Three days later taking the pain killer twice a day, the condition didn't improve at all. The visit to doctor left me depressed as he told that all I can do is to continue taking the pain killer and wait a few weeks while trying to move my arm in order to prevent what he called the "frozen shoulder" which may end up with a need for surgery.
