When I finally was seen I was first seen by a PA ( who was new) then shuffled to another PA "Drew". It was the most appauling and unprofessional visit which resulted in her stating I was being catastrophic regarding my pain. Not only that, she was confusing meds that I had on my allergy list to meds I was currently taking. I have worked in heath care for the US Navy and US Coast Guard for 20 years this woman would have been demoted and reprimanded. This was the worst experience I have had for medical care. I would give zero stars if I could.

The reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because 3 of my appointments have been canceled. I can…read morebarely walk at the moment and my procedure, that I have confidence will help me was canceled. When I asked when I could have another appointment they told me 4 weeks from now, which I considered outrageous. When I let them know how I NEED this procedure done, then they gave me an appointment for the week after. Dr. Hartshorn, is amazing otherwise, he takes the time to listen, and give you options. They have snacks, coffee, and the office is super clean. The staff is super friendly. I just feel like, as someone who can barely put any weight on her foot, and then pain is so bad that I can't sleep, that this is not considered urgent and therefore it gets canceled.

I saw Raghuveer Muppavarapu for carpal tunnel and I wish I knew then what I know now. He never sent…read moreme for an EMG or even an X-Ray. I NEVER complained about neuropathy because I only experienced pain. However, when I got a copy of my medical records, he stated that I had neuropathy. Unfortunately, we moved forward with carpal tunnel surgery and although the pain went away, for the first time I began experiencing neuropathy, only minutes after the surgery was performed. It has now been over a year and I still have no feeling in my thumb, index and part of my middle finger. I went elsewhere for help where they performed an EMG and found that I had nerve damage. Stay away from Dr. Muppavarapu - he makes false statements in your medical records and will botch the surgery!

I rarely take the time out to leave a review even when I've had a negative experience, but I've…read morenever experienced anything quite like this. I don't even know where to begin with this place. I needed a referral close to home to get my back examined. My doctor found Orthopaedic Specialists and suggested I call them since they are the closest. When I called the first time to book an appointment, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional when she spoke to me. Before I could even book a time for the appointment the receptionist puts me on hold for over 10 minutes and never clicked back over so I was forced to hang up since I was still at work. No one ever called me back so I had to reach back out a few days later to book my much needed appointment. I provided them with my insurance and asked for an estimate of my out of pocket fee for xrays. I was informed between $30-$50, and I was fine with that as I was in excruciating pain and needed to get checked out. Fast forward to the actual appointment. The doctor was nice and very professional, the other staff were "ok". A few weeks after my appointment I received a bill in the mail for over $200. This amount was unexpected because this is not what I was quoted upon scheduling my initial appointment. From here it continues to get worse and worse. This place has been bombarding me numerous times throughout the day with calls from different numbers, daily text messages, letters in the mail, and multiple emails regarding a past due balance that I don't even know what it's for. I'm pretty sure there are some laws that prohibit this type of harassment and I intend to look into this myself because I've never had to deal with this ever before EVER. Today I'm receiving threatening text messages on a Saturday about being placed in collections. I will NEVER go back to this place ever again and urge anyone considering going here to look elsewhere. I will be finding somewhere else for treatment as I find their business tactics desperate and repulsive.

Do not look any further than Dr. Kwon if you have any sort of spinal-related health issues. He is…read morethe best around. One would think that because he is a surgeon, he might be a little trigger happy when it comes to cutting people open, but that could not be farther from the truth. He is the best kind of surgeon--one who advises his patients to exercise all non-surgical options first, and only when it becomes evident that surgery is necessary, does he go down that road. My family has dealt with Dr. Kwon for a little over two years now--during which time we tried all non-surgical avenues before finally going down that path. I am so so thankful that he was my father's surgeon. He is experienced, precise, and has THE best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever met. After surgery, he came to the ICU and sat with my family for 15 minutes. Most of the chatter was surgery-related, but the fact that he came and sat down and asked my father and my mother and sister how they were is amazing to me. Can you imagine how busy he must be? I haven't seen such a thing happen in my entire life. He even moved my father's bed for him when he expressed discomfort! I feel like most doctors would bring in a nurse to do such things. Thanks to Dr. Kwon, my father is well on his way to recovery. In my book, he is a real-life superhero!
