Dr. Kim's work immediately stood out to me, and at one point I realized that almost all of my inspiration photos were actually from his Instagram. That was when I knew it made more sense to travel to the surgeon whose work already matched exactly what I wanted. I started with an online consultation, then traveled for an in-person consultation, and eventually had surgery with him. From start to finish, Dr. Kim was absolutely fantastic. I had a very specific vision in my head: I wanted a fuller chest that still looked natural on my frame and could almost feel modest at the same time. I was very nervous about ending up too large or looking overly augmented, and he understood exactly what I meant. I am now 10 months post-op and I genuinely could not be happier. He got what I wanted to a T. The size, shape, and overall look feel completely right for me, and I'm so grateful I trusted his judgment. One of the things that made the experience especially reassuring as an out-of-town patient was how personally involved he is in the entire process. He handles everything from beginning to end, and he is the person I communicate with directly. He provides his phone number and email, answers questions incredibly quickly, and continues to follow up with me regularly even this far out from surgery. I never felt like I was being passed around or forgotten once the procedure was over. I trust Dr. Kim and his work completely. Traveling from Las Vegas required extra time, planning, and money, but I do not regret any of it. It was worth every single cent to go to the surgeon whose aesthetic I trusted and who made me feel taken care of throughout the entire process.

Offices were spam calling me back daily or bombarding me with emails like ad agencies lol. Or that typical tiktok "this doctor has THIS special technique" which felt sooo gimmicky and fake. I never felt like I really got to see PS doctors as medical providers and get to speak to them without the shiny Beverly Hills facade. Plastic surgery does have this trendy side.. i get it. But it is still a very big medical procedure and I really felt like I just couldn't trust a lot of these flashy doctors I'd spoken to... I lost around 40 lbs and I always dreamed of fixing my lower pooch area - my case is a little odd because I haven't had kids yet and am relatively lean - I was looking for a really refined result. AND zero BS. just tell me what's possible and what's not. Dr. Kim didn't take a crazy consultation fee. I didn't wait months for a consultation. He didn't try to sell me anything. His office looks and works like an actual (clean and beautiful) medical office. I never waited for my appointments. During my consultation, he gave me plenty of time to ask questions and voice my concerns. I didn't feel like I was being spoken down to or being sold a used car. Finally felt like I'm speaking with a doctor who can actually lay out to me exactly what to expect moving forward, the downsides and upsides of my options, and what was and wasn't possible. Nothing was downplayed or overexaggerated. I had never had surgery before and so I really wasn't ready to have a big procedure like a tummy tuck. I asked if there was a more conservative option for my loose skin/pooch - we settled on a mini tuck with lipo to remove a large portion of my problem area - with the door always open for a full if I ever wanted. Dr. Kim was supportive, nonjudgmental and honest about whatever decision I chose. Results - my mini TT results were BEAUTIFUL. My stubborn lower pooch was totally smoothed out - no lipo ripples or weird creases. I recovered in like 2 weeks. No infections, no broken stitches, no seromas, no hypertrophic scarring, no dead skin, just... nothing. Dr. checked in with me after surgery multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. My garment fit comfortably and I was on just tylenol by the end of day 2. My incision healed into a thin, fine line which was sooo easily covered in a bikini. Way later when I was finally ready for a full tummy tuck surgery to reach the last bits of loose skin, the ease of my decision was in large part influenced by how smooth my past experience was. I trusted I was in good hands, and I was right. AGAIN, the entire procedure despite being a WAY bigger one, was just as smooth as the first time. Drains were easy. Stitches dissolved easily. The new incision is exactly where we planned for it to be - thin, and very very low and replaced my older scar. I entrusted Dr Kim to decide whether muscle repair was needed or not - he said he will if needed, since we're already in there let's make it perfect! I am snatched lol :'D my belly button looks so cute with a little hood, it looks natural and lovely. I'm around 3 weeks out and my incision is already so clean and healing very well. At this point, I can say I have a very good idea of how Dr Kim's office works, the pre op, surgery, the follow up, as well as healing/recovery. All the girls remember me, they make scheduling extremely easy, are fun to talk to, and before and after my operation my nurse really made me feel safe, cared for, and at ease. I was given all instructions and medications promptly and on time, as well as the Dr's personal number for any issues at all. Everyone has their own experiences and surgery is a big decision which can have unpredictable outcomes. But for me, choosing Dr. kim (twice) was the best decision I made for myself. Barbie is excellent; she answered my questions, scheduled my appointment with the doctor right away, and provided the quote with all the details. At my first visit, Barbie welcomed me immediately, and she's just lovely. I truly feel taken care of. She took me to her office and introduced me to Dr. Jimmy Firouz. Dr. Firouz is amazing; he listens to every concern and question I have. What I like most is that he wasn't pushy about sales. I have some specific areas I'm concerned about, like buccal fat removal and nasolabial folds. Still, he told me, "No, you don't need that, but if it bothers you, there's another alternative"--something I appreciate the most. Long story short, I decided to move forward with Dr. Firouz. Every time I visit his office, he reassures me that I'm in good hands and tells me not to worry because this is a very important decision for me. It's my first time having such major procedures, so I truly value his reassurance. The location is very convenient, right in the city center. Dr. Firouz was able to treat my scars and reduce them to where I could get in and out of a harness without it rubbing against the scar and causing that discomfort. From the moment I arrived, the entire consultation felt surprisingly impersonal. Most of my appointment was spent with very young staff members rather than the surgeon himself. By the time I actually met with Dr. Barrett, it was only for about five minutes. He was pleasant and professional, but the entire experience felt rushed and transactional. I left almost feeling like it was a fever dream, it was over so quickly that I walked away confused instead of confident. The biggest disappointment was being told that the only way I would have a good breast augmentation result was with a lollipop lift and implants. I wasn't told this as an option it was presented as essentially the only option that would look good for my anatomy. I left feeling discouraged and thinking I didn't really have a choice. Thankfully, I listened to my gut and scheduled consultations with other highly respected, board-certified plastic surgeons. Every other surgeon had a different perspective. I ultimately chose another extremely reputable surgeon who recommended Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle (subfascial). He explained that because I had only mild pseudo-ptosis, the implant itself would provide the subtle lift and upper-pole fullness I was looking for without requiring a lollipop lift. I'm now on the other side of surgery, and I could not be happier with my results. I got exactly the look I wanted, avoided unnecessary scars, and didn't need the more invasive procedure I had been told was my only option. To be clear, I don't think Dr. Barrett was unkind. He was nice during the brief time we spoke. My issue was that the consultation felt rushed, impersonal, and left me feeling defeated rather than educated. Looking back, I'm so grateful I sought additional opinions before making such an important decision. My biggest advice to anyone considering cosmetic surgery is this: please get multiple consultations. One surgeon's opinion is not always the only answer. I'm incredibly thankful I kept looking because I'm absolutely thrilled with the surgeon I chose and my results.

I'm only one month post op but I am loving my results!!!! I am so glad i had the strength to go through the surgery. I get major panic attacks and back out on a lot of things but not once did I have any hesitation. One of his patients posted about suffering from panic attacks. It was a very honest post that really calmed me. It even gave me strength. I thought, if she can do it so can I. The staff was so chipper on surgery day. It made me relax. I thought to myself how could I be nervous when this is just a normal Monday for them. You can tell they love being in the OR. I can't wait to see the 3 month post op results. The anesthesiologist told me he was going to give me something to relax then what felt like a few seconds they were waking me up to tell me I was in recovery and the surgery went well! Go figure! I had a tummy tuck, breast lift, breast augmentation, arm and flank lipo. Daria recommended I stay at an aftercare facility for two nights and I am so glad I did. That played a huge role for having such a speedy recovery. I was able to start walking on day two. I also elected for 2 hyperbaric oxygen sessions. Out of all the procedures I would say the breast augmentation was the most challenging because I'm still a little sore. The tummy tuck is a breeze especially if you've had a C section. All in all, I could NOT have achieved this without Dr J and his team. They had to hold my hand for the entire process. I had 10 questions per day the two weeks following surgery and I received an email as well as a follow up phone call each day to have all my questions addressed. Thank you Dr J, Daria, Alex, Dr Sha, Jeanette, Érica, the nurse who had a huge Diamond rock who placed my IV catheter. She was super sweet too! OOPS! I completely forgot to mention how incredible Dr J's bedside manner is!!! I interviewed 4 doctors and he knocked it out of the park with his comforting demeanor! Doctor J and anesthesiologist never check on me when I was unconscious under anesthesia (for I don't know how long ) and my nose was getting damaged-BURNED while being facing down ! ITS SO UNFAIR! ... ITS being almost a year that this happened and I'm still getting treatments somewhere else to repair the damages! stay away from this place! they paid for some treatments but not all, I am paying by myself because they don't answer and I still have to get nose surgery because I can't breathe well, nostrils are super narrow after this happened . Rachel is the aesthetician who not only makes you look 10 years younger with her hydra facial, but gives you an amazing therapy session. Who knew I needed one?!! But omg, I felt so much better after leaving her office. She is beautiful, kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I even went to my sister's plastic surgeon and he wasn't the right fit. I started my consultation journey about five months after my twins were born and I was about 30 pounds heavier than my usual weight. Dr. Zarrabi was not only incredibly thorough during the consult but SO SO honest. He was the only surgeon who showed me how I would look if I went into the procedure being heavier than my ideal weight. When asked if I was happy with how I would look if we did the procedure now, I said no. Dr. Zarrabi was the only surgeon who was honest encourage me to try to get to my goal weight before proceeding with surgery. He was also the only surgeon to advise me that I had muscle separation in my stomach which needed repair. One year and 40 pounds later, I had my mommy makeover a week ago. Dr. Zarrabi spent hours with me in multiple pre-op appointments when I couldn't decide if I wanted a breast lift or a lift with implants. Him and his staff also continuously checked in on me prior to my surgery, knowing how anxious I was because I had never gone under anesthesia. He even ensured I had the best anesthesiologist to ease my anxiety. Following the surgery, he called me multiple times from his cell phone even FaceTiming me when I told him I had low blood pressure to check my incisions to make sure everything looked okay. my google review didn't post so I am sharing my experience here. please find doctors who actually care about you, you will not find care at Profiles with Dr. Peyman Solieman or Dr. Jason Litner. I waited over two years to write this review, hoping my results would improve, but sadly they haven't. I paid $16,000USD for a rhinoplasty with Dr.Litner and Dr.Solieman at Profiles. My nose remains bulbous, with a pinched bridge, uneven nostrils, and profile asymmetry from a pollybeak deformity. I left their care feeling uncared for and even more insecure than before surgery. I want to start by saying I've never had surgery before, much less cosmetic, and completely trusting my doctors turned out to be my biggest mistake. I initially chose Profiles BH based on their online presence which showed natural results. What really convinced me was Dr.Litner and Dr.Solieman marketing their expertise with ethnic noses. Setting up my virtual consult was easy via their app. I appreciated their confidence and the fact they promised one year of follow-ups. My in person consult was Feb 22, 2023. I shared my concerns again: bulbous tip, uneven nostril thickness, nose hooking right. They assured me they could address all my concerns and give me a natural, refined result. Dr.Soliman created the CGI photos which are attached. Surgery was Feb 23rd at 9AM. I let nurse Marisol know I unexpectedly got my period that morning and was told they only had pads, no tampons. Given the location and clientele, I expected more consideration. Thankfully, I was able to make a quick CVS stop beforehand. Post-op, Dr.Solieman called, which I appreciated, but after that, the attention and reassurance from my doctors declined to the point of being nonexistent. At my day 6 cast removal, neither doctor was present. I was told they were busy. Instead, their injector Soudeh removed my cast and sutures. I was horrified at the extreme swelling & lack of reassurance. I had to ask her about her own rhinoplasty recovery for comfort. I was sent home with a popsicle stick wrapped in tape instead of a proper roll, which felt cheap for the cost of this practice. I briefly ran into Dr.Solieman at the elevator, expressed my fear, and he said I looked swollen and not to take photos bc I'd "look like a clown." While maybe not malicious, it crushed me. Follow ups were scheduled at 1, 3, 6, and 12mo, but they were frequently rescheduled last minute, often feeling rushed. At 3mo, I was still insecure--my nose looked larger, my nostrils uneven, and there was a obvious "break" on my bridge. Dr.Solieman suggested steroid injections but offered no real guidance or follow up. When I raised travel concerns (I'm on the East Coast), he promised to find someone in NYC but naturally never did until I chased them down. By June/July, they advised me to stop worrying and blamed humidity for swelling. I had to research steroid injections myself to understand risks like thinning skin and pigmentation loss. My doctors didn't bother to educate me. I noticed their social media showcased attentive care for influencers--unlike my experience. At 6mo, I still taped my nose bc I felt less ugly with it on. I contacted them in September; they finally referred me to Dr.Kwak in NYC. He advised against steroids saying the cons outweigh the pros and said uneven nostrils were a consequence of surgery, confirming my concerns were valid. By 15mo, still sad with my results, I asked for a third opinion. Dr.Litner instead pushed Accutane--an acne drug with very serious side effects--as a solution. That was the final red flag. I asked for partial compensation; they offered a free revision, which I declined. After 2 yrs, my concerns were dismissed, they blocked me on social media, and I found other patients with similar negative experiences. I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect care. I was treated like an afterthought, ignored, and brushed off. Given their dismissiveness, risky recommendations, questionable practices I've observed, and unattractive revisions, I naturally declined their revision & asked for a refund again or some kind of amicable conclusion. They refused saying refunds aren't included in their terms. My experience with Profiles was expensive, disheartening, and deeply regretful. I unfortunately underwent a hybrid neck lift with Drs. Solieman and Litner in Dec 2023 for a double chin (turkey neck) I had since I was very young that always made me insecure. One of the main reasons I chose this practice was that I was reassured that they had performed this procedure thousands of times with exceptional results and reiterated multiple times that they stand behind their results but that if I were to get unsatisfactory results, they would correct the problem without additional cost to me. My first major negative experience was right before surgery at the surgery center. I was placed on the surgery table and while surrounded by medical staff, told to count back from 100. I said, wait...you're putting me under now? Where are my doctors?! And that was the last thing I remember. No pre-op preparation with me for marking the incision lines or to review with me the procedures to be done. During each follow-up, I expressed my concern for the results I was seeing that were becoming more evident: a large scar under my chin that caused unsightly skin 'draping', my left earlobe seemed to be attached to my neck with thick feeling scar tissue behind the ear, and the fat transfer they pushed for a natural look, did not take (they agreed). The doctors continuously told me that more time was needed for healing but that they would take care of any revisions if needed and at no cost to me after about 12-18 months. When I went back after about the 15th month to discuss revisions, they described that they would have to go through the chin scar and remove skin following up with a CO2 laser treatment to tighten the area around my chin deformity, and was only then quoted $10,000. I reminded them that they assured me numerous times that any revision cost would not come out of my pocket. They said basically 'sorry that's what it will cost' and I left their office in tears. I decided to go to two different board-certified plastic surgeons for second opinions and was told that the revisions Drs. Solieman and Litner suggested (CO2 laser was too superficial to be effective and that going into the scar and removing skin) was not appropriate procedures for revision and that only a full-neck lift procedure would rectify the bad results I received. Revision surgery, I found, is harder and riskier to do than the initial surgery, so it costs more. I then sought legal counsel who sent a letter and the photos, to Drs. Solieman and Litner asking to honor their word to revise my results. They responded by offering to revise the scars behind my ears at no charge if I would allow them to do it under local anesthesia (being awake during the procedure.) I contacted the two other doctors, and one stated that was 'absolutely crazy' to suggest, with the other Dr. saying to consider local anesthesia was a borderline barbaric suggestion. These Drs. refuse to deal further with me, though they told me that they would never abandon me if I was not satisfied, and, in my opinion, the extended wait they continuously recommended for healing, had the effect of putting me close or past the statute of limitations for any claim to be filed. This review reflects my unfortunate personal experience and opinion. I strongly regret my decision to have surgery here as I am now dealing with deformities which make me even more insecure than I was before the surgery. I was given a bait and switch promise of revisions, and I encourage anyone considering surgery here to seek multiple consultations before making a decision and record your sessions with them to hold them accountable, document everything clearly, ask direct questions about revisions, and ensure you have any revision agreements in writing. The two Drs. I went to for second opinions had no problem with me recording our appt and stated very clearly that they always perform revisions free of charge to clients and provide that in writing. Dr Jason offered to do a Blepharoplasty and facelift that I did not need nor medically qualified for. They also do NOT do blepharoplasties and ruined my sight. He talks as if he has knowledge and experience but has NONE on the procedure the did on me. ZERO integrity. Not sure how he can sleep at night. If I am not very good ate something I won't do it. You are the best or do not do it. Well he is the worse, WORSE surgeon I have ever met. Explained nothing to me, Jared my eyes in one second horribly done, and extremely asymmetrical like it was a joke...I had PTSD and panic attacks since I woke up to see my face. They also added a Lipo with NO consent. Malpractice is an understatement. It is criminal how they can ruin an innocent life and run away with their money. I've had such an amazing experience with Profiles Beverly Hills. From the very beginning, everything felt right. I went in for a consultation and was able to get a surgery date the same day, only a month out, for my rhinoplasty and chin implant. As a client, I truly feel seen. It felt like they understand exactly what I've always dreamed my face could look like. The doctors are incredible, and the girls in the office are just as amazing, they keep me updated on all my upcoming appointments, which makes everything so much easier and less stressful. If you're looking to change your life, this is the place to go. At first, I thought my procedure -- a rhinoplasty -- wasn't for me. I was attached to my nose, and felt that I would be just as happy continuing life with my deviated septum and current look. However, in my imaging session, I told the doctors I was interested in seeing cosmetic adjustments -- the doctors provided me with ideas and recommendations to boost not only my nose shape but also my jawline with a chin implant, and I couldn't believe the transformation. Of course I was scared to let go of what was familiar, but now that I have, I feel like the person I want to be. I don't feel different -- I still look like me, just instantly more confident in my own skin. I deeply regret choosing these surgeons for my procedure. They promised to use my own rib bone or a cadaver's to improve the structure, straightness, and support of my nose, but they failed to deliver on any of these promises, despite charging $20,000. My nose is now deformed, with distorted nostrils, and it looks worse than before. Additionally, I've experienced breathing problems since the surgery, including a constant whistling sound from my left nostril. I mistakenly believed that having two surgeons would ensure precision and expertise, but I was wrong. Their office presentation is convincing, but it's all a facade to get your money. I specifically requested they avoid using filler or temporary techniques, but after the surgery failed, that was their only proposed solution. It felt like a bad dream, and I've faced ridicule on social media, leaving me emotionally scarred. These surgeons should have their licenses revoked. Potential patients, beware! There are far better and more ethical surgeons out there. Avoid this practice at all costs! read more

Not sure what all these weird reviews are all about. They are absolutely amazing and professionals! I did my neck lipo with them in 2023 and they did an amazing job. My neck is super sharp. I feel like a lot of models are not leaving reviews and prefer to stay hidden without giving them credits, so that's why I will. My neck is super sharp and defined now and I love it! I am now planning to do my rhinoplasty with them to make my nose cuter as well. I have bellafill filler in my nose and they are one of the only experience surgeon who have worked on bellafill patients before. Don't get fooled by other surgeon's social media such as Zoumalan. He doesn't take patients who have this filler, which to me is a red flag. If you are supposedly a great surgeon, you would work on any nose. Anyways, I think they are amazing and definitely recommend them! They deserve more credit for their work. read more

Their diligence, precision, professionalism, and genuine care are unmatched anywhere in this city. I never once felt rushed or like just another patient. When I exposed this and Yelp corrected it, an attorney with the same last name of Solieman threatened to sue me. I told them to go ahead, but the lawsuit never materialized. There is also evidence that they have posted fake reviews as some of the reviews used the same persons picture. I believe they probably hired somebody to try to fool the Yelp algorithm. I would've liked to see them try to explain in court why they performed a surgery on me that I never gave consent for and open them up to discovery. They rushed through a surgery that should've taken considerably longer in just 3 hours. Why I was the second surgery of multiple surgeries that day. Why they destroyed my nasal bones, cranial ridge, and the natural cartilage of my nostrils, tip, and columella when I stated, I wanted to preserve as much of my original tissue as possible and not to do anything we hadn't already discussed(which they promised they wouldn't). Why they rebuilt my nose with irradiated cartilage, which is known to dissolve. I believe the reason they used irradiated cartilage is because it was the fastest thing they could've done. To sell me on irradiated cartilage they cited a very flawed study that had not been verified by independent researchers. They told me irradiated cartilage was more viable than a graft of my own tissue. And why they lied to me before the surgery, lied to me after. Everything they told me, the opposite happened. The experience with these two was more like buying a used car than going to a doctor, do not trust them with your face or your health.

At that time I didn't know better and thought my nose looked better but along the way I realized there were visible bumps, too much was taken off that the slope was extreme, my nostrils didn't match and one side is more pinched than the other. Not to mention, one side is blocked that my breathing is impaired through that nostril. When I brought up the visible bumps and the slope, the Dr. thought filler would be a good option but little did I know, he was trying to get the easy way out. He went aggressive with the filler which I had to eventually dissolve and redo by a different injector. So proceed with caution. You might get lucky, till you don't.

Dr. Kanodia did my dream surgery - he was my dream surgeon and I got my dream nose…read more I have never wanted to look like a different person and keeping my uniqueness was important to me, I wanted a natural surgery that would not be obvious but would fix my insecurities. Dr. Kanodia and I aligned instantly at the first consultation - he only mentioned the things I wanted to fix we were on the exact same page. Minimal changes, natural result. It was incredible that he could look at me in seconds and know exactly what I wanted and needed. He understands how far a conservative approach can really be more life changing than overdoing it. We aligned on the vision instantly at that first consult. It's not an exaggeration to say he is an artist and the Michelangelo of noses. I needed to fix a 60-80% breathing blockage on one side where I had a deviated septum, and I had a small dorsal hump, and bit of drop on my tip, as well as wide nasal bones I wanted to cosmetically fix. And a HUGE shout out to Lisa Byrd, the surgical coordinator. She and Dr. Kanodia are both God sends. She deserves the biggest raise in the world!!!! Lisa was so patient with me, communicative, and supportive throughout this process. I had so much anxiety, many many emails with her with questions back and forth and she NEVER once rushed me, judged me, or made me feel bad about it. If anything, she encouraged me to keep open lines of consistent communication with her. She makes you feel SO comfortable, and supported. There isn't even enough positive words in the world to say about her. I can reach out to her anytime and I am almost 7 weeks post operation now and I know her support stay consistent and she'll be there for me. The surgery met every expectation. I was bullied in school for my nose in middle school - at the age of 29 this still affected me. I had been researching surgeons since I was 12 years old, around 7th grade. I first heard of doctor Kanodia from the Kardashians but didn't want to make a decision solely based off that - I did my fair years of research and deep down my gut always told me he'd end up being my surgeon. After waiting since I was 12, I finally felt emotionally and mentally ready to do the surgery. He was my only consult, I never saw another surgeon for a consult because I knew he was it and I was right. People say he can have an attitude - from my perspective he can be short in his replies because he is serious about his work and I think this can be misunderstood. Think about it. He has so many patients, so much hard work to do to deliver the quality he does and the artistry - I consider him extremely focused which is EXACTLY what you want in a surgeon. You are not paying for a best friend - you are paying for art and for your life to change. You are paying for genius results and that is what you get. The anesthesiologist also really made me feel comfortable before my procedure he spoke to me to help ease my nerves. There was a lot of bruising and swelling however I think I am an unusual case - I have extremely sensitive skin and a sensitive body. So that took longer than his typical cases I believe to resolve - I don't believe it had anything to do with his work it was just the way my body heals. No one else could have done this for me and really given me what I wanted. Thank you Dr. Kanodia for being a miracle in my life! To say you changed my life is an understatement. The surgery center experience itself had far too many issues to list. Complications & Surgical Errors: Three days post-op, I experienced severe pain. It took weeks for the office to see me, at which point they confirmed I had developed immediate capsular contracture (CC). My post-op medical reports revealed he failed to perform the agreed-upon capsulectomy, which directly caused the CC. Revision & Final Results: A revision months later failed to fix the issues: Size & Shape: My breasts are significantly smaller than agreed upon, out of proportion, and dropped severely--making the lift completely pointless. Ongoing Pain: I have lived with daily breast pain for over two years. Lack of Care: The office failed to call back, offer support, or invite me in to find a resolution. Second Opinions: Two top surgeons confirmed the implant pockets were created too low. I cannot afford another corrective surgery. This outcome deeply affected my daily life and personal well-being. I was never offered a refund, apology, or resolution.
