We frequently stop at Profiles on our way home from our cabin. It's wonderful they offer online ordering to make it extra convenient. Today, we chose to sit down in the café. We were served our fall flavor inspired lattes in pumpkin ceramic mugs. Tasted just as good as they looked. I highly recommend the Pumpkin Roll Latte. The food also never disappoints. We enjoyed looking at the paintings and enjoying the artsy atmosphere as we ate. They offer cute earrings, keychains, and used clothing consignment upstairs for purchase. read more

I guess I have no luck this is my third or fourth time in here and the first time wasn't a good experience the second time they forgot to put the egg on my bagel and the third time the lady takes my order for just muffins. Tells me how much I pay and leaves me standing? A group of five people come in and she standing there by the register ignoring me and starts to take all their order? it's literally a minute to go put those two things in a bag and when I had to say something she literally just threw it in the thing Upside down not a good experience! read more

We have been going to Profile Coffee and Roasters since 2018 and unfortunately they have gone a little down hill. We always venture out here for Knoebels for the fall and always love to support local establishments. The last two times the service has been lackluster. The first time we just told ourselves, "well maybe they're having a bad day. "We will try again next year." "The same two girls working the front end never acknowledged us, they were not saying say good morning. They didn't say "sorry for the wait, we will help you soon." Nothing. It really seemed like they didn't want to be there at all. Which look, it's understandable, we all have our bad days, including myself but still. Same service as last year. My maple pecan latte was warm and not hot and my husbands was basically like if she just put milk right in with very little steam. Thankfully the espresso is good. We even heard the customer in the back say "this was supposed to be iced. He took a sip and said it was cold so it will do." It seems like they can't handle the rushed crowds in the morning. Hang in there girls, you've got this. We unfortunately won't be returning to this establishment. It's lovely one too, it's a shame. read more

This coffee shop is exactly what the town of Elysburg needed. I've been traveling to the area every year since I was a kid, and although Knoebels is by far the biggest attraction in the area, there were some amazing gems if you can pull yourself off of the roller coasters. All except for a spot to get some great coffee. Enter Profile Coffee & Roasters.This is a spacious coffee shop with a rustic vibe. The staff and patrons alike are all warm and welcoming, and the coffee is delicious. I had the crème brûlée cold brew and man was it tasty. I'd give an extra star if I could for their bagels. I am a giant bagel snob (considering I'm from Long Island) but I came here on my way out of town so I ordered a bagel. The sign said they were from New York which gave me some hope, and they were delicious. Add some house-made almond butter and you're set. read more

I love Profile Coffee Roasters. They have quality espresso drinks. I also like their alternative milk selection: macadamia nut milk is my favorite. Whenever I crave excellent tasting coffee this is where I come. They offer amazing pastries and French macarons. Recently they started to doing Sunday Brunch: I look forward to trying their avocado toast and their smoothies. The well-lit space is cozy with seating both downstairs and upstairs. The staff is sweet. I'll drive out of my way just to get a coffee here. I've also had the strawberry basil Kombucha they sell in their cooler: so good! read more

This coffee shop is exactly what our town of Elysburg needed! I have been hooked since my first latte there a few months after they opened and I have been a regular since, introducing friends to this great business as well. Yesterday I stopped before heading out on a drive south to enjoy a hazelnut latte made with local whole milk and a perfectly toasted new york bagel with lemon dill cream cheese and it was all so very delicious and satisfying. They also have savory treats, sandwich specials, and great french macarones of which the pistachio is my favorite. You also have to check out their other business right up the road between Elysburg and Danville called the Cherokee Tap Room. Wow is all I will say! read more

Having lived in Philadelphia and Florida, I have had a wide variety of coffee at varying prices. I have to say that Profile Roasters is one of the best coffee shops I have ever been to. The ambiance is very peaceful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The coffee is amazing and they have a really good variety of flavors to choose from. In regards to price, I believe you pay for quality and this is great quality coffee. It's better than Sheetz, McDonalds, Dunkin, and Starbucks. Bottom line: if you want coffee that if cheap and tastes cheap, stick to McDonalds or Sheetz. If you want great tasting, quality coffee, check out Profile Roasters. Dunkin', Sheetz and Starbucks are absolute GARBAGE in comparison. It is so nice to see more independent coffeeshops cropping up in this area - and Profile is a must visit. Exposed white brick and chalkboard menus and interesting menu options like horchata, mexican hot chocolate and macadamia nut milk are new and unique upgrades to the usual coffeeshop standbys around here - also this shop is organic. Friendly service and wifi too. Great place to meet with friends, a date, a business encounter or a cozy little enclave to get some work done. Stopped by this coffee shop on my way back to Ohio. I've generally been unimpressed with small town coffee shops throughout PA and OH, but this one is, most definitely, an exception. I was just passing through, but I could've spent an hour there just reading a book and relaxing. The comfort vibe was strong in the converted brick home. Onto the coffee. It was just a dark roast on pour over... Wow. One of the best dark roasts I've ever had. These guys care about coffee. We talked about the roast while it was brewing. I even got to taste some other Peruvian coffee that was equally impressive. My wife got an iced coffee and came away very happy. We will most definitely repeat on our next trip through. I really can't recommend this place enough. If you like coffee, even if it's just the cheapo diner type stuff, you owe it to yourself to stop here and try some legitimately great coffee. read more

This is a cute coffee shop in a good location. I was surprised at how many choices were on the menu. I ordered a gingerbread mocha latte and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I didn't have anything to eat, but I've heard their pastries are good. The prices were a bit high, and so I wouldn't go here all the time, but definitely for a treat! The main sitting area was cutely decorated, but it didn't feel as cozy as some coffee shops feel. If you're new and you go in by the front door, it might be a little confusing to know that you're supposed to go through the sitting area and around the corner to get to the counter. Also, there is an upstairs with two additional sitting rooms and a bathroom. However there was no sign indicating this and so I only got up the nerve to check it out when I saw other customers going up there. Overall it is a nice place with tasty coffee and a friendly staff.
