Everyone at Rebound PT in Natick is kind and professional. There is a great Community Atmosphere there. I have worked with Goeff and Elise (and previously Violet). They have all gone above and beyond. They are thorough, and thoughtful about their work, and really take an interest in figuring out what is causing your pain. Goeff's Dry Needling provided me with relief for my TMJ for the first time in a couple of years. Elise found something in my neck/spine that had been previously missed by Health Care Professionals, and she took the time to speak directly (and promptly) with my doctors, and guide me in what steps I needed to take to get the help I required. She called me at home to check in several times while I got the scans and care I needed. I cannot say enough about how impressed I have been. I feel like I am finally getting the help I need after a bad car accident. read more

My therapist held me back from progressing and it was a very frustrating experience. Then when I met the Director of the clinic, Jeff Reisman, it got worse. He had never been in the clinic to view his therapists/clients which is a large bullpen area - and I would have known if I'd have seen him. He was one of the most self-involved and arrogant individuals that I have ever met, I decided to not bring up my issues because I felt that he would have ignored them - because he knows all! All in all it was a miserable experience. My PT now is in the area. and I have progressed more in less than 2 weeks than I did in 1 month there. read more

Rebound is simply a money making establishment. They recommended me to have frequent visits on the evaluation day. The reciptionist booked the sessions with several therapists and never told me to stick to one before I made the request (just to make sure we book as many sessions as possible)! They kept the exercises light to keep me booking sessions. Only a couple of therapists were good, and their calendars were pretty much booked. One of the therapists even showed me attitude and her careless work resulted in reverse of the progress made in several weeks. Save yourself and your money. Avoid Rebound. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this office of Rebound Physical Therapy. I have worked with a number of therapists, but Patty Magill is truly terrific - she helped me so much with a chronic neck problem - arthritis and very tight muscles - that I would highly recommend her to anyone for any part of the body. Jeff worked with my 98 year mother-in- law on her balance, which improved quite a bit under his care and he really encouraged her and increased her confidence. I have recommended Rebound to many of my friends; all have been very satisfied. Some people have complained about the conditions there and the lack of privacy. I have been there when it busy and when it's not and never have felt abandoned. After working with a PT I have always had a highly skilled PT assistant monitoring my execution of exercises. They also put your exercises on line for you to consult. I have always been able to work well with the front desk because I have learned the system and have learned to book ahead two weeks in advance. They do have to deal with burdensome insurance paperwork, yet I have never had any problems with knowing what I owe. For me, it's great have excellent PT's and therapy staff who seem happy to work there. Maybe they could spruce up the furnishings, but honestly it is not a dump by any means. And for those who don't a PT handing you over to a PT assistant for your program after a half an hour, remember the PT's have to document your case to the insurance. For me, they have always been successful in getting more sessions approved when I need them. Truly a very professional place. Five stars read more

From the very first introduction, I was impressed. I arrived, having completed PT (after a broken hip) but was not totally and completely functional. Steve took care of it easily and professionally. In short - I owe much of my achieving a challenging personal goal (couch to half-marathon in a few months time) to RPT - and Suzanne especially. This is my first-ever Yelp post... I suppose it's obvious they did something right ;-) The staff is friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable as well. I asked a lot of questions, and even challenged what we were doing and why.... Suzanne (and Rita) were patient with me, and I came to appreciate that we were clearly on the right course. There was an epiphany or two as well, when Suzanne helped me understand the link between symptom, diagnosis, exercise, recovery, and my goal... Helping patients have that depth of understanding is critical, and knowing what goes on and why certainly helps me to treat the conditions correctly and with purpose. Dutifully doing exercises is a pain - doing things you understand to help you reach a goal is closer to a joy. And Suzanne helped me to understand how to treat my ailments outside of the facility - to become self-sufficient in regards to keeping my muscles in order. But - there's more... RPT has periodic running clinics, and they're both really inexpensive, well run, complete, and a great value. Imagine a personal assessment of flexibility and strength as it relates to proper running, AND a video-taped analysis to evaluate your stride, posture, foot landing and pronation, etc. Then imagine that this is done with qualified Physical Therapists (vs. a nice but less formally trained sales person at a shoe store...). Christina (who organizes these), and Michelle (who was the PT who worked closely with me throughout the assessment) were terrific. Finally, it was clear throughout that the staff cared about my goals, needs, concerns, and success. I couldn't wait to drop a note to report of my race results - and found they celebrated with me. The facilities are fine, the location and parking and such are fine - all the requisite things are there - but what made this experience special was the care that these individuals gave me. This is the PT practice that the docs go to. I'm a doc and have seen several physical therapy practices. I go here, as do most of the other physicians I know. For physical therapy for sports injuries, or even fine tuning muscles to work together, this place is unique. Great for dealing with back pain, radiculopathy, running injuries and shoulder issues. I have been going to Rebound since the late 90s for various injuries and post surges as they one up. My Orthopedic surgeons speak so highly of the owner Steve, and think he is one of the most knowledgeable PTs around. I decided to try a different PT recently for convenience, they were highly recommended by others I respect, but midway in my treatment I'm going back to Rebound cuz there is no comparison. Yes, the other place has more privacy, and it's much easier to get appointments... but I am limited to exactly 30min of treatment time. I am shown how to do each exercise, but don't go thru the exercises so if at the end of doing them at home I get spasms there's no treatment. At Rebound, you go thru your exercise routine at your session if you have a reaction they will treat the reaction then and there even if you go over time... because there are pta's and interns available to assist the PTs. one may think they are getting "pawned off" but really they aren't. you are getting much more than other pt offices. read more

Although yelp only lists the Natick office, I had my physical therapy at the site on Washington Street in Wellesley. I've had PT there twice with Julie Bilgor. One year it was for a knee injury (miniscus). The following spring it was for a rotator cuff shoulder injury. Julie is fantastic! Always on time, completely professional, explains the purpose of each exercise. At the end of every session, she gave me a printout of the new exercises from the day so I could keep doing them at home. Her initial evaluation, for both my injuries, was thorough. There's free parking in the back of the building, a shower/changing room and lockers. The receptionist is extremely friendly and it's easy to book appointments. They take care of all the insurance and billing arrangements--all I needed was my co-pay and I never needed to fill out any other claim form. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physical therapist. She knows what she's doing. read more

I highly recommend Rebound Physical Therapy in Natick and already have recommended them to an injured family member. It is conveniently located off of Route 9 on Oak Street in Natick. The team of physical therapists were effective, professional, and personable. The reception desk staff were always friendly and helpful when I needed to schedule my next session or reschedule when something came up. I had never been to physical therapy before had suddenly developed debilitating plantar fasciitis from a work activity. I basically couldn't walk or stand on my feet for more than a few minutes when I started physical therapy and after my multiple weeks of sessions I am very thankful to be able to say I can get around much better now. A special shout out to Jeff at Rebound for being a great listener and always getting as specific as possible when it came to diagnosing and tracking the changing nature of my injury. He created a very detailed plan for my recovery and made sure I knew how to properly complete all of my exercises and stretches. Also, in terms of some of the negative feedback on other yelp reviews of this place citing the lack of privacy in the treatment area... sure, you will be treated in the presence of other patients... but also consider that means you are in the presence of an entire team of physical therapists. To me this is a huge plus because the team of physical therapists has the ability to collaborate and offer suggestions to each other as they work on a group of patients. I still received highly individualized attention from my personal physical therapist but we had the benefit of multiple perspectives. I personally believe that two (or more) heads are better than one and that there is no one size fits all treatment for any patient from any doctor... but I guess if you really need your privacy and want to forfeit the strength of a team that is a fair consideration. read more

The front desk girls are short, too busy to look you in the face and even say hello! One girl even put her finger up in the middle of our talk to take a phone call! The staff(especially my trainer SUZANNE BERRY) is well informed and has immense knowledge about everything that you need for a post surgery recovery and therapy. Over the past several years I have had various injuries or flare ups of my knees or ankles, and even an issue where I thought I just had a stiff neck and they were able to loosen that up and fix whatever was really wrong in no time. No matter whom I was assigned to, they each had the expertise necessary to fix whatever my current issue was. In fact, one time one of the therapists, after a series of visits was ready to sign me off on my ankle injury. I happened to mention that I had had a certain pain in that area near the ankle bone for years and which I learned to live with thinking there was nothing that could be done. I had banged that ankle bone many years before. He asked me to point out where the pain was. In two sessions he was able to fix the problem. I highly recommend Rebound Physical Therapy and all of its PTs! read more

Despite paying a hefty co-pay and showing up on time to every appointment my therapists were always late. While doing the exercises they were almost always doing other things and not paying attention. It's not unusual to have one PT taking care of 2 or 3 patients at a time during a one hour session. I do feel better now after several months of therapy so some of it did work but I also was committed to doing the work at home that was needed. read more

Natick location: Mediocre facility and terrible parking (not enough dedicated spots). Variety of PTs treat the onslog of patients like they are juggling balls in the air. As the patient, it's a challenge to try to consistently work with any one PT; scheduling is such that most patients will end up with various therapists, some of whom don't even bother to read their peer's notes, or don't have time, instead they ask the patient what they did at their last session ... There is not enough monitoring of patients doing exercises -- staff walk away after brief instruction because they are overly scheduled or disinterested. Too much handing over between staff and not enough coordination creates the feeling no one is really responsible for the patient's program. There is no privacy and everyone can hear everything you say to the PT or the assistants. Receptionist has a chip on her shoulder. Look elsewhere for personal medical care and professional customer service. read more

I can only highly recommend the physical therapy provided by Suzanne John of Rebound on Oak Street, Natick. She is highly trained and provided me with supportive, intelligent treatment for recovery from a total knee replacement, shoulder arthritis with limited arm motion, and currently with spinal arthritis . My evaluation for my back was extremely thorough, checking on stance, mobility, painful areas, and motions that created difficulty due to pain. I was amazed at the years of extensive and demanding education required for her qualification to treat a variety of physical issues. Suzanne is friendly, supportive and provides the exercises for use at home most suited after her personal treatment. Especially helpful is her knowledge of my style and previous physical problems to assign the correct exercises specific to me.
