Dr. Daren Bergman is a breath of fresh air. In a sea of outdated and unnecessary arrogance and…read moredismissiveness at this facility, he stands alone. It was my good fortune to encounter him as the on-call doctor the day after bone spur surgery last year. My own surgeon had refused to take my call. Dr. Bergman was so helpful, speaking with me in a kind, unhurried manner and addressing all my concerns with no apparent time constraint--on a Friday night no less. I felt as all patients should feel (especially post-op): respectfully heard and cared for. He addressed my pain issue and spoke to how he works with his patients who have had similar surgeries--when he recommends starting PT, etc. Months later, I chose to become one of his patients. Since then, Dr. Bergman has continued to treat me with professionalism and his trademark kindness. There is nothing phony about him. He meets me at eye level, sitting face-to-face as we discuss my progress following a second ankle surgery that he performed. He listens. Intently. He engages. Openly and honestly. He truly cares. Dr. Daren Bergman is in a class of his own at Orthopedics New England. And I am grateful to be one of his "students." Thank you, Dr. Bergman. You don't even realize how good you are. Wish your colleagues could take a page or two from your book. It should be mandatory reading. I highly recommend Dr. Bergman. [The five stars are for him alone, not Orthopedics New England.]

It has been a few years since I visited this doctor, but while I was there I noticed literally ALL…read morethe physicians were men, and 80% of them were white. Years later as I need another appointment I checked their website and they are still ALL male doctors and just a handful of women physician assistants. You cannot tell me that is not deliberate when they have 10+ doctors. Appalling. Is it still 1940?? I'll be going somewhere else.

Everyone at Rebound PT in Natick is kind and professional. There is a great Community Atmosphere…read morethere. I have worked with Goeff and Elise (and previously Violet). They have all gone above and beyond. They are thorough, and thoughtful about their work, and really take an interest in figuring out what is causing your pain. Goeff's Dry Needling provided me with relief for my TMJ for the first time in a couple of years. Elise found something in my neck/spine that had been previously missed by Health Care Professionals, and she took the time to speak directly (and promptly) with my doctors, and guide me in what steps I needed to take to get the help I required. She called me at home to check in several times while I got the scans and care I needed. I cannot say enough about how impressed I have been. I feel like I am finally getting the help I need after a bad car accident.

My therapist held me back from progressing and it was a very frustrating experience. Then when I…read moremet the Director of the clinic, Jeff Reisman, it got worse. He had never been in the clinic to view his therapists/clients which is a large bullpen area - and I would have known if I'd have seen him. He was one of the most self-involved and arrogant individuals that I have ever met, I decided to not bring up my issues because I felt that he would have ignored them - because he knows all! All in all it was a miserable experience. My PT now is in the area. and I have progressed more in less than 2 weeks than I did in 1 month there.

Anne is a true healer. I have been to many physical therapists that were good but approached me…read morelike a problem to fix. Anne treats people like a person rather than a symptom. She wants to heal people and make them better for the long run. She gives holistic advice not just on exercises but on healthy eating, vitamins, and ergonomics to help with your overall physical well being which contributes to how well your muscles work. She also has a warm calming demeanor which always relaxed my stress and nerves after my visit. She has two great machines in addition to the typical physical exercises that PT's work on with patients, that made all the difference. One is an instrument she uses with a warm gel that massages the tight areas that are causing pain. The other is a laser, it does cold laser therapy, and is a miracle. It honestly has made all my pain go away, in all different parts of my body, and in a very short time. She helps me with daily aches and pains but most importantly she helped me get back to 100% after spinal surgery. See Anne, she will change your life.

Anne performed laser therapy on my complaint, as well as recommended rehab exercises and lifestyle advice. I am extremely pleased with the results achieved with Anne and I am able to continue my workout regime without any issues. Thanks Anne! Highly recommended.
