This is hands down the most efficient and machine-oiled Dunkin I have ever been to. I do not understand the hate for this location! I went to Bucknell and have visited this location dozens and dozens of times at all hours of the day for my own Dunkin' fix, picking up catering, or going for a lot of friends. They do an excellent job serving the student population, the community, and those who are passing down the highway. They move through the drive thru line in no time and if there's a long line inside as well as out, you're not waiting long at all. If there's a mistake with your order, they're quick to correct it. got a croissant breakfast sandwich and the croissant was burnt and the bottom half was literally halfway gone, resulting in the cheese melting all over the paper. I feel like if im paying money for a sandwich, they should take a second and make sure its all actually there. read more

I gave them a try, but after 3 barely warm breakfast sandwiches, I cannot order food there. Coffee is ok.

I went through the drive thru at the Lewisburg Dunkin Donuts today February 14th 2025. I ordered a large Raspberry Watermelon Refresher. Half with the Raspberry Watermelon refresher and half with Oatmilk. I also asked for sweet cold foam on top. When I got to the window I was told they can not put sweet cold foam on a refresher. I said you can't put it on even if I was willing to pay for it and the girl said no. I work at the Dunkin Donuts in Mifflinburg. We put it on ours if a customer asks and just charge for it. I am not happy at all and am stopping going to the Lewisburg Dunkin Donuts now. I do not like that not caring about their customers aspect of their business. read more

Love using the app. Doesn't always make it faster but the order is done correctly. Staff is almost always very pleasant.

Went in to order and waited online. When I got to the counter, the gentlemen said you could only pay by cash or AP at the counter. I had to order on a quiosk if I wanted to use my credit card. Complete joke! This Dunkin has really gone downhill as well. The floors are always dirty, and the bathrooms are deplorable. It's sad. read more

Extremely slow drive thru regardless of the 2 lanes. The donuts are not fresh here as they get them from another store. Where they store them will cause them to dry out faster. The service is meh. Might as well throw the coffee at me next time. If you like coffee, break from mainstream, there are better places to go. read more

The place has improved aesthetically with the remodel and the drive thru operation has improved. However, this is a very busy location each business day morning and waiting the double drive through lane takes longer than I have time for. I like to place my order in advance with mobile app then drive in, park and run inside to grab my coffee. Problem is, they changed the operation and don't open until 8:00am for mobile app orders. This time doesn't accommodate a huge number of people that drive into work each morning. Please change this back to early morning availability l. read more

Always made my coffee perfectly and the line moves pretty efficiently. They've sometimes forgotten part of my order during rush hour but will always make it up to you, and quickly. I miss this dunkin bc they never ran out of munchkins and they made my coffee order perfectly read more

Not the greatest Dunkin... The seating is in an all glass enclosed area, which is unbearable in the middle of the day, which quickly becomes unpleasant... Speaking of unpleasant, the staff here are rarely in a cheery mood, which is a little depressing The biggest faux pas, however is the silly WiFi they have here... You need to either be a PTD customer or pay for it! This should be a free service they provide to all their customers, not an added service... We ordered donuts and bagels. The cream cheese they gave us were 1 month after the expiration date.

Nothing to brag about. 50% of the time I go through the drive thru either they forget to give me an item I ordered or simply give the wrong order entirely. Product is consistently good. The lay out of the eating area is extremely not welcoming. Staff always appear to be more concerned about socializing. During Halloween, I had to wait 3 mins while I personally observed the staff taking pictures of each other instead of waiting on us (customers). read more

Maybe the worst managed place in existence. Drive thru can't get the order right. Three trys to get a coolata..arrrgh! Poor customer service. they didn't give me back my dunkin card. I called and they said they had it and they would put it in the office. when I stopped that afternoon to get it, they said they couldn't find it. I want to like it but I can't. It always manages to mess up orders for myself or family. Whether it's wrong drinks or other foods. The big thing I'm not a fan of is donut quality. i travelled 15 min to get there. the drive through line was past there driveway and three vehicles toward rt 15 . i could barely get off 15 so i went into driveway ,parked and went in . they refused to wait on me. i do not own a cell phone to order that way .i drove 15 min back home without a snack . thanks policy makers read more

I will ALWAYS choose this Dunkin location over any local coffee shop or Starbucks because A. I don't have DDs in California and B. I LITERALLY grew up coming to this place and it just fells like home. Many a late night was spent here with friends from yesteryear reminiscing about the good ole days and catching up on where our lives have taken us. I admit, the service is rather slow and the new parking lot/drive through situation is weird as all hell, but I remember a time when they didn't even accept credit or debit cards, so we have definitely come a long way. I recently discovered the red velvet latte and can't get enough. If you go at the very end of the night, you may get hooked up with some free donut holes and the like because they can't save them for the next day! There is plenty of seating inside and it is the place to see and be seen due to all the windows! I have obviously been to better Dunkin locations, but this place has the top spot in my heart (just not my star-giving review...). If you need a fix, there is nothing wrong here! read more

Dunkin Donuts i a great product. But don't go to the Dunkin Donuts in Lewisburg or Selinsgrove. They only serve the cheapest products on the DD menu and the service is always terrible. It is obvious they have no competition in these towns and they take total advantage of it. read more
