Tastecraft is in a cute little building on the Main Street in Lewisburg. They have 2 tables out front and 2 tables on a deck on the side of the building. The train tracks are right there on the side so it's a wonderful place to sit, sip your coffee and watch the world go by. Coffee is very good. Smooth, not bitter. Coffee is very flavorful. Lots of choices for lightener. Cream half and half oat milk almond milk reg milk etc.... They also have all kinds of snacks. I had a "wonut". What's a wonut? Let me tell you.... It's a mini Belgian waffle, deep fried and dipped in cinnamon sugar or plain sugar or glazed or a few other choices. I had cinnamon sugar. Oh my gads.... They have other snacks also. Roasted from Alabaster up in Williamsport. Black or cream w/ sugar. 100% free. In fact, each cup of free coffee you get, they donate some money to build wells in Africa. So awesome!! For Covid: they require mask upon entry, the tables are extremely generously spaced from each other. Each table has a sanitized (green) or a used (red) sign on it. When you sit down, you flip your card to red so the staff knows to clean it when you get up. The chairs and tables are all sanitized fully before you sit down. Everyone behind the counter is wearing masks and is gloves. They have shields in place at the order counter and the pickup area. The children's play zone is closed. The Lewisburg, Pa crew somehow manages to remember my ridiculous drink order, never messes it up, and always decorates my cup with funny little messages that make my day. Meanwhile, my 200-pound Saint Bernard has exactly one goal in life: securing his pup cup. They don't just tolerate his giant, drooly face - they greet him like the celebrity he clearly believes he is, and his pup cup is always perfect. Let's be honest... I'm pretty sure I'm just the driver. Ollie has these baristas wrapped around his enormous paw, and I suspect they'd notice if he missed a visit long before they'd notice me.
