Goeff's Dry Needling provided me with relief for my TMJ for the first time in a couple of years. She wants to heal people and make them better for the long run. She gives holistic advice not just on exercises but on healthy eating, vitamins, and ergonomics to help with your overall physical well being which contributes to how well your muscles work. She also has a warm calming demeanor which always relaxed my stress and nerves after my visit. She has two great machines in addition to the typical physical exercises that PT's work on with patients, that made all the difference. One is an instrument she uses with a warm gel that massages the tight areas that are causing pain. The other is a laser, it does cold laser therapy, and is a miracle. It honestly has made all my pain go away, in all different parts of my body, and in a very short time.
