Had a very confusing phone conversation with someone who "refused to give me his name" and would not let us talk to someone higher up IE a manager, so I just cancelled my first therapy session. "Refused to give his name".....we just wanted his name so we had it documented that we cancelled so we wouldn't be mistakenly billed. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism in a medical related facility. He would not give me a simple answer about any of the details on the email and made it sound like we had to pay up to $220 up front "when we were told initially that Medicare would cover at least the first visit.
