As others have noted, the interns/students have absolutely 0 knowledge (not their fault, they are learning) but when the initial assessment is done by a college student who evaluates the wrong side (right shoulder instead of left) and the trained PT sits disinterested, you lose all confidence in the treatment algorithm. Also, appointment started 15 mins late and ended 20 early. Will not be returning. If you are interested in real therapy, not a factory who simply prints out a sheet of generic excersises without any thought, look elsewhere.

When I started physical therapy at Girl Fit there were some figure skating moves I couldn't do because of the pain. 6 months later I could do all the moves without feeling any pain at all. Girl Fit starts off your sessions with manual therapy to loosen tight muscles that may be contributing to your injuries and then you move on to strength exercises.
