I want to give a shout out to the staff at this Starbucks location. My small family meets here twice yearly because it's a midway point between our homes, and we always land there on a Saturday around noon, so we have experienced it with peaks and valleys. It is regularly properly staffed with friendly baristas and clerks, well-stocked, and very clean. They even wipe down the cafe tables and chairs outside. There are always cars in the drive-thru lane (sometimes wrapping all the way around the building), and these folks are always hustling to balance taking care of those customers and the ones at the counter. We have never been ignored or not been met with a smile. Thank you, team! read more

We stopped here on our way back to SC. The location looked pretty new. I loved how bright and spacious the seating areas were. There were several people quietly working on laptops but there was no line inside or at the drive-thru. The cashier was really friendly and quickly took my order. He even let me know how much was left on my gift card. We sat down to wait for our drinks. The barista never called my name to let me know they were ready. At some point the cashier realized they were sitting there (we couldn't see from our seats) and told me they were on the counter. Since this was a pit stop, we visited the bathrooms which were clean and had toilet paper and hand soap readily available. read more

Update: I got in contact with the shift lead this morning. Her name is Augusta and she was extremely helpful. She felt really bad For what happened and will be telling the store manager. I wouldn't let this one bad experience here deter me from coming back. Original Review: I placed a mobile order and got there around 6:40 pm. Posted hours on the store front say they are open till 9:30 pm. They had everything locked and a lot of pissed off people coming through the drive through. When I found the drive through window it was 7pm. They claimed they had the registers shut down and I said their hours on google maps said they were open till 7:30 and their posted hours on the store front clearly said 9:30 and she just simply said no. I will never return to this location. You close at your posted times. Period end of story. Oh and the person that opened the drive through window had a pieces of paper with Dunkin' written on it taped over the Starbucks logo. Real classy. read more

Always skimping out on filling drinks. I ordered a hot chocolate, not even anything fancy, and they seemed to think that adding whipped cream meant half as much hot chocolate. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOBILE ORDER at this location. They take 30+ mins to complete the orders as they prioritize drive through and walk ins immediately. When we asked about when it would be ready, they said we are just behind and couldn't provide any updates. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to and it has happened every time I stop here. It does not matter the time of day, day of the week or whether it is a non holiday. Just be prepared if you stop that you will be here far longer than you ever thought possible to get a coffee. read more

Stopped in here for a Saturday morning coffee. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait since 'mobile orders take precedence over in-store customers' & they also mentioned this time of the week they get killed with mobile orders. Frustrating to have to wait 30 minutes for a coffee, especially when there wasn't that many people in the store & there was only 2 people ahead of us in line. I would say that this Starbucks is a great place to go. Several Bucknell students go to this location multiple times a day, so the staff have to be very quick with how they prepare the drinks/ food etc. On very few occasions they have been slow when I have gone through the drive through. Otherwise, a great place to grab a quality coffee from. read more

I went to this location tonight. It had been an absolutely horrible night. I just had to rush my husband to the hospital right next door and, because of Covid restrictions, I could not go with him to the ER or even go in to get a drink. I left the house in a panic, leaving my wallet at home. I came to this location and had to put my pride aside and ask for a complimentary water without being able to buy anything. The young guy at the counter promptly gave me a cup of water,no questions asked. Even asked if I needed a straw. This might sound small but it meant a lot to me in during a very difficult time. I must have waited on line for 15 minutes (for no reason that I could tell as there were plenty of workers inside and not too many patrons) and then when I get to the window (where I waited another 5 minutes for them to collect my money)...not even an apology for the slow wait. I had a horrible experience at this location. I have been to multiple Starbucks and never had an experience like this. First, the lady was kinda rude at the window. So when I repeated the order she proceeded to tell me she couldn't blend and ice coffee. And I said I wanted an ice coffee with heavy cream and blended and she still continued to say she couldn't do that. Even after I said I have done this at multiple Starbucks she said she still couldn't do that. So I ended up taking my business elsewhere- poor customer service! read more
