I so appreciated how she explained everything to me and made connections between the psychological nature of birth and my own experiences with trauma and the ways this influenced my pelvic floor muscles and functioning. She was connecting dots I so needed to connect. She was also very understanding and sensitive to the journey of a relatively new mom whose life - and body - feels erratic and unpredictable at times. He developed an infection and there were no medical providers available. Despite this fatigue and shortness of breath from the infection, he was brought to PT. As his performance was not great given the infection, the PT pushed him and appeared annoyed that my father couldn't do what they wanted. The nurses are incompetent and the aids spend most of tgere time on there phones. Call lights are rarely responded to. Speaking with the higher level administrators was eye opening. No one is competent there. I am a medical professional and know what adequate care is. This facility was reported to the authorities.

Goeff's Dry Needling provided me with relief for my TMJ for the first time in a couple of years. Elise found something in my neck/spine that had been previously missed by Health Care Professionals, and she took the time to speak directly (and promptly) with my doctors, and guide me in what steps I needed to take to get the help I required. She called me at home to check in several times while I got the scans and care I needed. I cannot say enough about how impressed I have been. I feel like I am finally getting the help I need after a bad car accident.

First I will preface this by saying this is a review purely based off of customer service not medical treatment. Dr. Rosen had been recommended to us by another chiropractor my daughter had been seeing with good results. (The reason for our switch was we had moved) So we made our initial appointment, my wife even canceled a dentist appointment to make it work. So the day of our appointment our daughter had been struggling with teething, lack of sleep, and over all wasn't feeling well. We had planned on taking her up until she FINALLY fell asleep after an extreme crying session. So my wife called to reschedule the appointment........... To say she was met with majorly rude behavior would be an understatement. The woman proceeded to berate/lecture my wife, telling her we were no longer welcome as patients for cancelling on short notice. She then proceeded to hang up on my wife. Yikes! I understand that canceling on short notice is problematic and inconvenient, but we are two new parents just trying our best. This was our first appointment and our first time canceling!!!! I could maybe understand if this was something that had happened before. I don't care how good the chiropractor is, the juice can't be worth the squeeze with customer service like this. Ginger out Edit: Not that it matters but there was never any mention of such a strict zero tolerance cancellation policy when the appointment was made, further we would have been glad to pay a cancellation fee at our next appointment.
