The chili-flavored meat product (and I use that term generously) was clearly reheated -- probably several times -- and tasted like regret. The sandwiches? Let's just say they looked nothing like the pictures, unless the pictures were taken in a parallel universe where ingredients are fresh and sandwiches have dignity. Ours were flat, sad, and suspiciously cold -- kind of like the service. For the price, I expected at least one item to resemble real food. Instead, we paid sit-down prices for drive-thru disappointment. First time here... and definitely the last.

As I approached the window, they instantly turned the music down to be able to speak and hear at a comfortable volume. The young lady at the window was very welcoming and excitedly asked how she could help me. I gave her my order, which was actually two separate orders, and she read them back to me clearly and precisely. During the transaction, the tech was giving her some issues. A gentleman, which I heard her say was her Uncle, came to help her, and soon, we were back in business. In the meantime, her grandfather, the owner, also welcomed me and read the order back to make absolutely sure that they had the order correct. The whole family was super friendly and chatty. It took only a few minutes to get my order. The food was delicious! Seriously, my Nana made some amazing PA Dutch chicken and waffles, this rivaled hers! Lots of people love Marlin's mayonnaise because it's sweet mayo. If that's not your thing, just ask for regular mayo, they're happy to provide it. I think Marlin's gets their rolls from a local bakery - it's so good - nice and soft compared to the bastardized tough and chewy pizza dough "rolls" that the local Italian restaurants use. She had to wait until the register told her how much change to give which just shows how bad our education system is. I looked in the bag and noticed there were no napkins so I asked her for some and she replied " they weren't on our truck". How hard is it to go to the dollar store and buy napkins so you have something? We as customers don't care if they say Arbys or not, we just want to eat like a civilized person. Train employees sizes of all items, how to count change, and to tell management when something is wrong, and teach management how to properly run a restaurant. BTW, the girl at the drive through was very nice, just not trained properly.
