Mary has always gotten me in right away if I've been hurting. I have actually baby-stepped into the office in tears and walked out smiling and pain-free. Just recently, I finally got my stubborn husband to call their office for his excruciating back pain. Mary had him come in that afternoon. After a couple of visits, he is so thankful I pushed him to go, and he now understands why I am always so grateful that I found Dr. Pourshadi. This practice is EXTREMELY devoted to their patients' well-being! In the family practice I work at I highly recommend Riverside to patients looking for chiropractic care. When it comes to my care, I will deal with any insurance misunderstandings or language barriers, if ever they arise (unlike some of the negative reviewers here). I don't give a darn about location, office design, or the condition of a rest room. I care about my CARE, and Dr. Pourshadi and Mary at Riverside Chiropractic always deliver. :)

The pain I had was keeping me from doing almost anything, including sleep. I placed a call and they saw me that day (which is unheard of for new patients at a doctor's office). The receptionist has always been very kind and Dr. Beneski has been very good, polite, and respectful. I appreciate how he explains everything and his stretches/exercises have been crazy helpful; you do need to do them every day if you want results, which I most definitely needed. He really works out the kinks incredibly well and I feel better now than when I did before I hurt my back. I highly recommend Beneski Chiropractic.

I waited 45 mins until dr arrived to tell me she has no time for groupon appts and that she doesn't know how i got an appt. excuse me? If you don't communicate with your own office staff why does that become my problem. I understand being busy, she never apologized for the wait, never gave me estimated waiting time so than I decided to leave and ask for refund because i wasn't going to wait any longer. All I know if i was late 30+ mins I wouldn't be seen i am pretty sure. So perhaps this place is great when they get your money but i guess if you want to just give it try and use groupon I suggest going elsewhere because you aren't so welcome here. Too bad because i was looking forward to this appt to be ruined for me.

You felt like part of a family. Staff knew you were in pain, and they shared the same kindness, patience and understanding. Things have been very different since the staff turned over. The practice makes sure you are in and out as quickly as possible. You feel rushed. Doc says very little. His adjustments feel mechanical. He has no interest in having a conversation. He stopped listening. He goes through the motions and you're on your way. Staff is running the practice as if it's some kind of med spa. There pushing these different devices that are more like cosmetic treatments. And boy are they pushy, pacifically the one older woman on staff the billing clerk. Good luck with that one, especially if you are a female she will make sure you are rushed through your adjustment. If you aren't interested in the cosmetic procedures they're pushing as med spa treatments, expect to be treated poorly. This used to be a solid medical practice dedicated to caring for there patients. Now it feels like all Doc cares about is making money. Doc no longer cares about making people feel better. I expect more from someone who is treating me when I'm most vulnerable, when I am in pain and I am suffering. Just because I have been injured and can't afford fancy med spa treatments, I don't feel like staff should be looking down on me. We miss the old staff, and we miss the old Doc. It's a shame Doc is only interested in making money now. A once great medical practice has been ruined by vanity and greed.
