Had a breech baby and was recommended to see Melissa here 3 days in a row by Mount Auburn Hospital. I came 3 days and a week later my breech baby was in the right position. Hard to say what worked or did not work since I tried a lot but my hips opened a ton and sometimes it hurt (middle of the night pain from the opening) but I am grateful it worked and I can go for a vagina birth now. Thank you, Melissa! Tamara read more

Dr. Crossen has helped me with my chronic back issues so much over the last two years. At each of my visits she'll check in to see how my chronic issues are doing and ask if there is anything new that has come up since the previous month. I had a great result when she treated my face for congested sinuses - stuff I didn't even know was part of the chiropractic experience! Maria in the front is AMAZING and makes every visit so much fun. The office location is convenient and I never have trouble finding street parking. I've been treated by a number of chiropractors over the years and this office is tops! read more

Never got to be seen by the actual chiropractor to which I'm sure they're fine and do a awesome job. My grievance and warning goes out to the unprofessional staff that work there ! I have a new insurance carrier to which I explained and gave all info before coming in. I get there fill out all the paper and there's a issue with my insurance not being updated in the system no big deal. The women I think maria was her name is yelling directly at me 2 feet away at the top of her lungs about my insurance and the process , mind you other customers and employees there very unprofessional and uncomfortable!! Avoid !!!!! Plenty of other chiropractor offices around for sure ! Just a odd and unpleasant experience for sure! read more

great experience! Sarah is amazing. I just returned from my first ever Chiro visit today after having neck pain that has lasted a few months. i called around noon and the receptionist got me in for an appointment the same day. everyone was friendly and very professional at the office. Sarah answered all of my crazy questions and made me feel comfortable. I am already starting to feel some relief and cannot wait to go back on Thursday. Also just received a voice mail from Sarah checking in and asking how I was feeling after my visit and if I have any questions. A++ experience! Highly recommend Arlington Chiropractic. read more

This place is by far the best chiropractic office you will ever visit. Super clean nice office, very easy to book an appointment, the practitioners are extremely knowledgeable and the best problem solvers I've ever seen. If you are looking for no pain, look no further. I honestly wish I could give them 20 stars. Highly recommended! read more

I was a bit skeptical when my primary physician recommended chiropractic for my shoulder pain-- but I was so impressed with Arlington Chiropractic, from the front desk assistance in working with my insurance company to Dr. Sarah Graham, who did my evaluation and worked on my shoulder-- I am now a believer! read more

At 50 years old with a couple of bulging lower back discs and a desire to keep active with my kids as well as in the gym, I have used Doctors Greg and Sarah at Arlington Chiropractic and have found their care to be second to none. I've been to other chiropractors in the last 20 years, but the care I have received here is the best. They are well informed, up to date, caring, well versed in different procedures, and are both friendly and professional. If you need chiropractic care to either deal with a chronic injury, a new ache or pain, or just want to go for 'tune-ups' in order to reduce the chance of injury (something I wish I had done) then this should be the practice you go to. read more

Arlington Chiropractor - as good as it gets! I have seen all 3 doctors (Dr. Bauer, Dr. Smith and Dr. Kochanski) and would recommend all of them. read more

I have been going to Arlington chiropractic for many years. I am always impressed by the professional service and outstanding treatments I receive. I used to have chronic back issues but after being introduced to Dr Bauer and Dr Kohanski I am feeling much better and can live an active life pain free. I started doing a maintenance plan where I go about once a month and it helps tremendously. I am always a step ahead of an injury that would otherwise take weeks to deal with. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about insurance and will go above and beyond to help you. I look forward to my visits each month. Donna from Arlington read more

I'm in front of a computer most of the day and after years of being in the business I could barely sit still for 20 minutes at a time because of back pain that had just settled in over time. I visited Arlington Chiropractic on recommendation from family and in a couple visits already felt some improvements. In a couple months, I was doing great, my pain just about gone. Dr. Bauer really helped me out and recommended several simple exercises to try to prevent this in the future. Dr. Bauer and staff are wonderful people and a fantastic local business for Arlington and the city. Highly recommended! read more

I highly recommend Arlington Chiropractic, I could not be more pleased with the quality of care that I have received. This was my first experience having nerve pain and first time going to a Chiropractor. The moment I called the office I was greeted by Maria who cared about my issue and worked to get me in right away for an initial evaluation(Thank you Maria!!). I am being treated by Dr. D'Errico and she is fantastic to work with. She genuinely cares about her patients and their recovery. She listens to concerns that I have and provides knowledgeable guidance. The sessions have always made me feel fantastic afterwards and the stretches/exercises that she has recommended have given me much relief. Thank you Dr. D'Errico!! read more

This practice is just wonderful on some many levels! I have seen more than one of the chiropractors in this practice for various reasons throughout the years. Each one has been pleasant, listening to my complaints and attending to relieving my symptoms in a professional manner. I am now seeking treatment for an auto injury and feel confident that I will have a positive outcome. I also need to give a huge shout out to Maria who has been keeping the office running smoothly for many years. She is pleasant, direct and very knowledgeable about insurance issues as well as scheduling! read more

Front office staff can be rude, so this rating is primarily for Dr. Sarah, who was good overall. They are also very militant and inflexible about their cancellation policy, if anything comes up and you have to cancel on short notice they will charge you their fee regardless. All money and no understanding with these people. Just know what you're getting. I will be going elsewhere for my chiropractic care. read more

Arlington Chiro has very professional and knowledgeable practitioners. I started with Greg Bauer and his current participation with the Olympic Archery team necessitated a change to Dr. Sarah . Very pleased and as a big guy she had no issues with manipulation. Great place to get straightened out in more ways than one. Originally recommended by my daughter and as a skeptic wasn't happy about using the service of chiropractic but that changed after my first visit. read more

I have experienced back pain and general tension in my upper back and neck for years. I decided to try Arlington Chiropractic to see if it might help. I am so glad I did. After only a short time seeing Dr. Crossen I began to notice that activities that normally caused me discomfort no longer did. I have been working with Dr. Crossen for about 2 years now and feel great. She is very knowledgeable and responsive to any types of exercise I am doing and working on any areas that have become tense as a result. The front desk staff is always incredibly friendly and they are very accommodating if I ever need to change my appointment with short notice. I would highly recommend Arlington Chiropractic to anyone looking for a chiropractor! read more

Almost 20 years ago I literally crawled into Arlington Chiropractic! I had never been to a chiropractor before. A friend had been going there and when I called and explained my situation they took me right away. I have been going ever since for regular maintenance. All of the doctors are fabulous, incredibly knowledgable and quite good at what they do. They take the time to educate as well to help prevent further injury. I also can't say enough about their office staff because without them this office wouldn't be running as well as it does! Pam and Maria are angels! They have some new faces in there that I am not overly familiar with yet but they are also very pleasant and helpful. I really can't say enough good things about Arlington Chiropractic! read more

This is hands down the best place to go for anything from an injury to posture therapy. They have an amazing staff who are extremely friendly and helpful. The doctors offer personalized therapy for fast recovery and take the time to know you for the best treatment for your lifestyle. I highly recommend this to friends and colleagues, some of which have already started treatment here. I could not recommend anything else higher. They are the best of the best. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Kochanski for about two years for adjustments and I've never felt better. I used to "throw out my back" about three times per year and it never happens any more. Not only is the treatment great, but I've never waited for an appointment and I've often been taken in early if I get there early. They're incredibly accommodating. read more

I see Dr. Sarah Kochanski at Arlington Chiropractic (she works with Dr. Bauer) - she is wonderful too! The best thing about this practice, better than any other chiropractor I've ever seen, is that they actually give you exercises to do to help you treat the root cause of what prompts you to seek treatment. All the other chiropractors I've seen just give the adjustment but haven't helped me understand and strengthen what was making me go in, in the first place. So I just kept minorly re-injuring myself and going back for yet another adjustment. But Sarah has given me exercises that made me stronger in just the right way that I'm actually getting better and have to go in for adjustments less often. It's because of her that I was able to go back to yoga for the first time in years! Plus, Pam and Maria who run the office are lovely! read more

Dr. Bauer was strongly recommended to me by a friend who is also a physical trainer. He didn't disappoint. I went to him because I was experiencing overuse problems in my wrist; he addressed my wrist; he addressed my wonky spine; he treated my whole person and gave fabulous at-home exercises to strengthen my wrist and core. He was professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him to anyone. read more

I'm an avid runner (60-80 miles/week) and ran the Philadelphia marathon in November 2012. I developed a calcaneal (heel) stress fracture and terrible plantar fasciitis. After 2 months of a walking booth, the fracture was healed but the PF continued unabated. I couldn't walk w/o pain; never mind run. After 5 months of unsuccessful PT, I read about Active Release Technique (ART) and it's use for helping with PF. I searched for a provider and found Arlington Chiropractic. My practitioner was Dr. Kochanski. I felt better after just the first session. The combination of ART, Graston and some ultrasound (about 2x/week) got me back to running within just a couple weeks. Fast forward 2 months and I struggled running. The heel was better but I had awful shins splints and medial tibial stress syndrome. Taking time off didn't work. Foam rolling didn't help. Incredibly painful and I had to stop running again. Two weeks and 4 ART and Graston treatments with Dr. Kochanski and I'm back running again and feel like I have new legs. Just magic. read more

I chose to make an appointment here because the reviews are so stellar. I feel like I've had a terrible practical joke played on me. I came in as a result of a motor vehicle accident and was pretty banged up (neck, shoulders, back, arms - all pretty shot, pain shooting down leg - not pretty). I told the receptionist all of this at intake and when she handed me a pile of forms. I completed the forms to my best with my non-dominant hand, but again, it wasn't exactly legible. One would think these people are used to caring for the injured and barely mobile, possibly with compassion, but that was not the case here. This lady lit into me for not completing the forms "properly", wanted me to sign on the line that was for the Provider (usually the health care provider, or HCP, in this case the chiropractor), and became mean when I explained again that I had limited mobility due to my injuries. I had done my best. Well, I was not going to see the doctor then. And with that, I have taken my business elsewhere. Be aware of the power tripping desk lady, Potentially Injured Newcomers. There is no compassion or concession found for you here. read more

I suffered with terrible headaches for years. I tried everything and nothing made them go away . I finally had enough and was reading online about cures for headaches and an article suggested going to see a chiropractor. I went to Arlington Chiropractic and within 2 weeks of going my headaches were gone. The staff is friendly and welcoming when you come in they greet you and are always pleasant. All the doctors are great. I see Dr.D'Errico , she is AMAZING !!!!! She is knowledgeable , smart and knows what she is talking about. She talked with me for over 30 minutes during our first session and made me feel so confident in her to take care of my headaches. I am so happy I found this place! read more

Dr. Crossen is amazing. Over the years I've seen chiropractors for ailments ranging from tight hip flexors, lower back pain, neck strain and rotor cuff injuries with varying degrees of relief and satisfaction; I was often trying different modalities from PT, massage and acupuncture but when I found Dr. Crossen it all finally came together. She is truly gifted. She does more than just adjustments, she listens carefully, and intuitively knows what is going on and suggests stretches and exercise to do between visits. She is the only chiropractor I've ever seen whose adjustments are so spot on that I have gotten significant relief and release in just one visit! In the past few months I've hobbled in to see her with a rotator cuff injury that I thought was going to turn into a frozen shoulder requiring a cortisone shot which I wasn't keen on getting, 2 visits later and following her advice on stretching and it was gone! Seriously gone. She gets into the areas that hurt and helps release the pain. She did the Graston technique on my IT band and it was intense and unbelievably therapeutic, I had better range of motion and relief in such short time I couldn't believe it. Her positive energy also goes a long way to facilitate healing too. She's like a beam of sunshine when she focuses on you. I highly recommend this practice, the office is clean and calming. The front desk is friendly, accommodating and professional. I always feel welcome, never rushed and leave feeling cared for and much better than when I walked in. read more

Although I've been seen by most of the doctors here, and really enjoyed the treatments by all of them (!), I've worked most extensively with Dr. Martin. She's helped me with chronic neck and shoulder pain, jaw pain, low back pain and pretty much every other pain I've had in the last few years. Also, she's hilarious. I highly recommend her and everyone in this office! read more

I have just returned from my first treatment with Dr. Gary Spunt. Wow I feel much better after one treatment. I have much more mobility in my neck and much reduced pain. When I came home I raved to my wife and now we both have appointments for next week. Can't wait for my next treatment! read more

This is hands down the best chiropractic office I've been to. I did some research prior to scheduling the appointment to make sure I was getting a knowledgeable clinician who could help me through some running pains. Dr. Sarah Kochanski is amazing!! She not only knows exactly what she is talking about, she also has a great "bed-side" manner. Not to mention Maria, at the reception desk, is a pleasure to talk to each time I come in. I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this practice! Having never been to a chiropractor before naturally I was weary and skeptical of what to expect. Upon entering you are greeted with a smile and overwhelmingly nice staff. They talk you through every step of the process of being a client with them, from dealing with insurance companies to methods of practice. I personally see Dr. Crossen and would highly recommend her! She works wonders. I have a herniated disc in my neck as well as some pinched nerves and carpal tunnel, its amazing how much better I feel immediately after seeing her. Not to mention she actually cares about her patients and takes the time to get to personally know them. I would highly recommend Arlington Chiropractic and look forward to being a long time customer with them. read more

I truly have had a wonderful experience at Arlington Chiropractic. I initially started seeing them to gain some relief of a muscular syndrome I suffer from - I have seen several doctors at the practice and they are all Great!!! They offer great manipulation, and they listen so I know Ill always have work done in the area that's causing me pain - and it does change. I also knew exactly who to call when I was rear ended and experiencing immediate back pain. Dr Crossen, Dr Martin and Dr D'errico have all been fantastic to work with and I'd highly recommend any of them and the practice as a whole! read more

I was having back and neck pain for 6-8 months that was causing chronic headaches. As a result of seeing Dr. Kochanski, the headaches have completely gone away. Improvements were not as noticeable in the beginning, but after going to see her regularly, one day I realized that the headaches were gone. I've noticed that if I go too long without treatment, my muscles tighten up and cause pain again. Going to see her regularly has been key in keeping everything in check for me. I always feel so much better after an adjustment. And as an added bonus, the front staff is fantastic! read more

This place is great. I initially went in for what I thought was an orthotics problem but Dr. Kochanski quickly and efficiently showed me that it was muscle tension that was making one leg longer than the other. I was blown away by how easily she diagnosed such a longstanding problem (over 10 years off and on). The sessions were quick and virtually painless and each time I walked away feeling better and better. She gave me exercises to do to strengthen the weakened muscles and between those and the sessions, I healed up nicely. She answeted all my questions and was pleasant to work with. The front desk people are kind and there is never a wait. It's very professionally run and there is never any problems with scheduling. If you are on the fence about chiropractic, I highly recommend you give this place a try. What you might not think can be resolved through adjustments, just might be the thing that sets you free. For me it was, and I regret not trying it sooner. read more

I'm not into this place. I went five times and I was disappointed in two ways: 1) I feel like it's a bit of a factory, going through the same motions with me each time, getting everyone in and out quickly, and spending way too much obvious effort getting my next several appointments booked, and 2) I always left feeling discouraged by the messaging of my chiropractor. I am very fit for my age and am the best patient anyone could ask for in terms of commitment to getting better and doing homework, but I always left feeling demoralized and like my body was a mess. This was my first experience with a chiropractor so I didn't know how it was relative to others. I just switched to a new chiropractor and this person is amazing in comparison - much more comprehensive intake, more manual work, spent more time giving me customized home exercises, asking about my workout routine, etc, explained how what we work on will change each week, and most importantly made me feel psychically stronger at the end of the visit. read more

I have seen a chiropractor for many years. Starting with a new chiropractor because I moved up to the Boston area, is something that I was definitely concerned about since I had such a great experience with my chiropractor in Connecticut. The receptionist and the doctor who worked with me was very nice. My first appointment was about 50 minutes long, because the doctor took time to listen to my concerns and also to evaluate me using multiple methods. The following appointment was around 20 minutes. My third and final appointment with them was 8 minutes! I got the same exact adjustment each time, despite feeling like my adjustments should've been more tailored. The office also operated very similar to a regular MD office, with doctors coming out of one office in quickly flying into another and then coming out minutes later, only to go into another office. I understand that offices are busy treating as many patients as they can see in one day, but to pay $65 for a total of eight minutes in the office, and probably only five minutes with the actual doctor is very frustrating, and makes me feel like I am receiving the same adjustment as everyone else. On my first appointment when she was evaluating me, I let her know that sometimes my neck and be difficult to adjust because I have two vertebrae in the lower part of my neck that are fused. I let her know that I had x-rays of that and that my prior chiropractor said he would be more than happy to share the notes and film of my x-ray with her so that she could safely and appropriately adjust to me. She is shored me that she would reach out and get that information, since it was a very specific to how my neck could be adjusted. On a visit home I stop by to see my regular chiropractor in Connecticut. He asked me how my neck and back were feeling, and I informed him that I had begun to see a chiropractor in the Boston area. I check to see if he had heard from her. He told me that he had not received any contact from anyone regarding my neck! This was before my third visit. Hearing that she did not reach out to find out the exact location of my fuse the vertebrae in my neck, that impacts how might I can be adjusted is very frustrating. I will not return to this office for a chiropractic adjustment in the future. read more

I have seen two of the doctors at Arlington Chiro and they both have been great. It took only a few visits to get me back on track and out of pain. About a year ago, I went to a chiropractor (not at Arlington Chiropractic) who injured my neck and after that, I couldn't turn my head without a loud and annoying cracking/clicking noise. I went to Physical Therapy and it helped a tiny bit, but nothing much. My PT referred me to Arlington Chiropractic, and I hesitantly agreed (chiropractors were not exactly on my "good" list after my encounter last year). My first visit was excellent - Sarah spent at least 30-40 minutes with me, doing an evaluation and asking me questions (something I had not experienced at the other chiropractor!) I have had 6 or 7 visits thus far, and I'm not kidding when I say my problem is almost 100% gone! I have been amazed at how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful the chiropractors here are. Sarah is great! Something that I struggled with for a year has been almost completely healed within just a few short weeks with Sarah. I say "almost completely" because I have a few visits left with her, in which I will not be surprised at ALL if my problem ceases to exist completely! I am very thankful that God created such helpful and insightful professionals! I would recommend to ANYONE. read more
