have it fixed, only to have the same thing happen. They lied to me to get to get my money and then they proceeded to do the fastest most destructive surgery they possibly could've done, that I never agreed to. Before the surgery I asked them to please not do anything we had not discussed, they swore up and down they wouldn't. In fact, they said it was a "point of pride" that they don't do anything that they hadn't discussed with the patient. I woke up from surgery with my cranial ridge filed down, my nasal bones filed and destroyed and the cartilage that makes up my columella tip and nostrils destroyed. They "rebuilt" my nose with irradiated cartilage that is well known across the industry to dissolve over time. They had next to no experience doing extreme cases like mine, but they told me they had extensive experience. These two had no business doing my surgery, they did not bother reading my postop notes from my other surgeries or do any research into what was going on with me. They only spent three hours on my surgery, which is not an adequate amount of time to rebuild a nose by any stretch of the imagination. When confronted with this fact, they stated that they "are able to do more in a shorter amount of time than other doctors"... I believe reason why they use irradiated cartilage was because it was the fastest thing to use to rebuild my nose and not because it was the best treatment possible. If you look at the reviews around the Internet, you will see these two have hurt a lot of people. After the surgery when confronted with the fact that they harmed me, they treated lying and manipulating like it was some kind of sport, like they enjoyed it. These two don't seem to not have a conscience and in my experience are willing to do anything for money which makes them extremely dangerous. I'm a human being and these two treated me like I was a mark to be scammed. They failed in every aspect of my experience with them. They failed to listen to their patient and give me the attention I deserved. They failed to assess my situation and tailor a surgical plan for me. They failed to tell me what they were going to do in the surgery. They failed to tell me the truth and get my consent to destroy my tissue in the surgery. They failed to assess their own abilities and experience in the pursuit of money. They failed to do adequate research into irradiated cartilage and it's viability and lied to me about said viability, to which they told me irradiated cartilage was more viable than my own tissue. They failed to spend an adequate amount of time on my surgery. They failed to tell me the truth and take any responsibility after the surgery when the cartilage started to dissolve and instead engaged in a campaign of gaslighting, lies and manipulation. I can't stress this enough my suggestion would be to not trust any plastic surgeon, but if you're hell-bent on doing this, I implore you to go with other doctors. read more

My wife and I went there for a consult for her. Discussion went well and we were passed to Paulina, the office manager, to discuss costs and reserve a date. They required a deposit (for us it was $5K). As soon as we got home, we looked over the paperwork and additional reviews on other sites forwarded by family members regarding botched jobs. My wife called the office and spoke to Dr. Litner. He normalized the percentages of unsuccessful cases. My wife decided to wait. So we called the office and asked to halt for a while, as we were undecided. Since it was only 2 hours since we had been there we asked for a refund. Paulina stated she understood and that she would ask the doctor. Over the next 3 weeks, she did not return any of our calls. I complained to the credit card company, who took action, but a month later they came back with the fine print on what we had signed (non-refundable deposit). I have no idea if Solieman or Litner are any good; but if they are not able to refund a 2-hour old contract or even take the time to discuss why they won't refund it, I cannot consider them very good human beings. read more

I have never written a review but felt the need to express my gratitude to Dr. Litner and Soleiman. i was extremely apprehensive about getting a "nose job" but knew I had to do it as my nose was becoming more prominent as I entered my 40s and wanted to finally love my profile as a newly single woman. I received a rhinoplasty almost 2 weeks ago and I am so happy with the results. They absolutely changed my life and I am so happy I decided to go with them. had a revision rhinoplasty and neck liposuction done with Dr.Solieman and Dr. Litner. I am not sure if the word "The Best" is enough to describe them. What I really appreciate is that they respected my opinion and they made sure i felt comfortable with the changes to my nose. (Alot of doctors will just do what they think looks good without considering what you want). They made sure I understood all that was happening and how to take care of my nose after the surgery. They called me the night after surgery and checked up on me and told me to contact them if anything comes up at any hour of the day. I am reading all the reviews, especially the one stars and want you to know that these plastic surgeons are not who they think they are. I wish I did more investigating and looking into more qualified plastic surgeons. They did my revision and it is terrible. The words you do not want to hear are "you look great", while they are negating all of your concern. They are lazy AND too busy. There are surgeons who are much more qualified and are verified on sites such as "beautybroker.com" on instagram who will direct you in the right direction to doctors that they have checked out, for example, "qualifications, previous work, etc." all over the United States and beyond. This is YOUR face. Do the homework. These "two" are NOT good. I implore you to get more recommendations and check out others. Don't rely on a computer generated picture.
